The original storage unit I reserved in September 2023 was not available which was a bummer... but Christian the store manager and the staff were very helpful in finding me a suitable unit. I was satisfied with my 10x10x10 unit. Access was convenient and the staff continued to be very helpful during my stay.

The 2 young lady that wear there was so rude they hug up in my husband face when he called to see if we can drop it off at another location she told him no of cool soon as you walked in the door it smelled like weed real loud and I had my daughter with me overall this but far the worst customer service ever I spent my $203 to be treated like a criminal she called 10 min after it was supposed to be brought in and can can you bring my stuff back before I get off at 2 I’m like yall already charged me for 2 days why not keep it

Occupant's up for auction, please contact them regarding any possible personal items left before unit is sold at auction. Phone calls for monthly rent due reminders help, and I miss those calls & emails. Maybe I would have been able to avoid my items being auctioned.

Only problem was me getting into my storage when I needed to sometimes, because it was the very first one and they always parked their trucks in front of it so when I went to go get In. It some days I couldn’t and wasn’t able to because they waod park in front of it, which was a problem on most days to access and they where never any help.

They cleaned the vehicle after they completed the paperwork and they were slow completing the paperwork. I was supposed to pick up at 7 am didn't get out of the office until 7:40am.

Had a lot a lot of inconvenience with my locks and no notifications, couldn't access my storage when I needed to and I was never late on payments I always paid in time for years and had trouble access my own storage I paid on time every months for years, that's why I left the facility! Asked for manager to call back and never received a call, very unprofessional

It's ridiculous that you charge a flat rate, on top of mileage on top of having to fill up the vehicle. I returned my vehicle with more fuel than it had. Albeit a small amount. So I pay to rent it, to drive it, and someone else's gas? What should have been around a $50 day cost well over $130+ with gas.

Very professional staff. They made the whole process so easy for me. I would not hesitate to rent form this location again when needed. Dropping off was even easier and if not for the the eagle-eyed staff member and their thoughtfulness, my phone might have been lost. In my opinion this location has nothing to improve upon.

The storage experience was great but the moving experience was terrible. They were so late that I was forced to pay for an extra day for the truck. The staff noted the account that that charge should be waived, but they tried to charge me anyway. What level management do I need to contact to get that resolved?

Pick up the rental van everything was fine till I returned the van back. I forgot my earphone, and my phone holder (using for GPS ). I called the next day and as about the items, the staff claimed that they threw away all the my personal items out, which I highly doubt that. Those are value items. They coulda call me and let me know so I can come to pick it. but they took it.

By far my favorite storage facility ever. I got the big 30ftx15ft unit and with my construction business javing that 24 hour access is perfect. The assistant manager is awesome and hopefully the rest of he staff there are as well. 100 % recommend this uhaul if you need to store your stuff.

I made a reservation without any add-ons, and was called the day before saying they needed to change the location of my truck because it was out of service. This happened two times, and I found out after the fact that when they transferred to a different location, they added on 2 dollies and some kind of furniture padding that I did not have on my original order. I had my brother authorized to pick up, they told him about the add-ons, he said we didn't need them, the person at uHaul said 'well, it was on the order' and my brother didn't know any better. We ended up getting charged for these things when I didn't need them or even use them (I paid extra for movers who brought their own equipment). I talked to the person at uHaul about it at drop off, and he said he would talk to his manager about it. No one ended up doing anything to rectify the problem. Super disappointed I paid an extra 60 or 70 dollars for a mistake that wasn't mine.

The cargo van had a weird smell and some kind of liquid on the rubber. I was rushing to get to my client so didn't think much of it. Once I got to storage to pick up my items, I realized the smell was urine. I spent time cleaning the urine out because it was going to get on the red carpet needed for my client's event. The smell still lingered and I wiped up as much as I could. I tried calling but was placed on hold so long I hung up. Once I got to my venue, even my installation guys talked about the smell.

Excellent in response time from on site staff when asked of anything, wether a question on something they don't have an answer on the spot or something being added to my rental agreement, I've always got an answer to before I was done doing whatever it was I stopped in for . Thanks for that U-Haul, coming from another business owner good help is very hard to find so when you do make sure they know it from time to time

I had to wait to pick up the truck because they could not find the keys. When I returned the equipment I returned a hour past the drop off time. They charged me for an extra day although I told them I had to wait when picking up the truck. This is very disappointing.

I am uncomfortable with your locations taking photos of my DL on their phones. I made the reservation on my app and I thought that the info that I entered would be enough to not have any more than a visual verification to be needed for my DL. The truck was suppose to be ready for pick up at 7 am and office opened at 7 am as stated on the website as well at the door posting. I arrived at 7 am and there was no truck nor was the office opened . I waited over 45 min before an agent showed up . Then had to wait outside in the cold until he felt ready to open the door . Poor customer service as well as not opening on time

Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. One staff was smoking a cigarette next to us while we were trying to hook the trailer up ourselves. The engine on the truck we got paired with was obnoxiously loud. We couldn't even hear each other talking during the whole 13 hour drive. Not a good first U-Haul experience.

My unit was broken into two times. I was never notified by management. Approximately 3 thousand dollars worth of household items were taken from unit. Management sid I would not be charged last months rent to give me time to get what possessions were left moved out to another location. That also never happened! I was a customer for 8 years but I will never use u-haul again!

This storage is definitely is located in a good area with lots of large and small units available.I've been a customer at this location for several years and one incident occurred which was taken care of and I love the outcome of it.

