Gary GWould be nice if the truck didn't leak tremendously in rain. I know there is sign on the wall saying it is not water proof, yet you should not have to water protect furniture and tarp the entire load due to a poorly maintained vehicle.

William FI don't remember the name of the person who helped me but he was extremely nice. He said he'd been there for 20 years though. It was hard to believe because he didn't look 30 years old. Maybe you can figure out who it was to help me. He also helped me when I returned the trailer. I've always had good experiences there, except for once (there were two new guys who fell short on the customer service). I do recommend this location. There is new construction on the drop off end of the lot which made turning around more challenging since someone had pulled into this spot beside me. They were quickly relocated though, but.
Sherry PNice people at this UHaul and have rented here before. Sometimes not able to call directly and the call get routed to the central answering line which wastes time when I had a question about the truck. The 15ft truck had 155K miles and it was very loud inside while driving.. the doors locks, and windows and seats were manual. The truck got the job done but would have preferred an updated truck. All the trucks were the same with more miles!

Only thing to improve is the web based rental process to pick up the truck is not smooth, and things like links to documents that have to be reviewed are unclear. In the end I had to inside the building to complete the process to get the truck because it hung up. So I wasted time with that.
Robert LThere was a issue and needed to call ealert. Staff made my employee and I feel like criminals. When calling there was not even a issue with our account and was something on their end that they fixed on the phone quickly. However the staff was so rude at the location during the process and trailer rented was full of rocks not clean made the use of equipment for us very difficult for our need. No offer of staff to clean the equipment. Took pics also while employee was there verifying equipment was not clean. Such a bad experience and made our use of equipment almost non existent. Wasted my money for somwthing we didn't even use and had to rent another some where else and top that off with the staff making us feel like crimes for clerical errors on their corporate side and this location will get zero business from us. We are friends with other big business renters and will be sharing our experience with them as well to advise of other choices for renting equipment elsewhere.

Dominic VAlthough we did not have a reservation and the vehicle trailer was covered with snow, the associate to the extra time to remove the snow off the trailer, explained how to properly operate strap ratchets and provided other recommendations based on the vehicle we needed to tow. Excellent customer service!

bob sHad a mobile pick up time of 7:30pm. Booked earlier that day. The van was covered in snow from a week ago. Over 1 foot. Took several times to start and was stuck due to the plowing done around the vehicle. Took over 30 mins to get it out. No scraper was provided and the gas tank was at 3/4s. Doubt the vehicle was moved in a long time. I was charged fuel due to returning it at even above level.

JAMES FTRUCK HAD A DRIVE LINE VIBRATION AT 55MPH, IF LETTING OFF THE GAS AT 55 MPH THERE WOULD BE A SHUDDER FROM THE DRIVE LINE. SUSPECT FORWARD U-JOINT AT TRANSMISSION HAS PLAY FURTHER DIAGNOSTIC REQUIRED.
PETER LI had to leave my truck in the loading garage overnight. This was due to me accessing the facility before 10pm, then loading my truck in the loading garage, and then the doors locking at 10pm. This was an extreme inconvenience. I didn't have my cell phone (it was in my truck, that was now locked in the garage) and I had to walk along the highway to the nearest gas station in order to call the manager. The manager was able to grant me access back into the building so I could at least access my phone and wallet, but I was unable to leave in my own vehicle because the garage door wouldnt open. I think this is a flaw in the gate code/access process. I had to order an uber so I could go home and not sleep in my truck in the garage that night. Then I needed to get a ride back to the facility in the morning to obtain my truck and posessions. If I am allowed to enter the garage, I should be allowed to leave, regardless of time. At the very least an employee should come tell me that "the garage door will be locking in X minutes, you should move your truck outside in order to ensure you aren't locked in". Thank God I am a smart, healthy, adult. If an elderly person or someone less capable found themselves in my situation, the outcome could have been much worse. Also, the bathrooms are locked and out of order because the staff doesn't want to have to deal with cleaning them. What if I have to use the bathroom after the main office is closed? Unacceptable.

Recently there have been issues with the public bathrooms in the storage area.The staff was always helpful and corrected credit card billing issues .

The bathroom is the most disgusting public bathroom I had a good laugh when I walked into it. I had told the guy I talked to someone on the phone about emptying my locker and the grace period to get the money back since I had just been charged and the very first thing he grumpily said is "I've never heard of such a policy". Nothing like "I'll look into it", or "let me help you figure this out". Just an immediate dismissal. When I certainly did get my money back. Pretty terrible customer service on that end but oh whale Storage unit was clean. I canceled my unit to get something closer and more convenient.

The problems I experienced was with the app. I found it very difficult to work with and throughout the process U-hauls first approach was to ask me to "go to the app". Most often I wasn't able to access it so I had to call and find a person to talk with. Across the the whole move project when I could reach a person, I found U-haul to be professional and helpful with excellent follow-through.

Hung up on phone calls stated they can keep calling buy won't be answered. The customer service line was just as rude when we were trying to get help. If I didn't need the storage right now I'd go somewhere else!

When we returned on 9/24 we come to find that our unit had been cancelled due to we did not place a lock on the unit with in a certain amount days from renting the unit which without any communication. The associate informed us that we should of gotten a phone call which we DID NOT let alone was I told when I rented the unit in August. As a suggestion the renter should be told about making sure a lock in place or it will cancelled. If I was aware of this it would of saved myself and my family some time due to we were on a time schedule.
