Rented the MT for a trip that was plagued with issues. The trailer was the only thing that went as planned. Staff was very helpful during pick up and they were very patient when I needed to extend the rental.

Improve your app. It failed to detect my location when i dropped off the truck. It failed to scan the bar code on the door I returned the truck at 5:30pm but the receipt states 9pm.

This is a excellent U-Haul location. Both women working there or super friendly extremely proficient in their jobs. This was a very seamless process that I will use again and again for my small business of moving furniture.

The trailer needs to have the tire tie down replaced on both sides. On our trailer it was very rusted and made it difficult to connect the vehicle to the trailer easily.

The trailer I rented was ready when I got there. Employee attached it to my hitch and checked to be sure I had proper electrical connection (all lights working). I was in and out in 15 mins for pickup. Less than that for drop-off. Clear signage pointed to drop-off area. Same employee unhitched trailer and remembered why I rented it and asked about the trip. I didn't even have to go inside. My receipt was emailed to me.

My preference would be to have a representative go over the vehicle with me. I didn't like the small photographs on my phone. I would expect the vehicle review to be part of the customer service.

I appreciate all the help with getting the storage unit cleaned out. My wife's untimely death has caused our family a lot of anguish and has been hard for me especially to close out all the affairs of the Estate. This was one of the final pieces. Was told tank was full on pick up?? Not sure - asked mpg for truck and was told around 12/mpg!!! Got a little over 5 - had wonderful off?? Pretty sure it wasn't full

The ramp on the trailer was damaged by prior users so that it took enormous effort to lower it to the ground. If it was inspected prior to my rental it would have been noticed and fixed but it was not inspected.

Not a thing, the personnel and equipment are fantastic. The only suggestion is to make the record keeping/receipts more all-inclusive at return. For example, you get a receipt for your contract and prepaid rental, mileage, and fees (even though it's only called a "hold", if you use a debit card with logo, the money is deducted immediately from bank account), then you use the app to extend and secure with rental, then return and you're over on mileage -- the staff had a hard time trying to generate one piece of paper at return which would document the amounts paid/held at contract/pickup date, again for extended days via app and secured on card, then net adjustment at equipment return. Would be helpful if could be reflected on one single return settlement document. Merci.

The staff simply did their job. The customer service was excellent and the man who closed me out told me a joke fitting for the occasion. To leave with a smile was very unexpected due to my having to use the facility… divorce. I'm considering using Uhaul to store some of my art and my record collection. The best part for me was the location. The only negative thing was the lighting. That will be a major factor in using U haul in the future.

The only problem we had was that we found a lot a lot of nails screws we've gotten a couple into our tires that was our only problem otherwise as far as the storage being secure feeling safe when we were there was never a problem

The parking space was dirty and branches all over. Requested to clean out branches, that was leaving scratch marks on top of my RV. Had to move out to another lot which was way more clean and tidy.

Upon arriving, Christopher at the desk informed me that there were no available storage bins, despite the fact that I had made a reservation 3 days ago. After searching through his records he first offered me a unit on the 2nd floor and after I explained to him that I specifically reserved the first floor he was able to locate my reservation. When I made a reservation on the phone, I was told by a rep named Genie that I qualify for 1 month free storage because I have used u-haul last February. When I brought that up with Christopher- he told me that I simply don't qualify for such a promotion. After back and forth he offered to call his manager ( Joelle) to clarify this dispute. About two hours later I called back to see what came off that conversation only to find out that Christopher decided not to bother his manager. Now, I have to follow up with Joelle myself to get a straight answer, why corporate tells me that I qualify for a free month and facility management declines that. Lastly, upon returning my truck I couldn't use the link that was provided to me for self check out of the truck. I couldn't upload a picture of my odometer and gas tank. Now, I am facing an additional charge of $20 for someone to check out my returned truck. Overall, not very pleasant experience added to one of the most stressful life experiences- moving.

Most things went well. It was clean and safe. We only have 2 complications: We didn't get a card to go through the door and the pin we set never worked. I had to ask another costumer for help one day I came to do something in my camper. Also we told the staff we were thinking of not using the space anymore. They told us we can canceled on line but never said we had to take pictures. The storage is hours from my house and I was not able to get the pictures

Everything was fine for the three years that I had a storage unit there. The only negative comment that I would like to state is that once when the security gate was broken and in the up position for weeks I was never notified that this happened and there was nothing done to provide alternate security to prevent anyone from driving in or out of the facility before the gate was repaired and operational again.

The only problem which is getting worse not better is someone answering the phones at the Marlboro location. At any time that seems to be mission impossible on reaching anyone especially when u wanna make a payment. To be blunt ur staff is super friendly and helpful. Problem is u have to actually reach someone to actually enjoy the experience U have no idea how much money uhaul is losing daily over that worsening issue but again the awesome staff compensates that to a degree. Hopefully u haul wakes up and starts answering their phones

unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the facility as roof had leak and some of sons belongings were destroyed . the issue is being resolved via insurance claim and the general manager promptly contacted me and filed a report but I was disappointed that I wasn't offered any dispensation from the facility. also there was no light inside the unit which was disappointing .

It was my first time renting a storage unit.. I got lucky with the place I chose. UHAUL was perfect. The people, the place , the price. ALL PERFECT!!!! I am so happy how smoothly the process went.

I was given the wrong truck, I had to make 2 trips, plus I had to put gas in the truck 3 times, plus I was told I wasn't going to be charged the $100 for making the reservation, but I was, they charged me the environmental fee.. I made my reservation for a Saturday but I kept getting calls saying it was a different day.. on the day of moving am going to the storage unit the only person who gave me the up most respect was Victoria the young lady at the storage place. Such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I think after this I may never use them again. I will be calling bc I was told it's going to take 10-15 days to get my $100 back.. I was soo upset I was ready to cry..

The office was unattended for 10 minutes upon my arrival. The storage unit size is less than advertised (10 x 20) is more like 9,5 X 18,5 instead. Very slow process for signing contract.

Poorly maintained units. The handle on my unit was rusted through.The door fell off its springs/rack and would recoil at the top after fighting it to stay up. Reported & never fixed. Dangerous
