cecelia cIt was a good experience, but it could have been a great experience. When I picked up my car, I waited for over an hour to pay my bill even though there were only 2 people ahead of me. Another person to process payments. There was only 3 people ahead of me! The only good thing was, Jason, who actually did a great job on my car. If not for Jason I wouldn't use your company again. Add ore more person to check out people right before closing time.
Robert HI did an after hours return, but the app crashed in the middle of it and would not allow me to continue. I'm not sure if it went through. Really frustrating!
DAVE CThe management policy of paying for service of renting a truck should be reviewed, I mean charging an intend mileage and charging for the actual service usage. The management should look into how the charges and deduction could be done once at the end of service.

Thayne JEmployee that prepared equipment for rental was fast and efficient and the employee that completed the rental was too. I rented a 4 wheel car hauler and it worked well. I rent one seasonally to store my vehicle and will continue to do so.

Tylesha FWe had our reservation location changed 1 hour prior to picking up UHaul to a location that was 20 minutes further away which adds a LOT onto our overall mileage cost. Customer service was responsive, kind, and offered us a $50 credit which we appreciated and brought the cost down to about what we would have paid at the location we originally chose. For pickup, it was very confusing for first timers. The picture they give you to locate your truck is tiny and you can't see any details as it won't let you zoom in, and the parking spots are labeled very poorly (on the ground underneath snow) and not in an order that makes much sense. We could have saved ample time by going in to the customer counter first where they just tell you where to find your truck and give you the keys but following the instructions on our phone had us looking all over the place for the truck, then going inside for the keys eventually so we recommend everyone go inside first when you get there since you have to go to customer service counter anyway for the keys.

OLUWADARE AMore thorough maintenance of the trucks. The brakes were slipping and gas pedal was touchy. Truck would barely get over 25-30mph without putting foot down on gas pedal hard (DC-1548 T)

I did receive help, when I requested it, from an employee in the lot. He assisted in a tricky backup of the truck (packed side by side... with another row behind it). It would have helped to get a brief orientation to the truck.

I was told at the counter on check in day, luckily we had space at a family member home to store the items that did not fit in the smaller space we were given. I think a message a day before at least would have been appreciated. The employee at the counter was friendly and fast but it did not make up for this inconvenience.

Not happy with the service cause I was there on the 3rd day unloading the truck they know they should never charge me for a 3rd day because they knew my situation.

charles c | Premières impressionsThis storage place did not meet my expectations for the following reasons. First, it was totally inconvenient, you have to haul your belongings through the entire facility to get them to and from your unit. They have one entrance for the storage site. So it's not like you can pick a door that will at least bring you close to your unit... if you are in the back of the facility, it's going to be inconvenient. The halls are narrow so if there are others in the hallway you have to turn down a row or they have to in order to allow you to pass. If someone has their door open you will not be able to pass through until they close it. Likewise, if your door is open you will have to close it so others can get through. I requested they open the garage door to the loading dock and was told it was out of order so we had to bring everything out of a door that was smaller and less conveniently located. That wasn't a big deal, but simply opening the door would have made an already inconvenient job somewhat better. Opening the garage door would also have helped release some of the propane that was in the air. There is a huge you have to pass through that smelled strongly of propane. If you have to pass through it more than a couple times, expect to get a headache. It most certainly seemed like it could not have met health and safety standards. There is also not enough parking near the entrance... had to start loading the truck from rather far away until someone moved their car... and had to watch like a Hawk so we could get a parking spot before someone else... we were loading a whole truck so fortunately we eventually got a parking spot at the loading area. but the parking issue definitely added a ton of time onto the move. I've had less expensive units at other locations in the past where I was able to drive the truck right up to the indoor unit... so I was surprised at the poor layout of this facility. I was fortunate enough to get a ground level unit, but half the units are on a second level and you can't get carts up the stairs so people park their carts at the bottom of the stairs while loading them and it creates s problem when trying to pass. For the cost, it's totally not worth the hassle. When we were initially storing the stuff we stopped before we were halfway done and I stored the rest of the stuff in my aunts garage cause it was so much work and time to get the stuff to the unit. I would not be able to recommend this facility to a friend in good conscience.

The manager at the Brooklyn Park U-Haul is very disrespectful unprofessional and overall just very rude. We have rented there for over four years and are soon to be done thank God we have never been late on a payment or anyting there's absolutely no reason for the way we were treated I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about this matter and another private party it's too bad people have to be so miserable
