Eventide I come in there the manager very nice and the even ladies is very polite I will rent there again and I will recommend this uhaul place to qll my friend and family.

I had to wait while she serviced 5 people just to give me a different truck. Upon returning the truck my card was charged $200 and she couldn't tell me why. It was a terrible experience. I've never had a bad experience with Haul but then again I've never rented from that location before and I never will again. 0 stars from me.

Please go back to letting us drop the keys and leave the truck. That being said everything else was groovy. Mark J was fantastic. He was professional and fun. I give him 5 stars

Other then that the service is wonderful and the trucks serve its purpose beautifully. Also maybe incentives for people who refer customers as well.

richard jackson | Premières impressionsThe vehicle I had had very low engine power and I would have explained that to the employee but we had a very big argument. When I received the vehicle I asked several times how long can I keep it without extra charges. I was told 7pm by who I later found out was a manager and also a guy who was working with her. Close to 7pm I received a phone call very rudely asking me when was I returning the vehicle I was just leaving the storage unit on Alexis and I told him I was about to be bringing it back and that I was told 7pm he said well we close at 8 so you have plenty of time. I stopped to get gas then I went back to my house so my daughter could follow me back to the U-HAUL building. Before I got there they tried to charge my card for $33 and change, when I got there he had the manager on the phone she said even if she told me 7p, 6p is on my paperwoand that it was highlighted. For 1 it wasn't highlighted and 2 because I asked several times and the guy that was working agreed and verified that I was told 7pm, I didn't look at the paperwork. I was prepared to pay for the extra mileage and I still will pay but I didn't think it was fair for them to charge me an extra day. So I left without paying for the extra mileage or the extra day. I apologize but I was very angry because she lied and then tried to make me out to be the one who misunderstood and I really hope y'all replay the in store video and even check the locations of the AirTags on the vehicle . The first night I wanted to get it over with but the storage place closed at 8pm, I got the truck at 6:30/6:40 so I had to wait until the next morning. I dropped my daughter off at school then I went straight to the storage place to unload. After that I came back to the house. Parked the truck and left to go take food and clothes to my kids who weren't home at the time. Then I came back home reload the truck with what I had left, around 5p to went back to the storage to unload. I was done around 6 something. I was doing all of it by myself. It took time. I did not intend to argue, It was just very terrible communication between 2 employees and myself. I got very upset, I was already having a bad day then for them to treat me like I did something wrong when the "manager" couldn't own up to what she told me, it then escalated. No problem I will pay what I owe but I can't pay for an extra day. Sorry but your employees specifically told me 7pm would be my 24hrs on top of 2 of the employees being very rude

Reason being is he was very rude to me and nasty I hope that he was just having a bad day. Just be mindful, because of customers he has a job. I will pray for him.

When I left the store at East Broadway and Woodville Rd. at 820 they still weren't open. My pick up time for a 10ft truck was 8am. The new location downtown only had vans but were very helpful and apologetic.
