Alex BCost is a little expensive. $100 dollars for three hours of use, I'm sorry $114 because of gas also. I understand paying for miles and paying for gas, but renting a vehicle is a flat rate, why is U-Haul a flat rate and miles.

anthony wThe overall price of this rental is confusing. 2 different taxes were added after returning the truck. A rental tax and a motor vehicle tax. 13,79 % total tax on a 1 day rental. I just wish I knew the total cost of this rental when I was driving away. Not get shocked when I get the email later of this rental.

So this is more convenient. That's all but my stay here has been very, very well. I'm very happy and satisfied u. Haul. The only regret I had is that I've been with you guys 15 years and I have my own genitory service. I have didn't work before you all cleaned it out storage but they change manager and I lost my connection but that is the only thing I'm disappointed about that. I've been with you guys 15 years. And I never had the opportunity to do any work for you. Because I do a lot of stuff. Pow wash stripping wax floors shampoo carpets. I do a lot of stuff, but I'm just. Wish I could do this and work for you guys. Thank you very much.

The outside unit could use a new seal as some leaves, debris and spiders got into the unit. I was very happy with my overall experience. They manager got me in when no other storage facilities were able to. I would definitely use them again and recommend this facility to my friends.

niondah mI rented a van online with 1 dolly. I received a message days later saying the van was no longer available! I phoned and got U-Haul corporate and was informed that Amazon had leased all vans in New Jersey! I was livid! I was given the choice of a larger truck at the same price. We drove from Arlington,Va to Glassboro, NJ to close my storage and pickup my equipment. Not 1 dolly was available! I was so mad, but the people were kind under the circumstances. Everything truck, corporate UHaul, should have a dolly that's included with the truck!!!! You can do better!

Gaetan PKim was by far one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She called to confirm I was coming to make the pickup which I was early for. I had to downgrade from a 26' to a 20' because I misjudged the size I needed. I took full ownership of that. She huffed and rolled her eyes that I asked if I could downgrade the truck size. I apologized for my misjudgment to which she did not even acknowledge it. The man she was working with (his name escapes me) was also just as rude as she was. I felt as though I was a nuisance to her and her coworker. I watched her coworker (Hispanic male around 5'5" ) be completely disrespectful to a man and his son. His son had to use the rest room and they were aggravated that he went in there. They were paying customers. I understand it was the end of the day but I made my pickup appt for 4:30 because I work during the day. I showed up for my appt by 4:20. The location closes at 5pm. I think both employees need to learn better bed side manner. Kindness doesn't take much. If they don't like dealing with the public, don't work a retail based job. I will never return to this location. The only person that was nice was Edward. He was there the next day when I returned my equipment.

Michael GI dropped off the truck during business hours. Gave them the paperwork and parked where I was told. I was told to leave the keys in the Drop Box and they would process the return the next morning as it was 15 min before they closed. I arrived at 4:45 PM on June 3. I was totally OK with this. However, the next day I received an email receipt for "After Hours" return of $21 and they had the return time of June 4 @ 9AM.
Kent JI'm not too impressed with the customer service experience at this store. The Dodge Pickup trucks also have terrible gear selectors that switch to park way to easily.

However the individual that assisted me with the reservation was not professional or efficient at performing the duties of the job. When contacting the U-haul location for a reservation the associate told me to make the reservation online. He also explained that he would make the unit available. I made the reservation at that moment. When arriving at the facility, with all my belongings packed and ready to move in, the unit was locked. When trying to contact someone for help, I was told that they could not assist me at that time. Once gaining access to the unit it had not been cleaned. When I arrived at the facility in the morning the associate was not hospitable and said that he did not see the reservation. I asked him for a lock and he stated that I had to pay for one. Another associate assisted me with removing the old lock off the unit and management came out and gave me a new lock, as the reservation stated a free lock would be provided to me with the monthly rental. I'm just glad the issue was finally resolved. I was in a lot of pain from moving and just wish the process was easier and a little more respectful.

She did remedy the situation and I am thankful for that but it cost everybody a lot of time and money

In my most recent experience over the phone just yesterday, I learned how discriminatory some of them can be. It's also frustrating that this location does not have a trash for customers-I'm not use to that at any storage facility, let alone U-Haul; for which I've used before. For a first time customer at this location, I am unimpressed and very disappointed. Please have the district manager call me to follow up and for reconciliation.

My sister and I both had storage units there long time 5 plus years not break in pricing. 2 years ago my sister fell on ice hitting her head several times on car before slammed into pavement. When confronted Cody would not pay Dr bills because she didn't call police so there was no record of it. When we called corporate and they called Cody the tapes were missing. So our word against his! My sister deteriorated over the next few months and passed away and I blame this manager Cody for her death. I hope he sleeps well at night! Karma is on our side.
