I accidentally left my hand truck in the back of the vehicle and before I could leave the staff member on duty found it and alerted me, bringing the hand truck to me. REMEDIOSIVAN ALVARADO ARRIAGAI've rented U-Haul truck many many times. I've never had a truck as dirty as this one. The steering wheel was so dirty the I had to stop and but sanitizer to wipe it down. The paper towels were BACK after I did that. The cab had remnants of food and crumbs everywhere. Both the drivers door and the passengers door barley closed. You had to go outside the door and slam it closed for the door open warning to go off on the dash. I can only say that even if my money was refunded I would not recommend this facility.

John IsnardiUnfortunately I had one of the vehicles being used with your tow dolly breakdown at its destination and was unable to return to place of rental the auto-transport trailer AND the tow dolly as I now had only one vehicle. I returned the tow dolly to a local u-haul rental agency and was blown away to find that I was CHARGED $356 as a wrong drop off charge!!!!! How was I supposed to get the tow dolly back to the original location when the vehicle that pulled it was disabled at the GMC dealership waiting for a new engine computer. Was I supposed to slip in in my pocket and bring it home that way?????? Thanks for the AWESOME customer service when things are not even your fault. I hope u-haul enjoys the $356 dollars they F#&%@d me out of when I was unable to control everything that happens in this world. Thank GOD I didn't have an accident -----I can only imagine what they would have charged.

Again had to be on the phone to help me with the truck because even tonight my drop off was at 830pm, I couldn't leave the truck there since the representative told me that it's not an after hours drop off (so why in earth would they put that location to drop off???!!!??). On the phone for over an hour with a representative to help me find another location to drop off.

Margaret ReedThe trailer I received was old (the manufacture date was 2004) and had seen better days. The running lights did not work. This was a dangerous fault and I was unable to travel after dark. Water leaked into the trailer box, causing some items to become wet. The worst fault was the FAILURE of the right rear axle bearing, causing the trailer wheel to wobble and smoke. It left me broken down at the side of the road late afternoon. I waited over two hours for a tow truck. It appears that U-Haul gave the tow truck driver the wrong address. Very disappointing. I reported all of this to U-Haul but there has been no resolution.

MONICA BATISTAOnly thing that I can think of is that maybe the the representative can come outside and show the person the truck and all of the features. Automatic headlights, how to turn off the tow light, all the charging ports, etc. Much like a car salesman.

erich kargerBringing the truck back with the amount of gas required is difficult. I brought the truck back with twice as much gas due to the fact that I received it with 1/4 tank. I had to pump enough gas to assure there was enough to return the truck with the contracted amount of 1/4 tank. A customer should be credited with unused gas beyond the received amount. Based on the average gallon of gas cost multiplied by the 25 % of the total amount of trucks gas tank. That would be easily done. But having an always full tank from the beginning would alleviate that.
