Since we had to come from Brooks we appreciated that we were given an extra day and km's for free. Very friendly and helpful staff in Brooks and Medicine Hat.

Moses B | Expérience généraleI downloaded the UHaul app to book and had to go to the store since the app wasn't working. Then when I brought the truck back, the app didn't work for the Uhaul employee to check the truck back in and finalize my bill. My final bill was email to me later.
Malcolm TThe service was great, took a little longer than I expected to install the hitch on my car. Mechanic did a great job. I cannot believe the pricing, the very best pricing I could find in my area. The labor cost to install the hitch was incredible, don't know how you can do it for that price. I would recommend any one needing a vehicle hitch check out U Haul for sure, you will not be disappointed. Thanks a very satisfied customer.

They went above and beyond to accommodate our ever-changing needs for the truck and the storage unit. The large property was being plowed immediately during a heavy snowfall warning lasting over several days. Couldn't have been better!

Matthew CI went against the bad reviews for this location, and I'm happy that I did. I was greeted with big smiles, friendly owners and efficient service. Check in and out took just as long it's taken me when I've rented at other locations, maybe even faster. The whole process from beginning to the end was very good. Nothing to complain about. I would definitely rent from here again.

A glitch in the system. I had to drop the truck off in one location and walk to the original location to pick up my car.

During transportation, on HIWAY trailer lights failed . Wires hanging/ breaking on trailer. Trailer was very very muddy on outside when picked up. No happy what so ever. Unacceptable customer service and trailer maintenance procedures. Trailer was a safety/legal hazard on Hiway, not up to transport Canada basic standards. Have picture to prove deficits.
Matthew GI booked this place and even though website said that because I rented a trailer from uhaul, first month will be free but I was charged for $31,45 for first month. I proceeded anyway and booked the place and I received password to get in and information to how. When I arrived at the location I was told there are no reservation and any payment under my name. So I had to go through process all over again which was very unconfortable. I don't know why I was charged for it.

In the entire 30 year's, that I've been needing to use a service like that. Definitely, had some bad; downright nightmarish experiences before. By hiring many movers & having to use other facilities to store. This was the complete opposite! And absolutely AHHHHMAZING! "ALL" the staff members were "EXTREMELY": Helpful, welcoming, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, empathetic, understanding & nice. Going waaaaay above & beyond! To ensure that everything was explained, plus taken care of. The truck was "VERY": Clean, easy to operate, well maintained & operating great. Storage units & indoor facility is "TERRIFIC"! Good peace of mind, knowing it's secure. Appreciate there were locks on hand to buy. And that they have made the location accessible to those with disabilities. Moving is stressful enough. Everyone made this entire process, totally smooth! From start to finish. A "HUGE" shout out to all involved & Cleo the cat. Who is "purrrrfect"!

Sandy SBuddy went out of his way to help customers with there rentals, and not just me. I watched him go the extra mile with every other customer in the store. The store was very need and orderly. Every kind of accessory I might need was neatly displayed and competitively priced. I was even asked if I needed straps. I had my own but was impressed that they remembered to ask.
Robert WThe only thing is I find that sometimes the prices are going up and up. And I think you should stay at the same price. It makes it inconvenient for people every time you go up in price. I had to leave my comfortable one to get a smaller one because I couldn't afford to pay it. But it is convenient to store things

Maynard SI can't recall the woman's name who assisted me with my drop off Friday evening, she was the closing associate, but she was AWESOME! This location is also by far the nicest one I've ever set for into ad well. The outside area is very neat, organized and tidy as well. I will absolutely consider using them again when needed.

I went to the storage unit to collect all of my belongings. The woman working behind the desk was extremely nasty and condescending. All I did was ask to get into my storage unit to gather all my belongings. Ever since the second I walked in she was extremely rude and condescending. She spoke to me as if I was bothering her by asking to access my unit. I do not know her name but she looked quite young and had blonde hair. (Any other staff member I came in contact with was great). Only that person I described at the Medicine Hat, Ab location, made the experience horrible by the way she was towards me.

I just would have appreciated 24 hour access to our stuff. But for the year and a half I was there, I felt our stuff was safe and secure. However, I always believe there's always room for improvement. Nothing is perfect. Happy moving and storage at U-Haul Moving and Storage (Redcliff/Medicine Hat, AB) y'all.
