I have to say I was frustrated with the return process. I got stuck in traffic and arrived 15 minutes late. The link to self-check-in did not work, and there was no one in the location to help with check-in. I eventually found someone in the breakroom who was not very helpful. While I waited for 20 + minutes trying to find someone.

Best and most professional customer care in experience I have had in recent memory. 5 Stars across the board. Kind caring considerate staff - from the moment I check in at the counter greeted in a friendly manner with a smile and asked if I understand the everything and any questions are answered fully even though I have rented from the same location before so consistent service. When the truck is given to us instructions and insurance we understand everything about the truck and its safety and how to return when finished. Believe be smart to promote your Sunday team to train other locations how to service your customers. House moves anre so stressful in many case, your Sunday team takes a lot of the stress away. Please look up the employees who worked Sunday morning at this facility. Both were incredible. I don't have their names, but the front desk person was checkout out 2 ppl at once and crushing it, and the gentleman who was handling the trucks did a great job staying cool and helping several parties in quick order.

Minor damage on front bumper and passenger door doesn’t close fully and when turning right a weird vibration and sounds is heard and felt also when driving it doesn’t pick up properly and really doesn’t go above 20-25 mph.

The customer service was fantastic! 5 Stars for the folks that worked there!! But the van we rented was not in good condition. A light inside the cab kept blinking on and off and there were two different kinds of clicking sounds, all of which got progressively worse as the day went. There was a big dent in the door, which they showed us because they sent us out. Problem is, the dashboard kept lighting up that the door was open, but it wasn't - so one of the clicks was the door. the blinking light and clicking sounds were distracting and by the end of the just 3 hour rental, both my and my husband's anxiety was quite high

The staff was fantastic, any questions I had was answered with kindness and knowledge. The young lady who works the counter is terrific and the older gentleman who cleans and brings the uhauls to you is one of the nicest and kindest people I ever met. It would be helpful to have more than one customer representative available, although with electronic check-in etc I realize that the time spent fulfilling an equipment check-out is minimal. Nonetheless, life being life: there are times when a customer needs advice or additional services, and another customer will need to wait. Additionally, I am continually wondering, in sevices locations like UHaul, what the security arrangements are...God forbid a robbery or other criminal act were to ensue. I have absolutely no complaints: I was served speedily, even though the associate was assisting another customer to locate equipment last-minute when I arrived. The associate that handed off the equipment, an elderely gentleman, was especially outstanding: friendly, courteous, efficient, informative, and patient.

I had a great experience with this location (Lehigh Ave). However, I had a different location chosen to drop off. This location refused to take back the truck even after the 800 line person told them they needed to. The people at this other location were a quite rude and really unhelpful when I needed to to return the truck and was really exhausted at the end of the day after moving.

The only people I like at this place was the ones that works with the uhAul trucks and is an older man and the young nice lady there was a ghetto Puerto Rican women that worked at the front and had her kids running around acting crazy and they even pressed the panic button that policemen ended up showing up and I experience that twice with the same woman who work there and I didn’t like how she spoke to people it’s was to ghetto for me but the others who work there I’ll rather deal with if I ever needed to rent a u haul again !

I have enjoyed using U-Haul rental shucked and storage facilities for my move. Access to the facilities is excellent, the employees are helpful and courteous. There are supplies for everything when you're moving. It's been a great experience.

I found the facility to be very clean nice orderly and I look forward to using it on a daily basis to help me with my storage needs in the future and would recommend it to a friend is looking for a location to keep stuff safe dry and clean and protect it from being stolen or damaged in any way this would be the place to keep your stuff
