I have indicated to your company many times that I detest text messages but this agent insisted that she text me a "link" to download my driver's license photo instead of her just taking a photo of it like other U-Haul facilities have done. When I mentioned that to her, she told me I could go back to the last place I had rented from if I didn't like her methods. Not an appropriate answer. Very unwelcoming. Very rude. Poor customer service.

rolando valvovinosAccess to unit end at 10pm. There are no elevators to load items on the upstairs levels so people are limited on what can be stored in upstairs units. All you have is a stair ladder to climb up with boxes for the upstairs units. They put away loading carts at 7pm despite the access to unit being open until 10pm so even though you get in there are no carts available to use to load faster. Price board at the counter only displays upstairs unit lower prices and does not show that price is higher for bottom units. entrance into store shows prices but at first glance it does not make it clear that prices are different for top and bottom units. All prices should be displayed at the counter where you pay so it's more obvious what you are paying for. The guy working the computer forgot to say prices are different for bottom units when providing info on storage options.

The manager smiled as she let me know there was nothing she could do, meanwhile neighboring unit was stealing my things, as she knew. The lack of customer service and attitude the site manager Pricilla gives is horrible, May God have mercy on her for all the wrong doing that's being done here at this location.

We still had access to the place. The inside is a very nice temperature and makes one comfortable with storing sensitive materials. If I had to store again, I would use this place again.

While checking me back in after returning the van, the internet was acting up and he kept making unprofessional comments such as "stupid internet" or "this smart phone isn't very smart" also while sitting in the van checking the miles, he had the door open and the beeping noise for the open door was going off and he yelled out "shut up" just overall very very unprofessional.

JASON ASOOverall very pleased with my experience. Truck was very low on gas less than an eighth of a tank. I would recommend at least having a quarter tank in rentals so that you don't have to drive straight to the gas station. Thanks for all the assistance.

Kenya TrahanI reserved vehicle for return at 8pm, I was not aware office is closed at 8pm. Clerk should mention this at pick up time. I went to do 24/7 return on application which was not working, QR code on sign did not work, there was no drop off box by the sign nor around the drop off area. I was very stressed because of the ordeal this problem caused as I was on a time crunch to finish moving. Long story short, I wasted an entire hour just trying to return the vehicle. I requested chat and called CSR, had to wait till I got assistance over the phone and was transferred over to be instructed on how to connect to the app and be able to complete return. Please coach clerks on customer service, first mention to client what time office closes, mention 24/7 after hours, show client where the drop box is located, make it easy for the client to have necessary information. Application was not working, many attempts didn't work, QR code didn't work, please fix these as they weren't of service. Luckily, the people on the phone were able to help.

The bigger problem is that the loading area was not secure, there was almost no parking on site, and there were folks loitering in the parking lot. I wouldn't feel comfortable using this facility by myself or at night, and cancelled my contract. Phillip was very helpful over the phone. I will not be recommending this location.

Also, no carts available for us to transport items from car. Finally, a homeless person is evidently renting a unit to live in, suggessted by a bicycle with a loaded cart on back and an open door with clothes hanging and a light inside but clear that the person was making an effort to stay quiet. This was on Thanksgiving Day.

One man was clearly taking a bath/changing clothes on one of the stair cases used for getting up to lockers. There was no way for me to access the unit let alone feel as though it was safe for me to even use the lockers. I felt like it was interesting that not only 5 minutes after close did it become basically a homeless village. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

For the equipment rent shes charging me for almost $800 one way. But when i called the uhaul office they only charge me for $514 for everything. I got lots of experience at uhaul offices in just one day. 3 different locations. The uhaul main office when she called me she asked me why they over charging me. I dont have answers to give her but then i cancelled those reservation that is overcharging me.

Due to the homelessness and since it's not gated, I decided to leave to another place like Public Storage. You have amazing prices and good storage customer service, Just not as safe for customers at this location. My wife could not come by after work or when it gets closer to the evening. Even during the day there were homeless people in the area trying to get into the place without a key when the doors slide open.

During the pandemic I was without work and thought I had lost everything in my storage due to not being able to pay the monthly fee. I got so behind that I just assumed my things were already auctioned off. Instead, we were offered the deal of a lifetime, pay $100 and we could empty our storage.
