Aaliyah was exceptional. She went above and beyond for us. Her customer service is why we will go back to this location. The uhaul we rented had not been maintained well and was pretty beat up.

FRANCO GAt the time we picked up the truck, no dolly was available. We had to go back later same afternoon to get a dolly. The truck's battery was low, it struggled to start the engine after engine was off a few hours. This morning it would not turn the engine. We got a jump start from my insurance road side assistance, battery was tested and didn't appear to be healthy. It's not fun in a chilly morning to have to wait for road side assistance. Truck's doors had to be slammed hard to latch fully. This is a safety issue if someone doesn't close the doors aggressively. I mentioned it to the rep at the time of pick, she said the truck is safe or they wouldn't be renting it....

Robin VWhen renting to a customer, make sure to give the customer ALL OPTIONS. For instance, I needed and got a heavy duty dolly.. but I had to talk to customer service before I understood that it would come in handy. Other things could be up sales. But they could be necessary, like locks, mattress bags, boxes etc.
perry sI couldnt figure out how to move the side mirrors. The person who helped me to pickup the van was very nice and quick. Only thing I couldnt do the initial inspection due to bad service in the area. Upon returning, the man helping me was quick and all I needed to do was drop off the van. Great experience overall, thank you!!

Lito SOverall the experience went well. Ryan provided Great Customer Service as we had reserved a Truck Dolly On-Line, but there was none available. Seems to be a disconnect with actual inventory on hand versus what location can provide. Ryan was able to provide a substitute using a Furniture dolly, which actually worked out better than the Truck dolly. Thank you U-Haul Team.
WAYNE OThe only issue I have is the online reservations. At first, I was told that they had no more available trucks or vans. Luckily a customer returned theirs early, so I was able to get one. While I was there, you had a few customers that arrived to receive their reserved vehicle and they were turned away. I am sure they felt the same way I did. Why wasn't i contacted by U-Haul and notified so I can plan accordingly. I know that no one will read this but I'm thankful for the lady that helped me.

Joey BWhen trying to return the truck through the app, it was very confusing. Perhaps the wording should be don't take a picture of the things we showed you to take a picture of in the video until the app asked you to do it. And then, towards the end, it kept booting me back to the beginning, and we had to do it all over again twice! So there was something very unclear about which button to push when you were finishing. Overall great truck great service great location.

Alyssa CThere was only one female mployee at the time I rented the a cargo van. When I returned the cargo van no one met me at the return station therefore, I walked into the office and informed the male employee who was sitting behind the desk that I was returning the cargo van. He asked me to give him the keys to the cargo van which I did. I then asked him if he wanted me to stand next to the cargo van until he came out to inspect the cargo van, and he replied, no. I then asked him who was going to inspect the cargo van and he said "I will inspect it later". I asked if I could get confirmation that I returned the vehicle and he said "you will get confirmation via email when I check it in". I definitely wasn't comfortable leaving without him giving me some type of verification that I indeed returned the cargo van.

Cristopher BPick up was terrible. The trailer that was rented out literally had a tire falling apart. I had to return to the pick up location to address the issue of tires as well as trailer being hitched too low. Instead of receiving help, the associate had us wait while she finished her conversation with what seemed like family members/ friends, walked out while eating a snack to check out the trailer and offered no solution besides calling roadside assistance. They didn't even want to put air in the tires or assist with the hitch in anyway even though it was hitched at this location. After calling roadside assistance they confirmed both tires were in terrible condition and the trailer should not have been hitched at all. Terrible experience over all. Very unprofessional. Only one that was helpful and efficient was the road side assistant who had to advocate for near tires . Waste of my time and added stress that could have been avoided if they had taken the precaution to confirm hitch was correct and trailer had proper tire conditions. Would never suggest Uhaul again and definitely Would avoid this location at all cost.

I don't want to give any examples because there are just too many. I definitely would say you just have to go and see for yourself! They all have awesome attitudes and are willing to help whenever it's needed. I appreciate this location so much, I'm telling you they are AWESOME! I'm so sad to leave because I'm moving away but my experience with them over the years has been the BEST!!!

I'm truly grateful and I'm going to be recommending this facility to anyone who needs storage or truck rental.
