They are polite, knowledgeable, personable and seem to enjoy the job. This combination is something I have not seen in person in many, many years. I am 100 % serious. No JOKE man. They are great! I mean the best. I mean if every business had such employees the world wold be a better place. If the average person had this mentality we would all join hands and sing songs, no more wars no more hunger. The staff is simply the best, better than all the rest! They give their all and then give some more! Ether they care, or they are darn good at lying about caring. I don't care what one is true - its great for customer service! --- OH and when I dropped off the trailer they where about to close. I did not get his name but he is always there STAYED to take the rental back! I mean come on man! What great service! You need to make him a manager, or an area supervisor. Give him a pizza, something! Absolutely fantastic!

Brian LFrankly every time that I have used a U-haul service since I started out on my own. many years ago, those sweet 70's some of those places my gosh they literally scared the shit out of you with all the things that could go wrong then your all tense when your trying to drive this thing around that you have never driven before. then boom the inevitable happens well you scared them half to death. Not this store in Latrobe, complete opposite it is the most welcoming store i have ever been in. Then there is Allen I thinks that's his name he is the most helpful, doting, kind, funloving, and yet still knows all his skills and doesn't miss a beat he is real easy to talk to. Allen is fantastic with all of the customers young and old any age he adapts well to all. Allen is a wonderful employee and that should be recongnized thats how you treat them if you want to keep them..
Bonni CU-Haul was the best storage facility I have ever used (and I've used a lot). Always convenient, easy access, out of the weather, air conditioned, competitively priced and safe. It's everything you could want from a storage facility and employees were always very helpful.

I had had a family emergency and hadn't slept in 48 hours and I was told that "That was my problem." Assistant manager did apologize. I would never rent from UHaul again.

I had to load the uhaul truck on the street. The person doing the work was a very big inconvenience for me. The person ripping up the tiles was extremely rude to my husband. Some words were exchanged between the two of them. I pushed my husband away to prevent a fight.

belle s | Premières impressionsI recently as of earlier today got a storage unit at one of your facilities and as we were done with payment of the unit, I was told I had to purchase a lock from the facility because mine was not acceptable. No where on the website or in the office does it say I am required to purchase a lock from your company. I had already purchased my own and was told it was not permitted. I questioned it and the guy who checked me out said he doesn't make the rules, I asked for it in writing to that he did not give me any information. I was not told what unit was mine, I was not told any information regarding access to the unit, the hours, how to use the loading bays, nothing. I was also told I needed to give someone else's contact information who did not live in the same residence as myself, to that I told the guy I had no one, and he told me I needed it in order to even get the unit, and that was not disclosed online during the reservation either. When I asked why, he said in case you don't pay. I had to ask for my unit number. To that I was handed a map and was told to have a good day. I have had units before, and this is by far the worst customer service I have had with a place. I chose this one because it is climate controlled. I got to my unit and found something yellow on the floor, which led me to believe there was vermin urine on the floor because my unit had a big black rodent trap. There was nothing near by to clean the floor, so I have to then bring stuff in next time I am there to address that issue. If there is rodents in the units, or a possibility, why wasn't that disclosed during the check out process? I figured with Uhaul being a well known company, you would have had someone working for you that really cared about the customer. I'm disappointed and upset at this situation.

They left a new employee alone and when he tried to call the manager of the store to get help the manager turned his phone off. The manager of the store never called me back. They owe me money and one month of storage and I have not seen this yet. Another customer tripped over wires on the ground left uncovered for you to trip on.
