Maybe a scanable code on the equipment just for returns. One on the equipment and one in the parking area to let the company know that it has in fact been returned.

It was pretty decent. Staff was cool. I personally felt I was being overcharged for the smallest unit they had, witch was 80$ 1st month 80$ I'm guessing 40$ for unit, 20$ insurance, and 20$ for the lock; EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY OWN LOCK, I HAD TO BUY THEIRS..... 2ND thing it wasn't 24hr access, and the security was really an extra lock on My unit that I could of provided, that only they had the ️. Every time I went there I had to ask for that key in order to access my unit. So month 2 ends up being the same price, 80$. Dang, I already have the lock you sold me for the 20$! Why was it still 80$ the 2nd month? Over all it was satisfactory. Staff was Great though!

Super friendly and accommodating. Renting the uhaul truck was stress free. Retiring the truck after hours was easy.

I cannot believe how insanely expensive the rental was. With Penske a 2 day local rental for a 16' truck would have been around $80 according to the website quote. Instead I paid around $350+ for a 20' truck from Uhaul. We ended up not actually using the truck at all so I returned it a few hours later, well within the 24 hour period, but we're still paying double the price. Blah.

I need to why my bill from 49 dollars and some cents when to $101 Can someone please call me. I just had the truck for less than 2 hrs.

Customer service on the mobile check out was slow and annoying. Required 2 phone numbers and we only had one phone with us. Took longer to try to check out than the counter check out did.

Only complaint I have is it was raining and the wipers should have been replaced smeared streaks everywhere and I had truck a extra day since I didn’t feel I could drive safely with lack of visibility.

the return process is a bit of a hassle. it's way too much to do. I returned my truck at 10oclock and I had to have someone come with me just to feel safe. I thought I just had to drop off the truck but I had to take several pictures of the vehicle. it was a lot.

The truck was dirty when we got it, but the man that was working, sorry I forgot his name, came out and cleaned it for us. I appreciated that a lot.

The truck was still dirty and had to go to a different place to get it, had no hand truck and had damage inside the box, it had mechanical issues driving, but it got the job done because I had no choice, Denton Hwy U HAUL at least take care of you and there vehicles

My experience at the Irving, TX drop-off location was fantastic! Sebastian was incredibly nice and helpful, and the entire staff went out of their way to assist me. The process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend them!

The move in process was smooth. However, the staff never told me that access hours were only during their store hours. I was also unaware that you have to pay extra for after hours access. This would have been helpful to know before move in. Otherwise, my move in process was great!

The facility was old and there appeared to be water damage on the wooden walls. Further, it was very dark inside the unit itself. Staff were professional and helpful every time I interacted with them.

For some reason, my reservation was not in the system and instead of a 1st floor larger unit, we had to go with a 2nd floor smaller unit. That was disappointing, but the gentleman at the office got it done quickly and I really appreciated him doing that.

This Uhaul location was the worst experience I have ever had in all the years I have used Uhaul. The storage I was using was leaking and the manager and staff didn't not care, one of the staff members asked me if I had someone to come out to fix my storage that I was renting from them. I was told by Traci per the manager it was fixed but each timed it rain my stuff was getting wet so I moved. The manager did not contact me regarding the issue and when I was able to see her the day I was moving, she was rude , her attitude appeared as didn't care and showed no concern for the issue. I will not ever use this location again nor recommend any one else to.

This place was a God send to me! Chelsea told me about the 1 free month of self storage which is just what I needed! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had dollies for.me to use that made it easy for me to get my stuff in. Thank you U-Haul of Irving!

Was very easy and , nothing like the U-Haul in Texarkana on stateline Ave, so glad I return and not let the manager on stateline in Texarkana TX, discourage me. Great company. Just one horrible location .(Texarkana Texas ,Stateline Ave )

They did not stop the rent; I notified them that I emptied the storage; I have not received the receipt and I will be charged again since the customer service person did not do update that in the system.

I recommend this location to anyone in and around the DFW International Airport area . They are very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, all with positive attitude and top customer service ! If you have a question they have an answer and they explain everything to you as far what's required to rent as well as the terms and agreements ! I've never used U-Haul before but if I decide to use them again this will be my go to place from this day forward . This location has an ALL-STAR TEAM ....... So if you're wanting the best ! I suggest you come to this location ! Thank you all ........

HEATHER SMITH WAS AWESOME! Didn't really care for the storage unit itself because its outdated (no elevator and no climate control) but Uhaul made up for it with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The unit was small and stuffy hot in the summer . The door was off center and it always took me a long time to unlock it . It wasn't the best but it was clean and dry and the staff was friendly
