RICHARD AThere is nothing that could improve the customer experience. The GM is amazing and always has a vehicle and it ready for me when needed. The store is spotless and the floors always clean despite the weather outside!
Chris PWhen I entered the building there was two associates behind the desk. One was helping checkout a customer, the other was sitting behind the desk saying he wasn't working that side of the counter. When they finally got around to getting the truck I had reserved, it was at least 100 yards away from building and covered in snow. It took them another 15 minutes to warm up the truck make two trip back to the office because he forgot the snow brush. I guess the window had been left open? Passenger side of truck was filled with snow, we had to clean the snow out and lay down towel for my wife to sit in passenger seat
Vaughn BDon't know why anyone would use any of the outdoor garage type storages after experiencing this. You drive in, grab a cart, and walk down clean, well lit, snow free, warm hallways to your storage. Perfect

Cristian bI have not put anything in my storage unit. I went over to the facility on Xmas Day. Access Door number 1 was open. Access to the units were open. I did not feel that the building was secure. I closed the door 2 when I left. I additionally tried to close door 1 but could not. The facility seems to have security issues. Hopefully, when I return my unit will be more secure. Hours of access might have been discussed at time I obtained unit but do not recall and could not find on paperwork. First month is advertised as free. I was not given the option to secure first month free and/or the information is advertised but not provided.

We have been in the process of downsizing and moving requiring storage in Butte and Missoula. This faculty is so well run I prefer to leave my goods in Butte rather than move them to Missoula even though it requires a 260mile round trip to access the storage. Eventually we will move everything to Missoula but until then we are confident in the security and management of the Butte facility.

No one told me that I would have to drive all the way to Butte, from Bozeman, to pick it up, until the day I picked it up. And then, when I drove it back into Bozeman to collect my belongings, there was a trailer in the Uhaul lot, on 7th, in Bozeman.

I had to clean most if it up myself. The rain water leaking caused me to have to rearrange things from that area after noticing it. Customer service was great and employees are very helpful on pick up and drop off. Facilities are clean and looked very nice!
