Your data base somehow had me connected to my girl friend's acct through my phone number. This caused difficulty in trying to setup my own acct and correctly arranging rental reservations. It worked out eventually, but I had to drive to the U haul location and have a desk person (Tanner) fix it. He did, successfully and showed great patience and thoughtfulness.

Erica TI was moving my office/warehouse and needed to rent a couple of trucks and a trailer on separate days over the course of about 10 days. I never thought I would say this about renting a UHaul, but it was truly a good experience - all three times. This is NOT the UHaul of yesteryear. Their people and their systems are SO much better than in the past. Again, never thought I would say this, but I would highly recommend UHaul to a friend, and will gladly use them again if needed in the future.

Luke PI was very disappointed in UHaul operations. I reserved the truck weeks ahead of my move. The day before getting my truck they informed me that I had to go to a different location then I had chosen for pickup. I told them that wasn't the location I wanted. They informed me that U-Haul does not guarantee the location and that they guarantee that that it will be within 50 miles of my chosen location. I call that BS, there is no reason they couldn't meet my chosen location. I had rented from that location before, there has always been many vehicles at that location. I will let others know about there lack of convenience in using them !!
Russell GI love dealing with UHaul. I've dealt with UHaul for years in different states. They are always consistent and reliable. I'm an independent contractor and UHaul has help me make alot of money. The only thing I would like to see is being able to get a discount for commercial clients.

Alejandra CI am always appreciative of using U haul. Many times I need a truck at the last minute and usually can find one. Recently, I rented a truck at 444 Broadway in Mesa and Tanner was a friendly excellent agent.

Worked with Dan over the phone for the reservation and he was professional, efficient and thorough when scheduling my U Haul needs for the location I requested. During pickup and turn in, Gabriel, at the location, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was truly customer service oriented.

Floria O45 minutes i waited for help. There was only 2 guys working so the wait was bad. The van was dirty in. Food on passenger seat candy underneath passenger seat a bag from a gas station that had nothing in it and there was a dog hair all over both seats and dog prints on the floor in the van.

They also appear to have a great working relationship and it provides a great environment for the customer. They were on it and had kind energy. If possible, I will always go to this location just for these guys! I regret not catching their names.
Christian MI got 4 texts asking me to enter my driver's license on a "secure" site. The web address was not secure. I refused to do it, only to have an employee do it on their phone when I arrived. My contract indicated fuel was full and it was not..I paid $30 for gas to drive 33 miles mostly because I do not trust you enough to not charge me and I did not have proof due to the phone image having already been uploaded to your system and not showing anywhere on my phone. This will likely be the last time I ever rent from UHAUL.
Dustin G15 foot u haul truck had 86000 mile and was not high safe and working condition I have experienced in the past for the price. Poor vehicle management. U Haul missed the mark.

Nathan CEnsure that details of the vehicle are accurate on the contract. We were told gas level was at full when it was at 1/4 of a tank. We informed uhaul employee and he made the change in new contract.
