First time U-Haul renter and the experience was very easy. Great friendly service at the front desk. He provided me with a new Dodge van for my move and the vehicle was clean and drove well. Dropping it off was also very quick and easy. I will like be back next month for another rental. Merci encore!

I made a reservation closest to my house but the reservation was changed and I had to drive 45min away related to not having the equipment available. I also clarified the drop off location was incorrect but they said it did not matter and I could drop it off at any location. However, that was not the case when I arrived at destination, I was sent to two different places bc the first place was closed and I had to spend more money filling up the gas tank and tired form the long trip and move.

Not sure why I was charged ~$12 for gas when I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up -- otherwise it was a great experience.

I returned tow equipments (Dolly & Truck), but I received only one receipt for one equipment (the dolly), and the Truck was not included in the receipt. The next day, I got an email saying that I didn't return the Truck, so I had to call this location to solve the problem. Finally, I got my second receipt the next day of return date. This mistake is really bad because the problem could have been worse if I had not called. Personnel must be trained very well for checking out the returned equipments.

I tried returning the truck after hours but I had problems with your location finder. No matter what I did it would not work and thus I had to leave the keys in the box Next day I got charged $20. I think that was intentional and a way of getting an additional $20 it stinks and I believe you ripped me off

Check in went very well, however no one was available to show us our locker and keypad access procedures. The check in agent had said "there are guys outside" but we couldn't find any. We eventually asked another customer for help. When we raised the locker door, alarms went off even though we followed all the procedures. No one came even then to check on things. We were able to lock up out things, though a second trip from the car to bring things up resulted in alarms going off again.

Between the harassment from the storage facility after I moved out and the lack of overall care from the horrific experience I had driving down here I will have to be hard pressed to use uhaul again. Not sure if it's a regional thing but the entire experience became a nightmare once I crossed the Florida line. And I'm still fixing damage that was caused to my vehicle from a bad tire that blew

I got trapped in the elevator. Systems inside elevator failed to notify anybody. The A/C was frequently out of service. I asked for the balance (21 days) of my rent that was already paid be applied to the U Haul storage unit I am getting this Saturday in Danvers, Ma. I am using one of U Hauls trailers to get my stuff between the 2 units. My request to a manager for a credit on the balance to be applied to my next U Haul unit was dismissed.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my time I rented with U-Hual. The staff at this location is wonderful. I rented for over 10 years and the staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. I would have continued renting at U-Haul but the rent continued to increase and I found another rental unit at a different facility for a considerably lower rate. I'm going to miss seeing the staff. You are very lucky to have such great employees.

My experience with U-Haul Moving & Storage of Dadeland in Miami, FL was excellent in every respect. I worked with several different employees while renting a box truck and a storage unit and in each case I received excellent service that was pleasant and helpful. Only because I know their names, Amanda Felix and Kenneth Calhoun, were especially helpful but the others whose names I don't know were equally as helpful and accommodating so they deserve my compliments as well. This business is top notch in my estimate and I will be a long time customer.

This was the worst storage experience I've ever had in my life. I was unable to contact staff to complete my move out despite contacting them for 3 months. I don't even know if my account has been closed and cleared yet. Even reaching out to corporate was unhelpful for 2 months.

The sole lady at check-in on a Saturday morning did a great job handling the long line of impatient people waiting (manager: you need to add another person). Jesus was very helpful with our uboxes. The cleaning lady also very friendly and helpful providing a clean storage unit.

I wish I had names, but there are 2 African-American gentlemen who I encountered and they extended the warmest hospitality and customer service that I have experienced anywhere in a long time. 1 was on the outdoors, other as a sales agent inside.

Everything was good except I did see a few very small roaches crawling around when I was packing up my storage. Also, the bathroom on the first floor did not have the air dryer - it seems it was removed, and there is no paper to dry your hands.

Overall the storage unit and area was clean and well maintained but when the air conditioning in my unit's area was broken for multiple summer months, I tried communicating with the store manager via email and phone and received no response. I even reached out to the district manager, who assured me I would be receiving an update and never received a response from anyone. The font line staff were friendly but the management was completely unresponsive This was honestly the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

I've had my stuff in storage for almost 4 years. A rat somehow got in there, but luckily it didn't ruin anything. I had my things packed pretty good. Hopefully it didn't get into any other units. When I closed, I had a manager on site and followed all instructions. They haven't closed my contact and it's been almost 3 weeks. I've called and called customer service and the store with no call back.

