This is one of the best locations. Always good personnel and everything goes smooth. However new signup procedure requires phone. And what if your phone is lost or has issues at that moment? It's important to have technical progress, but in some areas old school methods might work better.

The facility was not clean at all… I had roaches 荒 in a lot of my stuff so I had to bomb everything when it was loaded in the truck and once I got it in my home to prevent my home from being infected with roaches. I am so disappointed that I had to go through this stress. My grandson has very bad allergies associated with breathing and he doesn't need this problem. I had a issue driving from Ohio to Houston, I went through a rain storm and it was literally pouring rain water inside the truck, so for 6 hours out of the 28 hour drive we had to deal with water running inside the truck.. My son got very sick and so did I, customer service called me and gave me a $50 gift card for the inconvenience. I spend over $2 000 on the uhaul and $600 on gas, and got a storage unit that was infested… I will never rent storage space with them again nor will I rent a truck to travel long distance

Oscar DEveryone at this location is very nice and helpful. I specifically requested that I wanted the best truck available in the 15 foot size. The truck was loud, shook, the steering wheel.went back-and-forth and I had to keep moving it to maintain control on the road, and then had the check engine light come on. It's still ran, however, at stoplight it would idle rough. I did talk with Roadside. assistance., They were nice and helpful, but it was very stressful driving a vehicle with a check engine light on 25 miles away from home. From now on, I'm going to do a little test drive in the parking lot and if it's not good, I'm not going to accept the vehicle because I rent on a somewhat regular basis. Vehicles need to be maintained and updated, and the fleet seems dated and worn.

Blanca AFix your trash app. There is no reason me and 2 other customers were stuck trying to return and can't get a location, even though if I go to location tab in the app it finds me immediately. Also, the scan barcode failed us all. The others just gave up and left their vehicles. After 40mins of failed app I used the website to complete. Don't only list your app if it doesn't work. At least list the website as a backup option.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing and needed someone to assist me with entering my unit as I had lost my key card. The door was locked and no one would come to the door to assist me. I was told through the closed door that yes they are still open but the lock the door and shut down the system 10 minutes before closing. There was one young man that was out side that I asked if he could assist me and he tried to get the door open to the units but could not. I was grateful for him but the other guy in the actual office was complete unhelpful and rather rude. He could have at least unlocked the door to tell me their procedures.
