Customers should be aware there is nowhere to leave there vehicles when they rent a truck. I must say the staff there did an excellent job. Polite concise and friendly

IMRAN JThe trailer hitch seems ok but the person at the counter was extremely rude. I have never written a negative review about customer service before but i feel I have to on this one. She immediately insulted me about not receiving a phone call when the appointment time changed. She was right that i missed it but it was the way she insulted me that was unbelievable. When i questioned it she got aggravated and kept rolling her eyes and making rude comments. It was to the point that i considered not leaving my car to have the hitch installed because i was concerned that she would do something to the car. When i returned to pick up the car there was a different person at the desk who was fine.

Bob KGenerally terrible customer service, unfriendly and annoyed at the customers. We didn't enjoy the self check in process where we had to go and inspect the vehicle ourselves and we also had to get it out of the parking lot ourselves. We wanted to check in at the counter, which we opted for to avoid all of this. The Cargo Vans are parked in a row between the storage units which is quite tight and we got blocked several times by other customers trying to get their rentals out. Our first cargo van was missing a blade so the agent told us to go and get a second van, only to find it was parked tightly between two other vans bumper to bumper. Just picking up our van took over 30 minutes. Overall I felt my experience was sloppy and the customer service was not warm or welcoming, I won't be renting from this location again.
Kala LThe utility trailer had no trailer jack so when I got a flat on my truck and needed to unhook the trailer I had to buy a jack to lift trailer off hitch to repair tire. This should be standard equipment on trailers.
Brad Swe ordered a small dolly and packing blankets but none were available. instead we got a furniture dolly that was way too big and heavy and we never ended up using it. It was a pain more than a help. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. though appeared tired at 1030 am! lol

Sabrina did not listen to my problem and transfered me and was on hold forever... got disconnected 3- the app did not work 4- called a 2nd time from a different phone, same experience as 1st one Finally saw an employee coming in way early then opening time and he helped me retrieve my rental even if the store was closed.... no app or online service will replace the human customer service... give this guy a promotion!
JEAN-SEBASTIEN RU-Haul app does nothing. That is, the ability to change appointments does not work at all. The location never answers their phone. I tried calling multiple times on multiple days at different times of the day and I was put on hold immediately then the person never got back to me. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they were finishing up with another customer and it would be quick. So all in all my car would be ready in about 1,5 hours. After three hours I returned and it still wasn't ready. Then the computer system crashed and they could not process my payment. I had to leave my credit card information with them which I did not feel comfortable doing.
Patrick CEveryone in line was complaining that there was only one young lady taking care of the front counter and it was taking a lot longer than should have. Everytime I use this location it's always the same story. I actually booked my pick up time later figuring I would of missed the rush and would of been in and out in no time. When I dropped off the truck I should the young man a picture of the odometer, fuel gage and of a warning light that appeared during my usage. He asked if I paid with a credit card, I said yes and then said it's taking care of and if I'm okay with an email receipt and I was gone.

Antonio JWhile I didn't have a bad experience with this location, it wasn't the location I initially booked with. The one I booked with wasn't even open on Sundays. Wasted 40mins trying to contact a rep for said location before having to rebook. Really set back our plans for the day. Inconvenience is an understatement.

JULIA CI don't like the fact that there is no parking spaces available and customer service rep told me that there is nothing Uhaul can do about that. Then who can do something. Almost every person who comes to rent a truck has a vehicle and for Uhaul not providing customer a legal parking is absurd. Telling customers to use another business property (Ikea) does not really speak about Uhaul sound ethical practices. The service was good, but the whole company practices are very poor. Maybe something for the local news to do a story about.

I DO NOT NEED a preliminary cost receipt and to make it worse, I do not seem to get the final receipt on a timely regular basis. This is an annoying trait

A criminal and despicable excuse for a manager at the warden location BLACK LISTED me after the trailer she rented me caught fire on their lot before I even left!!! Talk about the worst possible scenario caused by the general manager at the other location on warden. This is a good location. Stay very much away from the disgusting attitude and disrespect you'll get from the lady general manager at the warden and 401 location.

I then had to empty my unit a day late due to your office being closed. Causing another months charge to be due on my account. Unacceptable. Your staff attempted to charge me $209 for 18 hours of storage that I would not have even needed had I been able to move out the day prior. I sorted this out with your staff in person and yet, your automated system has attempted to charge the credit card several times since moving out. Furthermore the reservation for the truck we attempted to rent was canceled several times. We also rented a covered trailer which got a flat tire. We waited in a parking lot for 4 hours for repair and then were not initially offered a free day of use with the trailer. As though we should have to pay rental fees for damaged equipment that wasted a full day of our move?! My storage was included in an out of town truck rental and it was very difficult just to get the unit to begin with. None of your staff seem well trained and must not be compensated well because their attitude is quite demure even when being spoken to kindly and with patience. My experience with Uhaul has been REPEATEDLY deplorable. May I suggest you train you staff adequately and pay them better.

Iryna K | Expérience généraleThis is a disgrace of a location for U-Haul. I've rented trucks from U-Haul for numerous moves at different locations and have never had an issue. Yet, this storage U-Haul location is awful. The management and staff are impossible to communicate with because they never answer their phones and the staff are not properly trained. I was charged twice for a lock I bought for my locker and they refused to assist and refund me in the matter. I also was told by the staff when I first got to the facility that they would have to see if they had storage available, when I already reserved my storage unit online (stating it was available). Fortunately they had one unit left but it took them an hour to figure out how to assist me. They took my credit card information as they said they would make automatic monthly payments on my card for my unit. However a month later I'm getting calls stating I'm late with paying. Why did they take my credit card information? Is that being used by an employee? Such an awful experience. I would not recommend. The only reason I gave this location a "2 stars" is because the actual storage units suffice to store your items. Honestly a self-serve storage locker facility would probably be better. Renter beware.

I was offered a free first month as I usually am with my reservations, given the fact that I have a corporate account. When I took the offer the sales associate confirmed this with me at the time the first month would be free and proceeded to process the transaction. Only after I was all moved in called me to tell me that there had been a mistake. They subsequently threatened to "cut the lock if I did not return to the store and dispose of all my items." They had called me after hours to tell me this! The store closed at 7:00pm on Wednesday and they called me at 7:45pm after I had already gotten to my house and returned the truck! Completely inappropriate on behalf of U-Haul especially consider I spend thousands of dollars every month renting equipment from this company and this exact location! They then proceeded to steal a total of $271,49 from me by charging my account without authorization! What kind of organization does that! I am taking further action and will consider strongly closing my account with U-Haul at the end of the month after I've fulfilled all my business obligations.

Uhaul should not have an online move out portal if I you're just going to make customers go in to the facility in person.
