Very friendly. Everyone was super kind. It was close to their closing time, but they were as friendly and as kind as if we had walked in at noon. This is my second time coming to this location and I will never go to a different Uhaul. Everyone is super nice. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

AIME EMBABAThe staff is friendly, but short staffed. The computer was down (interestingly, it was down the last time I used U-Haul). They were able to access things from their phones. I am used to waits and issues when going to U-Haul. Again, not the people, but the organization is a problem.
Kevin KellyWhen checking in it would be helpful to give a reminder what the clearance is on the truck being rented. I know it seems like the obvious but those of us who are not truck drivers just are not thinking about that issue.

Michael GriffinThis U-haul location was good. The owner was helpful, equipment worked well and they had what we needed. The U-Haul app is a nightmare. I could not check in to pick up my rental because the app kept crashing. When I brought the vehicle back and began the return process (again through the app due to being after hours) I would get almost all of the way through taking the pictures required for rental return and the app would wipe them all out. This happened no fewer than 8 times before the app completely crashed and now that truck reservation cannot be found on my account.
Vincent DelagrangeThe unit has snow on it I had to clean it off my self and then load car on. And on my way to my location I had a blow out on the trailer. Tires going out can not be helped but was on the side of road for almost 4 hours of my time was to long. There was other uhaul places with in 7. Miles of me with a car hauler there should have just brought me a different trailer

I removed my credit card and it kept taking out charges instead of the card I replaced it with. Then I rented a truck several days before moving all belongings out of the unit and we returned the truck only to receive a letter saying we were late with our storage unit which we had alerted we moved when we turned in the truck.

It is at best 4' x 5' x ~6,5'. This is not a dispute; rather, an observation about misinformation in the unit description. I expect a call from representative to correct this issue. Three stars as average for move in ease vs. not as stated in description.

Every time I got done with the process, the final screen would say my session had expired. I tried using the chat and after the tech read my problem, she disconnected the chat. I verified I was still online so internet was not the issue. I tried from both my cell phone Via cell tower and my laptop via cable modem. I finally had to go to the store in person to move out.
