Absolutely thrilled with my experience using the U-Box service from U-Haul! Moving from Ontario, Canada to Orlando, Florida, couldn't have been smoother. Not only did my belongings arrive almost a week earlier than expected, but the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the process. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience!

Maribel RStaff are courteous and professional. This is a busy location mainly because of the quality of service you get from this team. If you understand the UHaul business model, you know that when you reserve equipment, it's at your "preferred" location. Due to timing, sometimes equipment will not be available there so UHaul will notify you of an alternate location and provide you with additional miles to compensate for the difference.Also, appliance dollies and such are subject to availability. On a busy end-of-month or three-day weekend, you may find limited options (if any) if you don't arrive early. The general manager was dealing with a particularly irate customer about this very issue that lasted every bit of 15 minutes and did a great job of explaining this despite the costumer continued lack of understanding. The bottom line is that this team will try their best to support you but you need to be flexible based on the volume they are experiencing.

Fernando IYour on the ground personnel in Kingston, ON were rude. I received several emails with incorrect drop-off and pick-up times. The fifth UBox was plywood. Upon delivery to our storage unit in Cocoa Beach, at a $300+ charge, the lock was gone, the tongue and locking hasp were broken, and the box was 'secured' with a little square of plywood and a couple of screws. Inside, there was mouse excrement, urine, and damage to multiple boxes and their contents. I have photographic evidence. I'd like to speak to a senior agent and be provided an email address to send said evidence. I'd also like a complete refund for each month of rent and storage for said UBox, related travel costs, and the $300 for transportation of the boxes from Narcoosee Rd to our storage unit.

As a woman men should always be willing to assist when making a complaint about the company's product . Service overall was poor. The guy had no customer service skills and was rude to the point that I asked his name. I text Shawn Carrara and he called me and I made a verbal complaint in the poor customer service I received. Next time I will rent from Home Depot

I originally placed a mobile order for a truck at Royal Tires off of S Goldenrod Road and the location did not actually provide me a mobile order ready truck. So at 7am I am calling U-Haul only to be sent to another location to get a truck. From there they don't have an appliance dolly, which I had already paid for so I had to drive to another location 15 minutes away. So by the time I was done driving around it was 9am. Two hours behind schedule. I called your customer service and I voiced my complaints. And not once through the entire process was I ever compensated or given any type of promotions to keep my business. This probably be the last time I do business with U-Hual

They make my experience even better when I was ready to move out, the truck was available to pick at another location within an hour drive, one off the staff step in helping one another on Thanksgiving eve to make sure that the truck was available to pick up @ 8 AM on Thanksgiving day, which was a holiday. I had a very bad experience with the Uhaul on Eagle Creek, OBT where they missed advertise the free month promotion, it's awful over there. Gary , the assistant manager over charge my card fir 2 months and I never got my refund back. I will recommend the Narcrossee Uhaul to others because the staff there are well trained and it's a friendly atmosphere.

On Sunday, you guys aren't open until 9am, when most people need to get things done on the weekend, and 7am would have been better. The Lake Nona location I had to accept instead of Winter Park didn't open until 9:20am because the staff was late to work. The Winter Park location compensated me for making me, my boyfriend and the 2 manual laborers I hired for 9am, so that helps, but the Nona staff shouldn't have been that late. I appreciate the compensation on the truck in return, so at least you guys tried to make it right. I would use Uhaul again in the future.

But the areas are loaded up with beds, couches, and furniture and it is really in the way of accessing the elevator especially if two or more people are trying to access the elevator. The areas should be cleared out and another location found for discarded items not anywhere near the elevator.

My ONLY issue was I needed to move out on Thursday and the elevator was still not working so lugging my storage unit down from the third floor was a little difficult but apart from that. No issues.

I wanted to know if dollies were available to transport my goods from my vehicle to my unit. I called the number on my contract, which was a local area code, but my call actually went to the national level. I was put on hold for over eight minutes and when I was waited on I was given inaccurate information. She said that dollies were available for $7/day. Actually, they are available and they are free of charge. Otherwise I was very favorably impressed with the ease of renting my unit, it's cleanliness, availability of clean restrooms, drinking water, and, of course, dollies.

All members of the staff were always pleasant to work with and very helpful. They were courteous, professional, and kind. I loved the facility, and am a little sad to have to leave. The prices, in my opinion, were reasonable and actually lower than most of the other storage facilities in the area. The only reason we're leaving is because we need to cut our monthly expenses and so we moved our stuff into our garage.
