I love using this uhaul. They are extremely helpful. I'm happy to see the young man leave to become a firefighter. He will be missed. The young lady makes you feel like family. The manager man fixed my hitch ball which was loose. Thankful for looking out for my safety and safety of the equipment. Every time I use uhaul on prince it's been a good experience.

Richard CThe 15' truck I reserved 2 weeks in advance was not ready when I needed to pick it up. I was given a 20' truck instead and the engine light was on. They said not to worry about it. With a bigger truck, I used more fuel.
John MI didn't inspect the trailer when picking up, but when dropping off they said it needed to be cleaned. I didn't transport anything that would have left any residual dirt/debris so it must have already been there.

Avery AOur pick up time and location both changed. Our time got pushed back a day, and our location changed from one nearby, to this one (about 20 miles away). They did give us a 20' truck instead of the 15' we reserved, but as expected, we did not need the extra 5'. We had family coming in to help us move, and due to the delay in pick up times, they had to turn back, and leave the next day (which impacted their work schedules). They truck itself was fine, other than some trash under the seat (we cleaned that out so we wouldn't get charged) and a dangerously dirty windshield.

Benny PThe auto transport trailer that I rented was missing a lug nut on one wheel. Did not realize it was missing until halfway through my trip. Also the ratchets for the tire straps were pretty rusted and stiff. They could be oiled and or replaced.
Curtis RInspect equipment better and don’t just erase a permanent fault code on the vehicle so that it doesn’t have a visible check engine light.

JOAQUIN AHave the reserved equipment ready for the customer and, failing that, IMMEDIATELY start looking for a way to make things right rather than standing there acting like the customer is just supposed to deal with it. DEFINITELY don't threaten to kick them out because they said "fuck." Act like a fucking adult.

mark hNothing against the Clovis location but in the whole situation. I was supposed to pickup from the Portales location and received a notification that my reservation was changed to Clovis without telling me why. There needs to be better transparency and communication.

Shawndra JI will assure you that my experience in that Location was the worst that I ever had, customer service is the worst, when a store manager don't even look at you while you are talking and ignore your existence and keep texting, that can describe the low leadership on that place, had to even air up the tires while I left to balance the truck. I did the check in online to hear that it dos t work at all in that location, delaying my trip, and when I gave a hard copy of my expired DL with a copy of my renewed one, I was asked to bring a hard copy at 7Am in the morning while I was late, when I asked if I can send him a copied email with my new one to print it, he said they are not allowed to print…..poor customer service and very sure that these people are ruining the reputation of the whole company……no 10 fr attitude, I left my wallet in there and forgot the guys didn't even bother to call me and let me know or even call me back…what a shame and waste of payroll….

Allen SWhen we picked up the girl was super nice!! But when we dropped off the guy was so rude!!!!! No one was in the building to help us , my husband had to go outside and look for someone, then the worker says we are busy, it will be awhile before we can help you, there was only 1 other family picking up a trailer . So busy ? However he was not helpful and very rude to the point I had to get loud with him. No care in the world of how to handle customers. He had NO customer service skills and did not even care to try.

Roger MClerk at checkout counter was very professional and helpful. The workers at the return area were not helpful and somewhat rude. They also left the trailer I returned directly behind my vehicle with another trailer left directly in from of me from a previous return. I had to get out to move the trailer behind me so I had room to leave.

Thomas BMake note of fuel and paperwork before charging for extra fuel I got a truck with 1/4 gas I returned the truck with 5/8 which is a bit more and I still got charged for fuel and No one has called me in regards to this

DAVID HI had to drop off when when business was closed. it was difficult to find the key drop box- 3 buildings on property, but drop box was on a pole under a canopy in the middle of the parking lot- when I clicked for picture- the picture wasnt of that locations box- not helpful at all. better information needs to be provided

Robert SThe side wall on one of the sides of the equipment is smashed in, if someone were to hit it again it'll be touching the tire. I also didn't appreciate spending 15 mins arguing about my employee discount with my mother in tow. Being told "I've never met you how do I know you're an employee?" When the process doesn't require my ID. My employee number would have sufficed. If they were that concerned about providing 20 % off the rental then she could have verified through .net who I was. This situation created tension between myself and the female staff member Saige. Unnecessary attitude and tension. Other than this and the side panel of the fender being bent in it was overall a seamless experience
Virginia SLack of good customer service no one was in the store lobby to start walking in and when we were unable to use the car dolly we rented for 8 hours we returned it in about an hour and a half later from pick up and they said they couldn't reimburse me for it due to not being able to prove it wasn't used
Alexis RNo lights in the storage units, halls and doorways were far too narrow for my furniture, and they didn't offer climate controlled spaces. Worst U-Haul storage facility I have ever seen, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

ANITA R | Expérience généraleThe advertised dimensions for my unit were 6'x8'x8'. The actual size was 5x7x7. The difference is 122 cubic feet. The clerk shrugged and said, "the description in the computer is 6x8." When I invited him to come measure it with me he reluctantly agreed to give me a larger unit at the same price. However, he couldn't figure out how to do it in the computer and said we'd figure it out at the end of my free month. Somehow, I doubt it. After moving into my home I decided the 5x7x7 unit would be large enough for my storage, and easier to move than argue with them about the rate. When I asked to switch to the smaller unit they wanted to charge me insurance again for a whole month, even though I'd used the unit for less than two weeks. They said, "nothing transfers from the previous unit." Forget it. I crammed everything into my garage. I'll do everything I can to not give U-Haul any more of my money. Their customer service is pathetic.

When I asked for the storage prices snd said "hmm?" thinking of the sizes he rudely said "your welcome to go we elsewhere if you need to". I was just thinking for a moment. He got irritated with me asking questions. Thankfully the next two guys were VERY helpful and considerate.
