One team member was a little ignorant, I had to go outside in the rain and inspect and hook up the tow dolly by myself. The tow dolly straps were tore worn out and shredded. The other team member was outside with a customer, he was more professional. The equipment was in poor condition,,,I never had a bad experience with u haul or its employee's. This was a crazy experience.

Hard to figure out which truck is yours they did walk you to the truck

Moving made easy. With all the work and stress of moving,the equipment and process to get the equipment was not one of them. The truck was available when I needed it. The truck was clean and functioning well. The whole thing xperience was flawless.

At the time of my arrival there was only one employee at the desk and many people waiting on line. He was trying his very best to take care of everyone as fast he could. Recommendation is to have more than one person at the work place.

This was my first time using U-Haul I need a smaller truck to haul my daughter stuff last minute and they had what we needed, The staff there was on point they was professional. The staff member who waited on us he was very helpful and very knowledgeable and very respectful but also he was hilarious. We couldn't stop laughing at him. They all deserve a raise I'm just saying. The both of the young sales reps, when picking up the vehicle and returning the vehicle were really unengaged and seemed as though they were upset to be at work. The guy who accepted the return was very aggressive and almost seemed as if he was bullying the way that he commanded us about extra charges on our bill. Although the back was swept out clean there was a very slight amount of dust and told us we would be getting a cleaning fee as he stated he had to scrub it out! Needless to say, we are doing a charge back on the card.

The truck broke down one mile from the location. Roadside assistance took over 4 hours to fix problem. I lost the day. Had two men I pay 20 dollars an hour so I was out that money. Plus they still charged me. David Groverman

When I walked into the store the employee spit on the ground and mumbled a racial slur under their breath. I asked if they'd repeat themselves and they said they had tourette's. They had no other "ticks" throughout the entire interaction. When I got into the truck there was a distinct smell of feces and a faint brown streak down the center of the passenger seat. I was very strapped for time so I had to accept what I had and drive on. Thankfully I won't have to ever go to that UHaul location ever again!

Everything when smoothly until, I tried to make some changes and got the run around. I forgot the dolly but brought it to the same location and still was charged for the equipment.

This location did not check my trailer in when I dropped it off, brought it to another location 4 days later and charged my bank account for extra days (even though I dropped my trailer off three days early) When I called the locations involved about this, they were not helpful at all, refused to issue a refund, provide video proof, and this subsequently caused a chain reaction in my bank account of overdraft fees that I am still waiting for reversal of. I have never had an experience like this with Uhaul before and this has been the absolute worst to deal with

I went to another uhaul facility before coming to this one, I called before I came the man named Steve was extremely helpful, when I arrived he was very nice and accommodating. When I dropped off the van check in was smooth, the man named Dave assisted me because I was unsure of how to self check in. thank you for giving me a great experience I have rented before but it definitely wasn't as smooth.

By far the best customer service i've received from any business in philly. everyone on the staff is kind, respectful and knowledgeable about the self storage units as well as the cargo vans and trucks. This will be the only u haul i recommend to my friends! i will be a forever customer. and a special shout out to the storage unit manager at the allegheny location. he went above and beyond to find me a store unit that was able to fit all of my belongings..this was extremely helpful since i was going through a stressful home transition. ALL EMPLOYEES THERE NEED A RAISE AND A BONUS ASAP FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEDICATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!

The alignment on the truck I received was acutely off. I got into a 3 car wreck. The staff at Uhaul admitted it was there fault. I have been asking for this in writing for the past 24 hours and it has not occurred. I am contacting my lawyer and the police department.

I brought the van that I rented back late and was charged an extra $20, which I am ok with, but I have issue that I was charged for an extra day of the "insurance" the truck was left in the U-Haul parking lot and the keys were turned in and therefore, I had no access to the vehicle. Not pleased. This and the fact that I cannot access my unit beyond business hours.

Unable to pay storage payments on line after numerous contact with staff. Was charged late fees as well with actual time phone hardly ever answered. Mice droppings in storage checked out early and was not given retro pay

They had rats and when I went to get my stuff out of there there was rat poop everywhere and on everything on my kids clothes, shoes, toys,valuable stuff to me was ruined and had to go in the trash and they didn't inform their customers and that's not fair I haven't used or been back to that unit since last year now y'all are charging me for a unit I haven't been to or used and it's to the rats being in my unit can't use none of that stuff my couches, my dishes were un there as well and many other things trash you can't save or use that stuff no more unsanitary and nasty. You had some decent workers at this site others didn't have no bed side manners at all.

So when I first got the unit couldnt get to it unless I went downstair and carry my stuff by hand because the gate wouldnt open. So then they gave me a larger storage unit that I didnt need. I wasnt avout to carry those tire chains down there and no help was offered. I think this place was not the best option. Its cool wasnt much stuff in the storage unit.

Although I missed Susan, she assured me that I was in good hands with the new store manager Fatima.. she has been amazing through this whole process of moving to another state. Her staff as well has done a good job of taking care of my needs if Fatima was out. No real issues. I left my stuff in a unit, my stuff stayed in that unit until I removed it. The only issue I had was getting stuck in the loading area between the outer and inner doors when I was retrieving my sruff. It took about 30 minutes to get a call up to the desk to get them to open the outer door for me so I could drive the truck out. It was probably during a busy period or a shift change because the person I gained entry with was not the same as the person that let me out.

And her staff are all great employees, she's done an excellent job in training, as a manager myself I would def say she and her team have a good head on their shoulders, work great under pressure, they know who I am when I call by phone number and greet me properly, susan is very knowledgeable with the questions I have asked of her. This establishment is set up for the win.. Thank you team it was a pleasure.

Staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and seemed very unwilling to even answer the simplest of questions such as "What storage unit number am I in?" multiple rat traps were not cleaned and still had dead rats in them. Outside entry door propped open with mop bucket - so anyone could walk in and steal from any storage unit. If I didn't already schedule movers to unload my uhaul rental I would have driven away immediately and gone somewhere else. Will definitely be getting my furniture out of there at the earliest possible chance - I don't want it damaged by rats and becoming bug infested.

Rodents were living in my unit along with all my possessions. I had to throw a lot of things away because of it. The unit was extremely small for the price as well. The bathrooms were atrocious.
