App didn't work on my android phn. Had to use employee apple phn. Took 1 1/2 hrs before I got vehicle. Uhaul Calling references was a pain because some people don't answer unknown numbers. Why they don't just text them instead? Inside door handle didn't work side door of van Why it doesn't say u can only rent thru the app at this location?

sergio perezI was not ready for the new way to pickup the trucks, but I encounter a very helpfull attendant. After returning the Van, I had a mis-understanding with the other attendant, but then we turn very courteous with each other, all is well that ends well........

minor griffinReally didn't use the U-Haul truck, a alphabetic lock combination was on it. Couldn't even open the back storage part, had to drive from one location to the other just to drop the truck back off without using it due to I received the alphabetic code later down the day. Also still waiting for my reimbursement of paying for the truck and didn't use it.

BRADNIKA CLARKKevin was very rude and not friendly. The Wi-Fi connection in the office was not helpful and they insisted on having me checkin through the mobile app which delayed my time there. Then he made a comment about not being patient after I calmly explained their system was experiencing an internal error. When I was finally issued my cargo van I told him that the low tire light was on at which he raised his voice with irritation saying he put air everyday in those vans and there's nothing wrong with it and that it will disappear after I drive. I expressed I wasn't comfortable driving in it and he rudely replied if you don't want to drive it then you're gonna have to stand in line and wait to have it swapped out. I was already delayed enough to get to my event and felt intimidated by him that I left and decided to put air in the tires myself. Customer service was very poor and he didn't care that he was issued a cargo van that was not properly inspected.

The employees had me waiting outside for almost 30 minutes until they realized I was waiting for them to load up the trailer. One of the employees noticed me but went on inside the building and then moving vehicles around.
Luis VelasquezWhen going long trip, they need to ensure that the vehicle and it's update are clear with the customer so that the customer understands that going long distance that they should be told that an oil change was conducted and the type of inspection that is conducted. I experienced a moment of uncertainty with an oil change being conducted, and not being aware of the actual commitment of the oil being changed because the percentage for the oil was at zero, which indicates there is no viscosity left in the oil and the oil is not thick enough to cool the engine When going at high speeds and long distance. The engine will seize and they will be stranded wherever they are headed so it would be imperative to let the customer understand what has been done to the vehicle prior to them, excepting it when all a customer does is look at visual Scratches or dents but they're not told about any of the equipment that will get them or their belongings to point B. Also when calling the facility in which you are working with that, they have ample personnel to answer the phone and not beyond their personal phones to conduct business and nor customers calling in and being put on hold for an hour or more, that's just not professional. the staff, however how great people I'm sure as I've had great experiences with them, but they have to have a little bit more counter action with the customer to put the customer at ease, and when a situation goes awry that they're able to contact somebody in a professional, timely manner as most calls when calling into the facility, either goes on answered because they use their personal phones or they don't have the correct number and have to go through another prompt on the phone before being placed on hold for approximately 15 minutes each time before you actually get through to somebody who may or transfer your situation to the right person. Professionalism is a must and training if anything about conducting personal business with the customer via the companies number or the phone call in which they are using to contact somebody and not align that has been neither disconnected or no longer use .

Hugo CordovaHorrible service and had a difficult time getting my truck eventhough I did an online reservation. I still had to wait an hour in the store to get it all done. Plus when I reserved online I made sure to put return store in Whittier and when I got there they said that I couldn't because of an error. Made me waste more money and miles that were unnecessary.

My issue is that I left a message and communicated with one person and someone else would call me about the same thing. I felt like we were going in circles and it frustrated me completely. The staff worked with me when I couldn't make my payment and I was out of town. I just felt that the manager was not a helpful person and was out of touch with what was going on in her store.

Also very disappointed when I went to move out they informed be I would not be getting back a refund of the amount I paid for and never used. It appears your company double dips....they charge me for first 2 weeks of September while renting it out to someone else. That is very dirty business. I will never use Uhaul again based on this experience.

Sylder Cruz | Expérience généraleWe can't access the facility when they had told us that we could 24/7 go in our storage. We had asked beforehand and so we left to load the uhaul 10" truck. To our surprise it was closed, every single time that I input the code it would says access denied so we decided to call the GM number on the board. And it was no use. When she finally answered she referred me to customer service. Waiting for 40 minutes, Tony from customer service tried to help as much as he can on his end, when on the line with him he told us to contact the GM again. And so I did, she kept hanging up on my calls a and then after another few more calls she finally turned of the phone. And so we had no choice but to leave the truck and take off because next day I had to work and 4 am. I can't keep on waiting for her to keep on ignoring the situation. It was a mess, we got there at 7pm and left around 9 it was cold and we were freezing. A very bad experience and to finish it off we where not the only ones waiting there other customers all concerned and confused on why was it all closed. The extra charges on the rental and everything needs to be fixed too. Just unbelievable the first time getting the storage in that area and will be the last time. I don't know if I want to again go to one of uhaul locations and get a self storage after this. So disappointing.

That meant I had to put everything back into the truck, buy a lock, and park the truck overnight resulting in a late fee for truck return. Absolutely will never rent a storage from uhaul ever again.

Cannot store large furniture in this facility easily. My units has a rat trap and cockroaches. Very uncomfortable leaving anything nice here.
