However Lynette Whitby called me on my cell phone and met me at the Denton location so I could get access to the facility. She was extremely helpful and got everything corrected for me.

Mindy G | Expérience généraleI miss the old owners who went out of their way to accommodate they're customers. Since the moment u haul took over I've had one issue after another whether it be being over charged, the gate sitting open for days or my gate code not working for no apparent reason. During these times when something was going wrong uhaul staff at the easton office was very difficult to get ahold of. After being overcharged and threatened to lose my unit it took me 2 weeks, over 30 phone calls plus a number of emails and finally a drive over 25 mins out of my way just to speak to someone who could help me. Then I was told they needed to look into and they would get back to me. After the issue was corrected no one got back to me with any kind of communication, not until I called them once again multiple times did I find out it was taken care of and then I was charged a late fee for their mistake. Twice by unit price magically went up bc insurance for added with no warning or permission. When you all took over you offered us new locks which I never saw or heard mentioned again. To error is human and easily forgive able when handled correctly but nothing from the moment you took over was. When I finally did get help it certainly wasn't bc the manager that customer service told me I had to speak to had finally returned my call it was bc I walked on the office to find the old owner as an employee of yours now and she made sure that my file/account got the attention it needed. The only thing that was done right was my stiff was stored properly although not exactly secured since I didn't notice even one camera and in multiple occasions I saw what I felt like were vehicles waiting for me to open the gate so they too could enter. Of course on those occasions I waited in front of the gate till it was closed again but if there's no uhaul emoyee on site there ever and no cameras how is it monitored properly?

LORA H | Expérience généraleI had issues with staff on line being unable to find my account. Frustrating. Someone added insurance to my account and it took many phone calls and to much time to deal with someone in Easton MD to resolve the issue. Otherwise I had no problem with the other company!
