Not being able to access the storage units from the front entry, and having customers use the rear entrance ONLY is horrible and cruel! The facility has an entry point directly in front of my unit and I was told that it was not available for use.

Got extra charges didn't close out storage when asked. Had another storage and closed it out before I asked. People sleeping in storage scared to load at night.

Employees did not take me serious also had a verbal altercation with another customer in front of me and my kids, then laughed at the customer that she upsetted, then right after that said next "I don't have time for people like this." . Told her I needed to switch my pick and destination time and place. And I was still put down for return truck to location. Employees lied to other customers so they wouldn't have to get up out of seat for dolly's. I was half way walked my uhaul by woman with dreads the she said "what does it say on your keys?" I told her the numbers then she said "ok good you got this just go find your truck now." Then she said "please make sure you leave a good comment about me." I would never use this uhaul location.

I think customers should present pictures of items they wish to move so that oversized or smaller vehicles will not be mistakenly given out. This will help to project appropriate vehicle size for the haul.

I had an issue with the 24/7 U-Haul. The first U-Haul I rented, the code wouldn't work and they charged my card. I have not received my refund. So I had to go to a different location. I'm still waiting on my refund from the first U-Haul.

Even after swiping my entry card, the alarm on my unit would go off every single time, for 2 years. I reported it several times and it was never fixed. My lock was cut off twice. The first time it was cut off I was not notified at all and only found out when I went to get Christmas decorations out and my key no longer worked. The second time, I was contacted and told someone else was claiming the unit was theirs. The lady I spoke to was the same person that cut my lock off the previous year, and said she remembered me because she liked my Christmas decorations she had seen the year before.. I told her I was at work and couldn't come right at the moment and scheduled to meet her at my until between 2:30p and 3:00p that same day. I arrived at 2:45p to find her standing at my unit with the door open. She had cut the lock off again. When i asked why she didn't wait, she said the lady who was claiming the unit was hers was standing there waiting. I told her she knew I was coming at the designated time and asked why she couldn't honor our agreement. I was again told because the other lady was already there. She tried to tell me my name wasn't associated with that unit (even thought she remembered me from cutting the lock off the prior year). I opened the app on my phone and showed her where it had my unit number. I asked how the "system" didn't have me associated with the unit but the app did. She told me her manager told her to go ahead and cut the lock and pointed him out. He stood there the entire time and let her take the heat I was giving her and never said a word. That is extremely poor management skills and I would NEVER work for someone like that, and it isn't someone I would want working for me. Other than the above described scenarios, every time I've had to go inside the store portion, there has only been one, and on the rare occasion 2, people working the counter, and most times I could see 2-3 people sitting in the office. Service was always slow and it felt like I was inconviencing the staff by shopping there. I will never rent from this particular facility again, and more than likely will never rent a storage unit from Uhaul period. This experience has been a nightmare and I am actively discouraging friends and family from ever using your storage facilities.

I reserved the truck online for $39,99 pluse 0,89 a mile. When I went to pick it up and change the drop off location the sales agent changed my order to a one day trip which charged me double. My husband and I asked the agent why did the price change so drastic from what was stated online and he keep saying your not going out of town. I feel like I was hustled so uhaul can get the bonus numbers up. I'm not happy at all.

I made a reservation for a dolly & 15 foot truck 2 hours in advance. Once I got to the location the dolly I wanted was not available @ the truck I received was on E. Took about 45 mins to get another truck. Finally got another truck but my supplies was still in the other truck. It was a mess. Also I was told I would be compensated but that hasn't happened! This just made my move that much more stressful

The cargo area was totally wet! The back door was left open. Apparently no one completed a check of the vehicle before my arrival. I requested rear area of the 20' truck to be cleaned and dried before use. Also the roof has a leak..some of my furniture and personal item were wet upon unloading the vehicle (it was raining during my transit during my move).

Make sure the truck is clean and the paperwork is correct. Whoever checked that truck before I had it did not check it in properly…..ie..the gas was wrong, the mileage was incorrect, windshield was cracked, and none of the (X) marks were on any of the previous damage spots.

Equipment was dirty inside cab and inside body center seat back rest has a hole in it broken plastic bumper parts damaged every were very very old equipment dat should not have been on the road at all applying brake pedal engine rear end transmission knocking jerking then you have to wait until wat ever release before you can regain forward speed sticker on dash says more green bars much better fuel mileage dats a lie at 75-80 miles per hour it shows 1 maybe 2 green bars but if you going slower then 40 miles per hour all green bars stay lit so I should get all my rental,fuel money back for this truck while doing inspections on uhaul app the system went into error mode so I showed error message to management he said tell them win I drop it off that he nos about everything that’s wrong with truck let’ me tell u about trailer while trying to secure right front tire this management guy went got a real hammer and beat on metal wat it’s called until he could get it to work move release tie down strap so after that I kept a look on it but doing every time I stop or would waste my time checking it the right strap will be done release it self so by now am making this strap work so I don’t kill nobody and lose my truck upon dropping truck and trailer off I showed the guy who was checking me how strap was about to come off and that it had done feel off many times by itself he the check in guy tried to tighten it up and move it be there was no luck doing anything with that right side at all he’s like we will have somebody else to look at this I could have killed somebody and my self with this old out of date equipment that has not been serviced at all

The staff gave me someone else storage. When I went to move in, it had two locks on it that were not mine. Will return in the morning to straighten out. But everything else is fine.

