The ratchet straps for the car dolly were a bugger to use. You almost need 3 hands to operate them. I feel they have become worn and just need replacement. With them working properly, I should have been able to clam them shut and they would unwind. They did not. I had to manipulate the strap to unwind them. I told the clerk about the problem and that was about all I could do. I hope they look at this issue before renting it again.

Kyler WOrigianlly had a reservation for 1100 at Hefner location. Received a call as I was heading to location to pick-up rental and was told it was not avaialbe. She rescheduled a 1:00 pick up @ 911 S Broadway St. They then told me that they didn't have a 15' either. Very frustrating to have been told to reschedule my moving help from 11:00 to 1:00 to only be told that you are out-of-luck. Anyway the 911 S Broadway St location got me into a 10". It was tight but it worked. UHaul needs to work on ensuring what they tell people is indeed correct.
Theodore KEveryone was very helpful and thorough. They explained how to check in and check out, they walked us to our unit and they helped us turn in our trailer after we had unloaded it. Facility was very clean and organized. Excellent across the board.

The online quote stated $177 and by the end of the day, some how, I had spent close to $300, with gas and "safe ride" bull shit, whatever that is. So now im negative in my bank, and i guess thats my fault. Another greedy corporation trying to make it impossible to do anything in life. I will be sure to never ever use this SCAM OF A COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!

James SPickup and Drop Off were a complete headache. I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but the App is very time consuming and not very user friendly. I would like to avoid the app all together. Had to sign in no less than 5 times at both drop off and pickup. Easily added an extra 1,5 hours just to do these two things. Complete hassle. Supposed to be "easy". Would have been much easier to make a clickable link and carry on from there. Also, I made the reservation at 10am. Would not be available until 3:30. Dollies we're not loaded, even after a nearly 6 hour wait. So, we had to wait on those as well. Experience took much longer than ever needed to be. Glad I don't have to use another Uhaul anytime soon.

Didn't feel safe. Also didn't have the truck I had originally requested like 2 weeks before hand but that was from Stillwater location not Edmond. Not happy with uhaul in general for this move. Probably wouldn't use again unless I'm forced to

Tamera A | Premières impressionsWhen I rented the unit and was given the "max" card, the employee took me to where you use your card to turn off the alarm to your unit and showed me how to swipe the card but it didn't work as the computer probably hasn't had time to activate it yet. While doing that, I noticed the hours of operation were till 10pm. I asked the employee if we could access it after hours and he had told me yes, it was 24/7 access now that they had the security system. I felt relieved as my help wouldn't be available till about 4am. So we drive to the unit and looked all over to find a machine that would swipe out card and once found, I swiped it but the screen said to call office and it wouldn't give me access. When looking at the sign close to the card machine, it said that there wasn't access to your units until 5am. I was so tired from driving 6 hours etc that I got furious. Why would the employer tell me I could get in my unit any time with my card then I show up exhausted at 415am or so to hare to wait another 45mins to get in my unit. I spoke with the employee later that day and he said he didn't say that but I have 2 witness, 1 with me and 1 on the phone that heard him say it too. I was not happy. Then, I turn in the truck I rented on time and go home and was notified by my phone I had a $63 additional charge on my card I did not authorize. $33 for going over mileage that I did not know I had a limit as it was an out of state one way rental and a $25 cleaning fee as there was something green on the inside of the cargo area that was absolutely not caused by me. I own nothing green, has no green paint or stain to have caused that plus I moved the same load of belongings in a chair from that location to where I came back from with no green anything again and there was bo charge for cleaning due to something green being inside the cargo area. I called you to explain that I was never told I had a mileage limit going to the out of state town nor told I had a limit coming back from that out of state town. The cleaning fee isn't even debatable. I've ran over $1000 through your locations within a month and a half and feel I've paid you well what it was worth. Therefore I'm disputing the $63 unauthorized charge with my.bank if you won't credit me that back and you guys can work that out. To that end, I will never seek out rental equipment, vehicles or storage from you again and will never recommend you to anyone as I feel I was treated unfairly and charged an amount behind my back that is not justified. I was supposed to be contacted this morning from a regional supervisor regarding this matter but that time has come and gone. Thank you for reading. 1
