The cost is pretty high for staying in town, but the facility was excellent and the ability to drop off and pick up 24 hours is very welcomed.

Annette KuschOne of the reps in the store kind of had an attitude over a visa bestbuy credit card I had stating he had to use a major credit card and apparently visa isn't a major credit card he could have just asked me if I had another credit card but he made a big stink about it maybe he should work on his talk track instead of immediately saying NO. If this is about the rep the help me he was great it's the guy who refused to help me he was the problem

STEVEN KORPACZI was told that I could return the 6x12 trailer 24/7 ... however, the facility had JUST CLOSED when we arrived. There was literally no way to get the trailer off my truck hitch, as all the jacks had been put up for the evening. LUCKILY, I happened to find a metal rod in the parking lot, which I used to pry the trailer off the hitch. How is someone expected to return a trailer after hours without use of these jacks? I find it very hard to believe. I will not be renting trailers again from UHaul.

Asked a question looked at me sat down and proceed to play on her phone! All employees show you that they are there just to collect a check no understanding of customer service at all, I will never go to this U-Haul again. I would rather wait for another location to be available.

RAJAGOPALAN KRISHNAMOORTHYWe rented a unit to store some Christmas gifts for literally about 10-12 days. We got our adjustable bed frames out on December 28th and handed the keys to the Hispanic male after we were measuring the door opening on a 5x8 enclosed trailer for my nephew that wasn't wide enough, shook hands and thought all was well and moved on. Only to start getting calls and letters about our unit being due a payment. We had no unit, nothing stored, thought everything was done and closed out. Your staff should do their job, you can easily pull the codes and cameras to see we vacated and never returned and even the interaction with the man where we relinquished the unit and were done. The harassment and unprofessionalism is despicable and we will never trust U-Haul with our business again.

A different reservation and pick up location was scheduled but we were unable to pick it up at the time we requested and we had to wait until 9 am. We were scheduled for a 9 am pickup but the manager did not show up until 9:30 and no other employee had a key to the office. When the manager finally did arrive he appeared rude and put out. Very unprofessional. Mitzi was the one bright spot in the whole experience and went above and beyond to get us on the road as quickly as possible. She was fabulous. The truck: The driver's side sun visor was broken and would not stay up and one of the driver's side headlights needed to be replaced. Luckily we were driving during the day.

Not only that but this car definitely have mechanical issue I was afraid the whole time that it will stop out of nowhere. Every time it went down or up a little ramp or hill of something it started acting like as if someone was hitting the brakes. That truck need to definitely be checked.

eugene mcalisterThe dolly we paid for was not in the U-Haul, we had to be on the phone for almost and hour to get the U-Haul even though I had everything filled out online. It was not a good experience and when we move in the summer will be looking elsewhere.
Kelsey WaynickOn return. Its was 18hrs earlier then scheduled. Returned at 4p on a Satursday and not due back to 8a Sunday. I put 8+gallons in after driving exactly 73miles on 70 miles estimate. The return team tried to xharge nw 18 dollars extra iver estimate for not returning to the line. For clarity this was a 15 foot, not filled, making 2 short 15mile trips return feom Costco and storage. They tried to charge me extra after already paying 8,5 miles to the gallon.
Timothy HawcoThe Compass employee closed at 2pm which is not the normal business hours listed on Uhaul app, then blamed Uhaul for any/all issues. It took over an hour to pickup, after initially being told my Truck was not available at pickup. She then proceeded to explain to me that I should NEVER do business with the Uhaul company as they were "a terrible rental company & had horrible customer service & nightmare to deal with, as well as NOT to expect any assistance or refund bc they always charge customers more than agreed to. She was apparently not intelligent enough to understand the reason that truck was showing dispatched., I explained multiple times that I had been unable to pick up. Her response was "do you still have the key?" Not understanding that if I had the key, I would have picked up the truck the day before. I couldn't get any help from Compass extending rental from three new pickup time even though extensive notes were on the account instructing them to do so, all I heard was there's nothing I can do! I was promised by a wonderful Uhaul representative "Toya" that I would be fine, I talked with 2 reps prior to my attempt to pickup my rental, then finally I spoke to a 3rd named Toya almost 45 minutes who was a wonderful rep & outstanding Uhaul employee who said not to become more stressed, it could be straightened out by Compass when I picked up my rental.

MIGUEL VILORIAI think your on line reservation system is a bit obtuse. When I arrived, the date was wrong, the towing equipment was incorrect. But, the people at the franchise quickly rectified the problem. I was pleased with the professionalism when checking the equipment our, and the courtesy and professionalism when returning the equipment. the staff at U-Haul Moving & Storage of La Vergne was excellent!

I did not necessarily feel safe driving whatsoever and if i could go back and stop myself from paying the 400 dollars for that i wouldve. We pay for storage.... accessing my storage should not be limited..... especially when your security is top notch.. it's inconvenient at times when rime is critical

It is new, clean, and well maintained. They also offered a discount for multiple unit rentals which helped since I rented three for 6 months. The facility is also on an I-24 frontage road, making it easy for my movers to deliver and pickup my household goods. The facility could have benefited from a second freight elevator. Move in and move out were somewhat hampered by elevator availability.

As far as staff not the best attentive , friendly or good at keeping their word about disputes and claims. GM did not handle my dispute when I was over charged for a uhaul truck accordingly. I never received a follow up regarding the matter and he never responded to emails. The rep Ashley never left the desk at move out she stayed at desk told me to go back up the elevator and take a picture of my unit to show its clear. I am pretty sure that's her job but she sat behind the counter on her phone as she told me it was now the customer job. I think that's full of crap. The facility stayed cleaned. Great location if you need something stored but staff is terrible and they are all suppose to be new hires the previous staff was bettter. It took uhaul corporate 3 months to handle my uhaul Truck rental dispute due to the lies and late charges they gave when I had pictures for the gas meter that I refilled the tank.
