Clarify after-hour fees. On paper it says at the top "after-hours return of equipment will require a $20 fee if you need a person" but below it just says "$20 fee for after-hours return of equipment". Also I was unsure about if I have to sign that paper I was given up on renting the box truck? There's a place for my signature but no instructions to sign or submit the document. Also was not informed there would be a $50 hold on my account. Would have done this on a weekday if I knew about that and was able to talk to an employee and simply have them take a look and verify and remove the hold immediately. Also I rented for 4 hours but it said I needed to return earlier than that. Like 15 minutes or 30. I returned it exactly at 4 hours, but the check-in of the truck took a very long time, if I am feed for this I will be upset.

The first truck they gave me, the radio didn't work. Since I was moving things to another town a couple of hours away, it was not a desirable option. I spoke to the employee on duty and she immediately gave me another truck which was great. She took care of the problem and I was on my way.

Location was clean and assistant was very courteous and helpful. However, the U-Haul app was very problematic, didn't recognize my contract/reservation App took an extremely long time to try and load. The QR on the truck kept spinning when activated and was even more frustrating than using the App. Very problematic cyber issues.

Driver side of the lock was broken, so every time I had to get in from the passenger side. Also, while driving there was a wind draft noise that was disturbing even though no windows were down. Driving this Vehicle wasn't a great experience. It was inconvenient. The employees were understanding and helpful but it didn't help with the challenge I had throughout my rental period.

I was really disappointed when I rented a hand truck only to find out the facility had NONE! Not even a utility one. Then to be told I could go pick one up myself from another location really made me angry. Why did they not know they didn't have any and call to other locations to replenish them Selves.

The cleanest storage facility I have ever rented from. It was secure and I trusted my stuff was safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I rented a storage unit for two years and never had one problem and all of my items stayed clean.

This facility was BY FAR, the nicest, and safest storage facility I have utilized. Thank you for making this an easy and safe experience for someone who is moving around for work, and who has to rotate items out of the unit on a frequent basis!

The front desk staff was so helpful, kind and accommodating. Answered all my questions thoroughly. The checkout was a little confusing in using the mobile app for the first time, yet he took the time to look into things for me and cleared the vehicle check by making his way out to the vehicle to make sure I was compliant. Staff like hun make a world of difference to a given location.

It was a super easy, clean, efficient process. The guy who works there - Nova G. is his name - was chill, very nice, great staffer. I would totally recommend this place. Also the drive and parking situation is perfect. Great job.

The customer service was great! The young lady who checked me in was helpful, polite and was a joy to speak with. Customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days so I want to recognize it when I have a great experience. I wish I could remember her name but please honor her, she deserves it.

The staff parks the uhauls and equipment in the main floor bay, blocking entrance to units. During inclement weather, the staff will park their cars inside the main bay. Staff is rude and the manager is even worse. She is confrontational and condescending! The rate a high and to pay them and get that kind of customer service is not with it. I have expressed my disappointment with U-Haul on all my social media and have spread the word in person. What is even more disappointing is that I am not the only customer past and present who have expressed the same concerns I did. I have now left the facility and will not be returning!!

I was very impressed with the service I got at the counter. The gentleman working was able to help me in getting the truck as I was going to use the app but it was too complicated for me. He was just as helpful when I dropped the truck off. I store here as well and then place is kept clean and tidy. Nicest place I have ever stored at!

I am still with you. I cancelled the additional storage unit because all my belongings could fit in the big one. U-Haul still has the best Storage in town.

The storage facility is top notch and the staff members are friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this facility to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

The instructions on dropping off were vague. There were a lot of trucks parked around the building. The key drop off was not evident. No formal check-in process. Attendant inside took key and said that's it.

If more actively practice usual business rules, Your services at this facility will be perfect. When I picked up or troped off my rental equipment, a lady at the office there was very nice. In fact, a lady working at U-Haul facility on 63rd Street is not comparable to this nice lady at the Gordon Creek facility. Merci.

I have had to move my unit 3 times within the facility. I am claustrophobic and don't ride elevators and my stuff was moved to a another floor (while they are "fixing something"), that is not accessible by a stairwell (against Iowa Code). I have no idea how long I wont be able to get to my stuff as "no-one knows how long there "repairs" will take" 3 times I have had to move now....

I would prefer that the vehicle be full of gas. Then require the customer to top off the tank. I don't like starting off with a quarter of tank. I went to Casey's near by and took the tank up to 5/8. I wasn't for sure how the gas mileage would be. I put on 26 miles according to the photos I took. Overall satisfied, easier than pulling a trailer. Thanks

Make sure the doors are unlocked during business hours. I waited 20 min outside for the worker to unlock and open the door. He took the keys and told me I was free to leave. Didn't verify my name or anything.

I was given another unit to move in to until construction is finished. The new unit I was given seems smaller then my previous.

This location appears to be understaffed. When I came to pick up my rental vehicle, there was a sign saying they were on the property and would be right back. I assume that meant they only had one person onsite.

I had a good experience until it was time to move out. There was an advertised online price of $60. I was told I would have to pay $90 for a 5x10 unit. I was able to get that size for $60 at Grey Hawk Storage. Sorry to have left but it was not cost effective to stay there.
