All of the people at the bremerton u-haul did an excellent job to help my trip work out great both to and from my destination.

Bianca BI'm happy with the people who helped me check in and out. They're polite, helpful and quick. I observed the vehicle was abused a little by prior renters and documented it on my precheck. As I was driving it I noticed it was a little rough but it's a rental, so it comes with the territory. The windshield washer also needs work as it shoots washer fluid to the right of the vehicle and not the windshield. It only contacts the windshield when the vehicle is driving fast enough to cause the air to push the fluid on the windshield.

Henry DAt the time of check out when I returned the truck she checked it in without going over the cost or asking me what payment method I wanted to use. She just put charges through with out discussing the price. I thought the charges were wrong it made the account she put it on go negative so I got charged fees. I think that U-HAUL should talk about charges before they charge your account.

LARRY MIf your not right on or above in the gas they charge like 70 for gas knowing damn well its like 10 bucks in gas that u were off by and then when you try to dispute it with them their customer service is rude and unwilling to basically even talk to the customer about it to resolve it. It's just their way or the highway

STEVEN EWe signed up to use the mobile app to check out and return the truck. It WAS NOT worth the effort. It was faster to go into the office and check out and return the vehicle. If you need to pick up and return your rental before/after working hours, this is a nice option, but have plenty of patience to deal with the app.
JOHN HShort staffed however young lady was on top of details and service . Trailer was dirty with fire pit debris in the box. Tire also old and separated from the inner core during transportation.

Morgan ELast few rentals, gas has been lower than what is listed at truck check out. I go back in to show staff the recorded gas is incorrect. I'm not sure why they can't correct this right then but it appears they cant. So counter person says they will put it on notes. It's never in notes.

mike jVehicle was parked so close I could barely get in, no walk Around the vehicle before we took it so we couldn't list and previous damage. The truck smelled inside and was in very poor condition. Felt very unsafe to drive, steering was very loose like an old farm truck you have to turn back and Fourth constantly to go straight down the road.

Second truck mobile check in was using very old photos and did not reflect current condition, had to update every photo and description. Second truck had ripped seats, was muddy from previous renter, and had a layer of dust over everything.

KEN JFor my trailer hitch installation, the website estimated 50 minutes. It took closer to 2-1/2 hours. I'm glad staff at the store said before work started that it was a more complex installation, and would take longer than an hour.

kathy mLast month I had to wash the exterior and interior of the van. This time the side back had a bent door that let a considerable amount of cold air in. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable.
debrah fWhen I arrived to inspect the truck, the rear roll-up door was open. Upon closer inspection, I observed the moving blankets were out of their "holder" and were arranged to resemble a bed (I believe a transient/homeless person had used it as such.) There was a transient/homeless person on the property of the Uhaul center which I cannot fault Uhaul itself for. The moving dolly was missing from the back of the truck, which was inconsequential since I have my own. This does not really bother me, but I am recording it here in the case that Uhaul attempts to charge me for using their moving blankets, and missing dolly. I reserved a 15' truck, but received a 12' truck. When reserving the truck, it was indicated that a 15' was available (and it was not indicated that it would need to be substituted.) I was not reimbursed for having to use a truck of lesser length. During the truck pick-up process, the webpage timed out, which made it so I could not upload photos of mileage or gas tank level. I was subsequently charged 2 fees for gas. My biggest problem and disappointment was being over-charged for gas, assumingly based on the uhaul website timing out, and being over-charged for a truck of lesser length.

Michael RAlthough the truck I rented looked like it had been through tough times, it managed my moves with no issues. I rented it for two days and completed my move in one. Thought it was going to be one trip move and ended with five, plus the return. As mentioned; the rented truck looked old, and dirty, and sounded like it was on its last journey however, it pulled through.

I noticed immediately after confirming the reservation that I was charged $89.95. I sent an email right then saying this was to be free and to cancel if there is a charge. As of 06/01/21 I have not received a response nor a refund for this amount. The storage unit was not used and is not going to be used, I did not want it if it was not free for the first month as advertised when I made the reservation.
JANI B | Online Move InI was on deployment and they messed up my payment method, so i kept getting letters and calls about me not paying my bill. They also called and said the lock (that we bought from their store) was not a valid lock and threatened to cut it. Just overall a bad experience. Thankfully there are laws in place that prevented them from throwing out my stuff.
Erik R | Expérience généraleI began renting a storage unit at the end of April of this year; and since that time I paid every month by way of automatic debit. On at least one occasion the hinges of my door were tampered with; and I right away alerted the staff. (I was glad I chose the extra insurance in case of theft etc.) Throughout my time there many times I had to walk to the office and request they unlock the door during normal business hours; and found difficulty with my key-card working consistently. This was inconvenient as many times there were long lines and I got tired of waiting. When I was notified that my cost was increasing, and had moved to another location, I made the decision to exit and left the unit in good clean condition for which I have a whitness. After vacating the unit I spoke with the staff; and they retained my key-card; and issued a refund. Subsequently I received a late notice stating that I had not paid. I sent numerous emails and called to resolve the matter. By contract however, the truck rentals over the years has been helpful with easy transitions; and problem free service.

They did not seem to want to help. Lone was moving extremely slow, they had no urgency. Very I'm pleased. Everything was completed and done. Will not go back since they were not helpful not even on the phone when I was trying to set up moving help and storage and truck reservations.
