Your return app needs work. I had to call 24hr line for help. Why bother with an app if I can just call and get it done. It's ridiculous.
Tim ForsytheDouble charged me, then your customer service rep tried to say it was my fault because I did not electronically. Return the trailer which by the way, was not the size that it said it was. Did not even send me the link to return it until well after I was in bed I even talk to a rep about being double billed and she said just call back in the morning to have the charges reversed It was like pulling teeth to get your wrap to even consider that I was right, and she needed to make adjustments

She removed the trailer and looked up my account and saw where the drop-off location was wrong (it was listed as Texas not Florida). She made a call and straightened it out and I was on my way. She handled the matter with professionalism, and you are lucky to have someone like her working at that location.

LEE KORMONDYThe staff at this location was rude and unprofessional. We were treated with disrespect. I am a disabled veteran and will NOT recommend this location to anyone. I drove from Knoxville Tn and the rules changed from one location to the other. In TN We were told one thing and it was not honored once we arrived in Pensacola. When questioned about the difference the employee then responded with, "Well I won't rent you anything. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it was the manager's day off. I then asked for any supervisor and was told there wasn't one except the manager. We had rented the uhaul, reserved the unit but was denied once we arrived. Knoxville Tn location was informed that there was not a permanent home address in Pensacola yet but did have the address to my place of employment. I had to partner with the VA once Iarrived for the new apartment address. Uhaul in TN said that would be fine as long as it was a loc address. It was/is a local address. We were finally allowed to use a family member's home address in Panama City, FL. This situation has also caused me to rethink our Uhaul units in Panama City. This statement is a summary. The entire situation was beyond unprofessional. The employee was willing to turn away a disabled veteran who had already secured the unit prior to arrival.

Richard JonesNo one is at the location ( at 2pm). No one answers the phone! You can hear it from outside, just ringing and ringing. No way to pick up my order, even after I checked in on the phone. I was there for an hour trying to reach someone… finally I ended up calling the location on pace Blvd and they were able to fulfill my order. Will never reserve from this location again.

Tom MousleyI wish there was a flat rate option for local moves under 50 miles. I did not anticipate spinning $100 just to use a 1995 truck for one day. It ended up being $82 for 38 miles plus I had to refill it at $20 and I only had to relocate a few containers to my storage unit. I thought Max would be $50 but my final invoice was $82,9 plus the restoration of fuel back to the full I've rented nice rental cars for way less with an unlimited amount of miles just something to consider in terms of today's economy and helping out local customers
Mrs. Fatima TurnerMake sure the equipment a person requests is available!!! I reserved two utility dollies. I arrived to be told there were none available anywhere in Pensacola and my only option was to buy one if I wanted one. This is UNEXCUSABLE! Especially since there were a group of appliance dollies sitting there, but we couldn't have one of those as they were reserved. IT WAS A RIP OFF! I had reserved two utility dollies, why is it appliance dillies are available as promised and utility files are not??? First, no furniture pads are available in Bonifay and now this! I'm so frustrated I can't put it into words, especially since I was paying for help. The people were nice but that doesn't excuse the fact that equipment was said to be available, I reserved said equipment and showed up to be told basically, "so sorry, nothing we can do about it." I would have rented an appliance Dolly had I known it even better borrowed a Dolly from friends who had one. It really felt like a rip off being forced to buy a dolly, which amazingly there were quite a supply of available for sale, that I didn't need except for the move! I will warn anyone I speak to about U Hails inability or unwillingness to provide what they contract with one to provide. It's basically LYING TO GET BUSINESS when the company says yes we have this and then one shows up the next day to be told, "no we don't, if you want it you need to buy it." The most aggravating thing is I received an email the day before my pickup date making it sound like all the equipment I ordered would be available. Thankfully I went inside to pick up the equipment. I would have been even madder had I used my phone to pick up and reached my storage unit to find out equipment I ordered wasn't included. PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS! IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS RESERVED SAY SO UP FRONT!!! I COULD HAVE BORROWED A DOLLY FOR FREE FROM FRIENDS INSTEAD OF BEING FORCED TO BUY ONE SO I I WOULDN'T BE OVER PAYING FOR HELP I HIRED. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE, ESPECIALLY ON TWO RENTALS IN A ROW!

He said several pickups have been stolen, and they are strict about what you need to rent a pickup truck. Nothing he told me was online when I booked the truck. I believe he racially profiled me. I have a credit card, but we never got that far

The spots that I expected to be customer parking were actually reserved for high security parking. I just parked there briefly anyway, as I wasn't exactly sure where the regular parking spots were.

Uhaul Bellview did not honor my original storage reservation even though I had called ahead to confirm it. I had to settle for a medium sized unit at Uhaul Downtown Pensacola. It does not appear storage reservations are honored at all by Uhaul locations.

Exterior door was constantly left open, so there goes climate controlled!! My unit had rats/ mice in it eating my things. Paid extra for insurance only to be told nothing could be done, had to have receipts for ALL my things in unit. Can't produce receipts for 100 year old pieces of furniture that was handed down. Day I removed my belongings, unit full of cockroachs and I don't mean two or three, I mean full of roaches and the entire building smelled so badly from person living inside his unit, my son and I could barely stand it. Had to bug bomb my garage three times before I could start moving my things into my new home. Owner/manager refused to pro-rate rent so I lost money as well. I would definitely NOT recommend this storage facility.

Head to bring all the boxes home unpack them in the front yard and repack after the roaches were removed from the contents. Not sure if it has anything to do with it but there was a homeless guy living in one of the units in the same building.

If we weren't living overseas, we would have changed facilities at the notice of the first rate increase. After this, I wasn't surprised to learn that they don't prorate the month if you move your belongings out early.

After providing proof of insurance via a 3rd party, the staff was unhelpful In resolving an internal I haul system conflict requirement that required information not pertinent to the insuring organizations. Instead of resolving the problem through a creatively solution, the staff pushes responsibility back on the customer to remedy an issue that affects uhual. I find issue that requirements such as the insurance and specific lock requirements to be highly irregular for uhual rentals I've under gone in the past. This information is not disclosed during reservations and seems to serve as a snare trap for customers already under going a stressful activity with relocating.

However, the waiting in line period was too long. I was there at 820am for a reserve pickup 830am but I was not seen until 900am. There were 7 customers waiting behind me and 3 in front with 1 employee on the site. That's unsatisfactory. Nevertheless, that employee deserves an unscheduled day off!
