This location is 5 minutes from my house. They were not able to accept the return due to space issues. The assigned return location is over 30 minute drive (hour round trip). In the end there was space available and a very helpful office manager who made it work. Do have an issue with not getting real people to answer the phone.

The receptionist was very helpful, efficient and friendly (sorry, I don't have her name) I was surprised at being charged $9 for gas, we put some in and the dial was pointing Full (?) It was a man with a beard that checked-in the truck return. Otherwise everything was ok with the truck. Thanks

I've had some of the worst days of my life during a move, and the staff at every Uhaul I've ever been to have been nothing but helpful, professional, sympathetic, and overall fantastic. I hope they can read this because I truly mean it when I say that they made the worst week of my life a little brighter. My only gripe with my storage unit is with the computer system running it: for some reason I could not enable auto pay. Both myself and my local uhaul office tried and neither of us could get it to stick. It's overall not a big deal though, as my first late fee was forgiven due to computer error and I was given ample notice every subsequent month. Again, props to the staff at the easton md uhaul.

truck broke down..obviously ot wasn't maintained on a regular. in the morning...the lady held me up a whole hour before able to move. just to call my girlfriend to verify my info. then the rruck wasn't prepared prior to my reservation...a whole hour to process and get truck ready..when it was reserved a week ahead

Requested and paid for furniture dolly's a there was a hand cart in the truck. Also requested and paid for 6 moving blankets and there were 2. Made the move more difficult. We did an after hours pick up due to the time we needed to get the truck so there was no one there to correct the problem.

Every time I called the number listed for the Easton office over the course of several months, an automated message says they are busy and it forwards my call to another uhaul location. I actually stood in the lobby of the Easton store when there were no customers there and called the number from my cell phone and it did the same thing. I'm not sure what is going on with the phones, but there needs to be a way to contact this office directly by phone. They also lock the large sliding door early but leave the side door open so you can get into your storage unit but if you have anything large to move, you cannot get it. Would be helpful if there was a way to open the sliding door after 7pm.

This is not a ding against the 8627 Ocean Gateway or the people that work there. The one star is because of your headquarters policy that the two contact numbers have to be called before they can rent the trailer. Yesterday, I forgot my cell from home and I could not rent the trailer because of it. What was SUPER frustrating!! They were able to call my wife, who was in the car, I a valid picture license, I have an account, and I have rented from this location countless times. This is a case where steadfast adherence to corporate policy led to HORRIBLE customer satisfaction.

The staff working on Sunday June 25 were phenomenal! They were both friendly and helpful and quick. I have used Uhaul many times in the past and never had such good customer service. My dad and I were even talking about it on the drive home. This was a long distance move for me and I was really exhausted and their positive attitudes were so appreciated!

I have rented two 10x10 storage units over the last couple of years as well as multiple vehicles and have never had an issue. The location is extremely convenient and right off of a major road. Parking was always available even in the back loading/unloading area. Inside of the climate-controlled building, the aisles are wide and numerous types of carts are available. I used pallets and a jack and had no issues inside. A first-class and well-run facility.

Facility was nice ....however, I just got furniture out & have items badly damaged. Antique Dining room table, side table, sofa/chairs "discolored" from temperature issues! Contact me asap!!!