This storage unit is very difficult to move into. There is no access to drive inside of the building. I ended up canceling my move in at this place and chose another storage company.

I'm so disappointed in Uhaul. When I originally set up my account I had given them my military id and they had told me my properties wouldn't be sold if I didn't pay if I was out of the country. I had been out of the country for work and now currently in Oklahoma on deployment . I had someone reach out to me and specifically state "Oh your military your stuff won't be sold" then I get an email THAT ALL MY EXPENSIVE STUFF WAS SOLD FOR A MERE 100! I'm so hurt and disappointed and would never rent from uhaul again!

The young man who assisted me with getting a bigger unit was so nice and helpful. My original unit was not clean, there were dead cockroaches inside. There were also roaches crawling on the outside of some units as well as the floor. Pest control needs to be better maintained. My larger unit was clean inside so that was a plus.

I wish I could remember the young gentleman that helped me I came around 2pm and he was very helpful respectful and very responsive. The only thing is something to need to be done with the system or updates need to be done as far as making sure that the units that say available and not available two units that I was given was occupied and showing vacant overall good experience

Staff seems annoyed to assist customer. Did not provide adequate information unless asked such as where we needed to go to get to the storage. Staff could not provide or set up 24 hour access due to system down. I was suppose to get first month free when I set up storage due to renting a moving truck but was still charge when I got to the counter for the storage. And as of today my 24 hour PIN code still do not work for 24 hour access nor were they ever able to set up the access card. So issue has still not been resolved. Had to use the bathroom when moving stuff in storage could not use it because code did not work of course. Just a bad experience overall with U-Haul.

The only bad review I have is that a lot of times the storage area had bad smells such as spoiled meat, or spoiled milk, and even stinky feet. Other than that, all the workers I encountered was exceptionally nice

They had the best prices around the area the only thing is units on the 2nd or top floor only had stairs no elevator. Easy to access and staff were very helpful

My experience on pioneers was not great, but I'm very pleased with my storage on Tarrant Rd. I didn't get a storage on pioneers I cancel it they was a screwed up with the vacant available space. I never had that problem before cause they was the one I always use beside Tarrant Rd. Sorry I can't give an reviews

The facility flooded and ruined most of my possessions including photos and important documents. They said in an email that they would clean it right after it happened. Nothing was done and a year later I was blamed for the facility flooding. I was not reimbursed in any way.

On my day of moving my things out. I needed help but no one would come help. I called for help more tan3 times on the phone no answer push the security button down the hall from my unit got my daughter to call off her phone no answer. This is ridiculous.. And there were 4 employees there. When I walk to the office there were this nice courtesy older Caucasian lady that told me my card said I check in cause I walk to office cause my card kept saying access denied.... I ask the other female African American lady to help me she sent me to the office and said that I had to go all the way around the building to get to the office but I found out from my moving company that I can get to the office through the building... What a stressful exhausting experience from this place.... So I kept trying to get in to my unit. And my keys wouldn't work. I ask can the lock be pop and the gm said no. Sooo I'm like how am I suppose to get into my unit he stated for me to call lock smith.... And I'm okay.... So I ask could someone come down to help me cause it want open and I have my U-Haul keys.... And the Gm which is Jeremy I believe... Came and open my unit with no problem with the set of keys he had ... My daughter said how did you unlock that so easy and he just rolled his eyes and never replied.... Like really I been asking for help and my locks was changed without my consent and without me even knowing anything about it.... So who is responsible for all of this and what's going to be done. I paid my bill faithfully and on time and sometimes a week in advance before due date..... This behavior from the Gm and team is unacceptable....... I give 0 stars. Unsatisfactory..... Never had any problems until it was time for move out..... The biggest problem I have is no one contacted me about changing my locks. Oh and I forgot to mention that the other lock was in the unit on the floor which is the original one that goes to the keys I had. Hope no one else has to go through this... Hopefully something gets done about this Mean management and team grouchy rude unprofessional.....

Wry unorganized, didn't know what units was available and occupied. I had to ask who was going to wait on me. On phone handling personal business instead of taking care of customer. I was waiting to long to get a unit the one I was assigned to was occupied. Then to small went up front to let them know and asked for larger unit. I always been please with the service there but not this time. Wanted a climate unit so I ask the young lady to call w tarrant storage for me cause I didn't feel like waiting any longer for her to go check to see if that unit was available. Very unhappy cause paying to rent a truck to move from my location to there and I left there went to w tarrant and then back to there cause my car was there and added gas to the truck twice. With my experience my truck rental should be free. Check in on your employee.