I cancelled online and continue getting emails to pay. I got stuck in the elevator for over 45 mins I ranged the bell many times no one came. I called front desk 3 times and told in their way. I ended up calling the fire dept directly to get me out during regular hours. Shameful the black lady isn't friendly or her customer service is bad nor dies she care.

We stored items for 3 months. We intended on needing to wash all the bedding and clothing. We have unpacked and everything is odor free. The facility is cleaner than I could have ever imagined. The staff is helpful. I would use this location again and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

The person who I got my unit from gave me the wrong number unit, so when I unloaded my car and brought everything up to what I thought was my unit, it was apparently not my unit. I had to unload everything back into my vehicle, go into the store and wait in line to get my correct storage unit, go back and load everything again and bring my stuff up. Also, when I pushed the help buttons to talk to an associate while inside the storage area, nobody answered. Wasn't happy to say the least!

Prices are ridiculous. Florence KY to Miami FL 4 x 8 trailer one way was 319, and for a 5 x 8, only 1 foot more was $150 more. Was told by rep in Florence KY a TRUCK goes from Florida to KY for what I paid for the 4 x 8.

The wait time at the counter took about 30 minutes and I was the only one there. When I went again to buy supplies it was another 30 minute wait. Other then that it was a good experience.

The only issue we had this time versus other times was that when we registered online we could not automatically get the First month free promotional. In the past every time we got the first month free when we checked in at the office. However, the management has informed us that they will adjust the payment in the following month. I pay for a truck on Sunday May 8 2021 to take out my things from two storages that I had and two guys got stuck on the elevator been there for an hour without any help until we realize nobody was helping them and went to call a worker and he said that he was going to call another coworker to come but the guys were in desperte need of air and water since the emergency bottom was not working becouse no one but one went to see them since we were there taking our stuff from the first floor so they call the fire rescue who were the only ones to come and Open the elevator. No one of the staff did anything to try to help the guys on the elevator or fix the elevator after it was open. Because of that we could not take our stuff from the 4th floor when we already had the truck paid. I need someone to tell me how to proceed on this since it's not fair that I have to pay other truck to take my things from the 4th floor. When I ask the lady at the front desk if uhual could provide me with at least a van so I could take my stuff another day when the elevator it's fixed her answer was I could use the stairs which I find nonsensical. How she can pretend I will go 4 floors up and down with furniture and stuff ?.

The worst customer service from the all the employees working. Refusal to help when there was an issue that's I specifically asked about. Blatant disrespectful while speaking. Failed to mention that the gate to storage was broken and would not be able to access after hours which I specifically requested multiple times. Lied to customer multiple times. When moving in I was not given a lock or key and told they would open the unit when I returned. When attempting to move out I was told that I should've received one and a lock. I was told I'd have to pay $50 to get my things out. Horrible service and I was not able to get my belongings until my dad drive up to speak to the employee. Will not be using this company ever again and will tell others not to go here.

While removing my items from storage, I saw 2 roaches that I could not have previously had. Same roaches I saw dead in the hallway. The lady who set me up with the storage unit was extremely rude. I notified the staff on 8/15 that I was moving out. They logged me out on 8/31 and auto pay still charged me on 9/1. I left a complaint with customer service still have not received my money back.

Good experience. However, my experience in PA with UHaul was quite difficult. You were not helpful at all.

Had a horrible experience...spent over 3000 dollars with uhaul and worst the worst service ever.... Inadequate incompetence just lack of common sense..bunch of young kids that really dont care...

The storage unitdoor handle was very hard to open I reported it-everyone was very helpful and nice partcularly the spanish woman who opened/showed me unit she was great (can’t remember name) the best

Long wait at counter (1:15) to rent storage unit.

Long waits to install hitch at Erie, PA forced me to go to another shop. It was quite frustrating. You did not have specific electrical part for my car light. Had to splice my car cables. Expensive.

The employees were friendly and helpful but the office is under staffed. It was frustrating to have to wait in a long line with only one employee attending everyone. It's too bad.
