KIM GJustin has wonderful customer service. Someone called out the morning of my pickup so when Justin arrived it was after opening but he was apologetic, kind and a great help. The app wasn't working either so he felt really bad. Justin is a huge asset to Uhaul. He definitely has service with a smile down and went above and beyond for me. Thank you Justin. Uhaul - Justin deserves a raise.

Robert GI think i overpaid. I checked the pickup price and it was decent for the 200 miles i needed. Although it wasnt proper to pick up my new atv. So I went with the 10' truck and paid $ 130 more than the pickup. I dont see the difference if theyre both $19,95 a day. Why is the milage SO MUCH MORE????.

MIlton MThe only issue I had was when I picked the truck up, there was a little sticker on the right side of the truck( alittle round sticker that was on what liked to be scratches, the words quick claim were in the sticker!) Before returning the truck I sprayed the truck off with a hose due to it had rained the day before and the truck had spots all over it from where blowing and dirt dried. When I took a towel and dried off the truck, the "scratches" that the sticker was placed on, wiped off and are no longer there!! Point being who ever labeled the "scratches" as damage to the truck didn't inspect them very well, because they would have realized that they wer not scratches, but smudges that washed off!!!!

He stayed and made sure I checked in the truck correctly on the app. I'm sure he was off the clock and didn't have to go the extra mile to ensure I had did it right. Great employees all around at that location.
Michael BOverall my U Box experience was terrible. I would not recommend this service. When the box first arrived I realized it would not shut and lock. I was told there was a maintenance person but they were too busy to come fix the latch. My items were left unsecure for three days in a high theft area. The only way the driver could shut it was with the fork lift, up in the air to line up the door and we had to use a hammer to hammer the lock onto the latch. We also had to use a hammer to get the lock off. It arrived in Globe, AZ on 08/07. I called to confirm, I believe on Wednesday, and informed the individual I would get my items that weekend. I called back on Friday and told them I'd be there Saturday and I asked general questions how to best access the box. I called Saturday morning too. When I arrived the individual couldn't find my box and informed me it was still in transit and I'd have to come back the 15th. I live an hour from this location. I called U Haul and was transferred to four different people trying to find my box. Finally my box was found at the location. However, the door was facing the wall and the individual couldn't use the fork lift to turn it around. They found a pallet lift and used that to drag the box away from the wall. All this trying to simply locate the box took hours. I realized a few days later that I never got a close out statement. I called the location again and I asked for a receipt. I complained to the individual of my experience. I asked for a discount and was informed that they couldn't because that was a shipping charge from U Haul even though the charge on my credit card says this location. This person blamed me stating that I didn't give them 24 hr notice when I had been calling them all week and told them I'd come this weekend. No one mentioned a 24 hr notice. I checked my email later that day for my receipts and there is only one receipt for the first charge and that doesn't even match up with what my credit card was charged. Also, U Haul charged my card three times. I do not know if my account has been closed but based on my conversations with the individuals at this location they're not trained so I'm inclined to call them back. I asked to speak to the manager and there is not one yet, but there is one in training. I am so sick of calling U Haul's 800# because I would sit on hold for hours and transferred several times until someone eventually hung up on me. The whole experience has been frustrating.

Andee RI will never use U-Haul again. The representative at this location was knowledgeable and helpful for what was in her power. I really wish Corporate would get involved considering my contract was a scam.

Brandon MWell other than trying to double charge me, the truck ran great, so I would suggest you make sure it's paid right away and not try to double charge. That would be my suggestion.
valerie tThey charged me double … charged me with two different vehicles… charged me for no dolly… seemed like they didn’t know what there were doing, very upsetting … I would’ve like to give a great review.. but it was out of there hands.. so I had to go above them and make a phone call.. for using U-Haul for the first time, makes me not want to use them anymore.. sorry U-Haul hope u can make this right and reimburse me what I deserve..

LADD PI was treated so very well, both picking it up and dropping it off that I don’t think there’s anything that you can improve on except for maybe lowering the price that be about it.

Marshall YI was charged twice equalling $130 dollars for an in town move that took three hours. I drove maybe ten miles and filled the tank exactly where I left it. Such a rip off. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

This vehicle has a high frequency vibration felt in the seat of the truck and center of the vehicle at Speeds between 60 and 65 MPH, this is not a tire vibration more like drive line vibration. I appreciated the use of the truck it was awesome.