Horrible and rude management. My unit was broken into in May. I work out of the country and the likelihood that I received notification was slim to none. When I finally returned to the states and attempted to access my unit to my surprise the locks were changed. When I went to the office to clarify the situation, the female manager, was unreasonably rude. Even discouraged me from calling the police to make a police report at the inconvenience of her clock out time at 5pm. She stated, "non emergency calls can take hours". Thankfully they arrived an hour later. She would not open the lock because she stated, "There has to be paperwork filled out before I can open the lock and we close at 5. I would have to make an appointment". I had arrived at 3pm. Needless to say, the next day when she was not available I was able to resolve the matter. Remove all belongings and close my account. She ruined my experience in ever using UHAUL again and will never recommend it. The lack of professionalism and accountability is beyond my understanding as how someone can be hired at the rank of management with her attitude. I hope this matter is resolved, not for my sake but for future customers.

This is my Second (2nd) Stint having Twenty Four (24) Hours Access with the Fuqua U-Haul location. Both management teams were Very Good to and Fair to ALL PATRONS!!!! And, the current staff has now taken this level of Good Management practices to a whole other level. They are even more out going to pleasing their patrons needs on a case by case basis. I truly appreciated both Christian's and Jeremy's Styles of Managing their facility. They truly have us, the customers the fair service that we needed in a timely manner. Additionally, them and their staff is very hard working. In conclusion, I would strongly recommend that a family patronize this location; and, of course, if I return to the state and this area, I would definitely use this location again, primarily because of the staff service style and helpful practices. Again, I would like to Thank Each of Them for their SERVICES‼️!!!‼️

A little miscommunication when it came to the truck however the storage itself worked out great. Air conditioning is solid as well. Hours of operation make it a slight task, but the area is quiet and no one messes with your stuff.

It seemed as if we were inconveniencing the workers when the unit doors needed to be unlocked each time going and we went approximately 3x during the storage. The insects were horrible inside the unit. We literally had to place a bum inside the garage of the house before placing it inside. Which there was no issue within critters prior to placing furniture in the storage unit.

OMG. David listened to me through all my crying and was still able to understand how serious my situation was. One thing is you paid on the first due of the month, and you would not get money back after move out of the storage unit early. That suck!

Grounds are kept clean and well maintained for the most part. In my unit there had been water damage to my furniture due to a leak from the ceiling. As a result the installation was hanging down. The leaked caused water stains on some of my items. Also, I was not notified that the electronic access system failed and therefore all passcodes were deactivated. Luckily the office was opened the day I tried to gain access. Overall, all things considered, I would still recommend them to others.

There are some great people there and some not so great. But I will say that there are several issues that arose where the higher ups with uhaul resolved very quickly. I know that every one of us is under a lot of stress during this time so I will say that they are doing the best they can to provide a great customer experience. I just wish the hours to access the climate controlled storage was clearly stated that it is only during office hours and not until 10pm. Be advised.

My unit, was not an outside storage, but inside the building, it was not climate controlled, my items had mold forming on my furniture, was not 24/7 accessible, only accessible during the office hours, and my lock was changed without notification, the staff person couldn't find the key for the lock that was placed on my unit, I had to wait two days before I could get into the unit. I was not pleased on the few occasions that I went to the unit.

The only thing I had a problem with was the unit I had when I needed it after office hours it was a inconvenience because they would close and lock the door to building where my unit was and it was very inconvenience and it was hard trying to get someone to come and open it for me.

the thing is that i was not told that the initial unit that i had rented 261 was not 24 hours access so the door for me to go into the climate controlled storage was locked when i got there, spent 1 hour at the location trying to talk to customer service, joseph helped me get to another storage room that was 24 hours and door to go in was open, he told me that i might have to move my stuff back to the initial storage i had rented, issue is that my family is on vacation, i only had two guys that was able to help me move the stuff just for this time, starting monday, i am alone, also i have a finger chopped off with stiches due to a work accident, a 6 month old baby that needs care, and i have nobody to move the things back to another unit, and i would really really aprecciate if i could keep my things in unit 283, i think there are moments in life when there always and eception, i think i deserve it this time, please, and im looking for a place to move as soon as possible, last trip i got locked in the facility for 30 minits before customer service could open a gate since my controll works just for 5am until 10 pm, a couple of issues and miss understanding , is my second time renting at this location and i would do it again, please be considerate and help me, really need it, thanks

Tristan from the Fuqua location went the extra mile and beyond for me. I had to change my storage unit 3 times. And each time she was understanding with me. She listened to me and also reminded me of the 1 month free because i also had a truck rental. I walked in yesterday confused and stressed. Normally my mother handles things like this. The staff is friendly but unfortunately, my rent was raised right after I took a storage place, if I would know in advance that my rent will be increased within a month I would have sought another place. The staff informed me that they have nothing to do with the rent increase and suggested calling the corporate office, I called them they said the local facility will handle it or the local manager will resolve the issue, I spoke to the manager but they put the monkey back on the corporate office, so far nothing has been resolved.

My car battery went dead and by the time we got someone to jumpstart it, it was after 10:00 and we were locked in. I phoned the accident number and was connected with someone who supplied a code so we could get out...the staff was great though as we were allowed to stay past closing to finish unloading our items. I highly recommend this location as the problem with being locked in was partially my fault.

This particular location needs a NEW manager. Ms. Taylor is very unprofessional. How do you charge someone late fees but when you pay your bill, you still have a lockout lock on your rental unit 2 weeks later, and have a attitude because you asked how will you accommodate me being this is not the first臘‍♀️. The Uhaul brand is not consistent; I've used the service several times and each store manager describes services and rental policies different. I expect services should be universal and consistent throughout the organization.

Ten years ago the rent rate, for such a small room wasn't too bad. But, ten years later $80 is a little steep. However, the 7 day work week was a God send to the distant renter. Thank you! M.L.

Great customer service!!! I called at 10:00 a.m. and they located me a truck I was able to pick up within an hour. The representative also located me a storage unit in the city I was moving to!
