And, those were the front line employees I met, but I must also complement the on-site managment and training staff that created and maintained such a group of extrordianary individuals and team members. She is always pleasant, friendly, she makes her customers feel appreciated; she's on point with answers to questions, on it if there are concerns, and always a pleasant attitude. A shout out to one of the staff Brandon. He has exhibited noting but professional service. I have enjoyed renting from this location. I'm saddened to leave. I wish this location nothing but the best. The manager and staff should be commended by Uhaul. The company should be proud in my opinion to have Ms. Crystal a part of their management team. I highly recommend this location for anyone's rental needs. Thank you Ms. Crystal for an awesome experience. It's indoor humidity controlled and had no water during Hurricane Ike and only a few inches during the Great Flood in Houston. I packed my stuff in plastic totes so nothing ever got wet - which is very important in Galveston County! The security is great too - much in demand for single women. And I'm going to miss these guys!

The only problem I have is confusion regarding the hours.. I was under the impression that I had access to my unit until 10 pm every night but apparently that is not the case unless you are granted special "after office hours access". Regardless, I have been very impressed with UHauls convenience and service throughout my moving process.

I'm very upset the way this situation is being handled and it's not fair to my children to have to go without because of someone's personal feelings. I want my stuff out that unit. U can tell from the tone in someone's voice when they are being spiteful and I think it's pretty messed up that this is able to go on. My kids are suffering behind this
