Everything about my experience at UHaul's Iwilei Office and my van rental was great. Although I was a little confused about the "insurance" offer, it was resolved by UHaul to my satisfaction.

lien nguyenThe truck I rented had problems with either the brake pads or the wheel alignment, but going downhill when I break the wheel shook alarmingly. I forgot to mention this to the people When I dropped it off. But I think better maintenance might be a good idea.

Philip Kuobefore you take your rental out, if you need something fixed you can address and get those fixes before you leave property, ex. Missing roof hit markers, cleaning and or noted previously damaged items

GARY LLOYDOnline access and processing was easy efficient. I was surprised and pleased that vans were immediately available. Oftentimes when I am looking to rent a van, I have to place a reservation in advance, but this location had a good number of available vans. Checking in and receiving the keys for the van was easy. The ONLY issue we had was the first 2 vans I was assigned were blocked in by another van. I had to go back and forth to the office to finally get a van that wasn't blocked in (well...good exercise, anyway...)

But, I kept on getting Trucks that had problems… battery, door locks not functioning properly, cargo lights not working properly and cockroaches in vans.Still nonetheless I kept on renting from Uhaul at Iwelei because that locations customer service was overall pretty good. Iwelei told me …when I had a vehicle that had a problem to bring it back in and they gave me a new vehicle.The problem with that responsive solution is that I lost money and time offloading and then reloading and resituating the merchandise on the new truck. So my money spent was being used to fix a U-Haul problem. No consideration was given for time and money I lost because I had to rearrange my merchandise all over again. But when I found out that I was being rerented a van that I had rented before but had problems with. I was promised by corporate customers service don't worry you will get a rebate at the end. I never saw any type of rebate for all the problems I had,and the customer service corporate level. Was
