This review won't matter to the company. The lady that helped me was very rude and it seems to be at that location always. I wonder who runs the store

ziona wThe 15 ft box truck was terrible. The inside was grimy, steering wheel was sticky. More significantly, the truck vibrated like it was going to come apart between 50-65 mph. It got so loud you could barely talk to the other person in the cab, it required yelling. As the majority of my driving was highway, this was very much a negative impact. Before I got 10 miles from the pick-up location, I called to see if I could trade it for another. The rep on the phone said there was only one other that was about to go out (there was an appointment for another customer to pick it up) and that it was also an old beat up truck. So I kept the beater I had. I was very inconvenienced, highly skeptical of the vehicle safety, and would definitely like a partial refund.

Tammie WI had to stop here twice which was my own fault, but both times I got the same customer service rep, and to say they were less than friendly is putting it nicely. Other than that I had no issues. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and efficiency of the vehicle itself. Would've rated everything 5 if it hadn't been for the rep.

Niya TEveryone was helpful, could use a way to close out storage units online. If there is a way, then it needs to be more visible. I could not locate how to move out of storage unit online.
Gary HI was charged an extra $31 and I got no explanation as to why and I got no receipt. I'm very upset with this and I probably won't use U-Haul services ever again.

Jeff BI use your facility on a regular basis. I do not hesitate to grab a small truck or van to use at our food pantry or clothing pantry. I also run a shelter so we move people in and out on a regular basis. I am very very impressed and grateful for everyone there
Elaina HI own a moving company and sometimes I need to rent a truck. I've been primarily using this uhaul location for 15 years. There isn't one better in the area than this location. It's ran very smooth and the staff is friendly

Ron SRude staff, lazy staff. When returning the U-Haul staff was present but made me do the return even though the app was working. I'm not sure if it ever went through fully.

ANTHONY TWhen I pick the truck up it had a quarter of a tank of fuel when I returned it I had a full tank of fuel and I asked him about it has more fuel in it now than it did when I picked it up is there any chance to give me credit for the fuel that I gave to U-Haul they told me no and I would not get any credit for that I think it's sad that I put over $100 of fuel in the truck in returned it to U-Haul and they would not even give me credit for the fuel that I purchased for their vehicle then I demand that I get my fuel back because you are stealing from me that's not right U-Haul you know it you need to correct this problem

joseph KThe gas gauge did not read properly and I inform the location about it. I ended up putting around $70 dollars into the tank. I was only supposed to put it a little past half a tank but the gauge was not reading correctly when I originally filled it with $41 dollars. I should have only put $20 because I didn't not drive as much. Am I able to be compensated for that? Also the side mirror would move after ever bump.
LaRonjanae CI had a good experience, besides 1. almost being charged for a truck that was already cleaned out because apparently they had to "mop it" when I followed all instructions for clean out, was swept, emptied. 2. Was almost charged for the gas when i had filled it up to exactly where it was when i picked it up. Both of these were going to be charged until i had mentioned my concern to the employee, AFTER she had already done the inspection-and it was taken off. To be honest i felt like i was being ripped off in the moment and was highly unsatisfied with the employees lack of attention and potentially charging people money for things that they shouldn't be. I had also been charged $55 previous to me even having my inspection BEFORE dropping the truck off.

pennie sMake sure that the unit is clean before the next customer uses it. The truck I rented had a muddy floor with only 1/4 (quarter) of gas. I had to use 3 buckets of soap and water to clean it out at my house
Vance MThis is first time had such a problem getting my truck. Waited outside for truck 20 mins! It was "buried" in snow in back of office!!? We didn't have that much snow and there were other trucks up front just like mine ready to go!? Why assign me one and not have it ready? I had come in early to be on time, and was late to start and Meer people I Paid to help me move cause no one knew I needed my truck then it's buried! Then I was running late to bring truck back @4p.m and needed an hour, till 5p.m, and was charged almost $70 for an hour!! And lady on phone acted like I was asking for a day! She was soooo nasty. I had such a stressful day from being because of delay getting truck then treated like shit at the end by your company again!! I did later that evening grt my $70 but why so nasty?? And why take so much money to start from for an hour?? OMG it was a nightmare with this! The only people I can say were great was new girl signing me in! It was ALL down hill from there! Worst experience there in the almost 20 years been coming to this location!!

Jose RDrove 25 miles and got charged $27 for gas!!! Rented small box van, that means it would have got about 3 miles to a gallon, amazing the check in computer was broke when we checked in. Not at all happy I also put in 2,5 gallons before I took it back just to make sure and still got cheated, want my $27 back!!!! Rented here several times and never had a problem.
chris LEverything was good until return, then attitudes started I dropped a trailer and I had to wait around for them to check it in because I had to be present all other locations I used I would be able to go in and just drop the trailer notify and leave the lugs in the trailer were loose and showed signs of streaking halfway through my trip, possible hub seal leak, very dangrous if it was

USELESS, I DONT THINK THAT YOU COULD HAVE HAD A UNFRIENDILER GROUP AROUND; I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE FELLOW INFRONT OF ME THE FIND ANOTHER LOCATION! CLEARLY THES WOMEN HATE THERE JOBS. I HAVE USED NUMERIOUS U-HAULS AND NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS.
elizabeth SNo one was at the desk when I came in to pick up the truck. It took almost 10 minutes.
Troy PHave an employee that wants to work in customer and is people friendly. She had a very poor attitude like she didnt like her job. She complained when i asked her a question about the size inside a van. Her response "I love how people just assume we know these things" while rudely handing me a brochure. I replied "I didn't assume anything, all I did was ask you a question". The other staff seemed pleasant but who knows. Maybe all of the staff have that attitude. And she stopped handling one customer so she could pay out another employee cash.