I was given a card that NEVER worked. It took longer to move things in because the man locked the doors at 7pm. It costed me more money and time. Moving companies charge by the hour. He man didn't even tell us that we wouldn't be able to get in after 7 and he locked the doors right in front of us. It was inconsiderate and shows that the employees do not care about customer service. The alarm started going off as well because we were trying to get everything through the single side exit door. I never did hear back from a manager about this and it shows that you all have predatory ways. It's not okay to play with peoples hard earned money. On top of all of this, the girl swiped my card for $80 for a storage that was supposed to be free. She reversed it but I was out of pocket $80 dollars during the week that I needed it most! I am also having to constantly dispute the extra chargers for insurance on the one way trailer that I did not authorize. Insurance wasn't offered to me for the extra days I kept the trailer but someone put it on there without notifying me. You all put up all of this advertisement to get peoples attention & business but choose not to provide quality services. You contributed to a very long, difficult life transition and choose not to own up to it.

Someone that works for the company opened my storage unit and also took a mirror that was my property. My unit was closed and the unit was opened and was then not able to close and I had to come and move stuff around to reclose it after I had already did so. I would like a full follow up report in regards to this and also tapes pulled.

On July 21 2022 I rented a uhaul for July 22 2022 because I was preparing to move to Texas. After I paid and took the uhaul home I didn't notice any problems until the morning of July 22 2022 on our way to Texas I noticed a marijuana blunt in the uhaul. Which is so dangerous because I don't use drugs at all and what if I was to get pulled over and got caught with something that wasn't mines but wait that's not it I had to drive 6 hours with no air you all did not provide me with a working uhaul it is to hot to be riding with no air I paid almost $400.00. Neither was it clean the windows was very nasty we had to pull over because so much fim from people smoking in the vehicle. I'm very dissatisfied and no I would not recommend you all to anyone at this point I'm not happy.. with this service thank you..!!

Some water damage in the unit next to our current one, which we had rented as well, but have vacated now. I believe it was 2254, to the right of our unit and there was a water problem years ago as well. AC or roof, not sure but shouldn't have to be concerned with water in an inside unit

Even though I received help, someone gave my reservations away saying it's first come first serve, what's the point of reservations then? I tried to purchase my truck and I was told I have to pay on debit card instead of cash only to be charge extra since it was a prepaid card(no one mentioned), and since I had no storage I had to go to another location where their computer was malfunctioning and couldn't pay card, but couldn't pay cash because the woman working didn't have a key to the register. Then while I was moving furniture in the truck I finally got, U-Haul calls me and says they accidently gave me someone else's storage unit and by the time I got there, they were closed and I had to buy a lock to keep everything safe overnight in the truck.

Aaron was very friendly and helpful but the facility was not clean. There were disgusting mattresses left in the halls near the front and while loading my things I had to walk back and forth passing these filthy items. There was a bag of spilled coffee beans in the hall right after I passed the nasty mattresses. Then there were dead bugs in the halls. It seemed like no one cared to clean up because during my hours moving my things, one or two workers came by and saw the mess and no one bothered to clean up. If my month wasn't free and I didn't need to store my extra equipment and boxes, I wound have left!

This particular facility had a flood event occur by another tenant and it caused water damage to my entire unit. They threw away my furniture, clothes, important documents and everything else that was ruined without notifying me. They then provided me a claim number to make a claim which was eventually denied due to me not having coverage (after renting for a year). I was definitely upset because over $10K worth of belongings of mine were never replaced. Aaron, the manager, showed sympathy for me and offered me two months free, which was a total of $250. It was no where near the amount of what my personal belongings cost, but I did appreciate it. Needless to say, if you rent a storage be sure to get insurance because if not, you'll definitely be screwed!

The guy who rung me up I think was the supervisor and he was great. The regular associate with the long hair was HORRIBLE, poor customer service skills. Also where the storage unit was located in the hall way, I didn't like it bcuz there was only 1 door to access it. I will most likely choose a different location

Your staff changed our lock and didn't tell us all they was saying you need to to call the lock smith. This cause us about a two hour wait time then your staff found the key to the lock that was replace by UHAUL. Tell white skinny guy was rude.

The manager at this storage was super nice and helpful. As a beginner with using a storage unit, I had no idea that I would need to purchase a lock for my storage unit. The storage manager was helpful to lock my storage for me until I purchased my lock. He's a one of a kind guy that deserves recognition.

We do appreciate the ease & access of U-haul, but there was some water leakage in our unit. Although most of our items were in plastic tubs, we did have some boxes suffer water damage. We are in the process of going through our items to determine the amount of damage we incurred.

It was a very safe unit although there were cockroaches sometimes our stuff was not infested with it. Only 3 cockroaches showed up in our stuff. Overall good experience and I liked the 24 hr access.

The only issue I had was the leaks in the roof with buckets set around catching the drips. Not cool. Some of my totes were wet when I came to remove them. Thankfully the contents were undamaged.
