The 3 delightful ladies manning the office were great. The strap ratchets and the ramp clips needed some grease to make them easier to operate. But a relatively minot issue.

Alan BarkerWould have been 5 star. As the lady that waited on me in the morning was outstanding. She was by herself and waiting on multiple people at the same time. She stayed professional the entire time. I was pretty impressed. As for my return I am currently disputing the fuel charge. I drove 20 miles and am being charged for 6 gallons of gas. That 3,3 miles per gallon. Sort of ridiculous. I put 2 gallons back into truck before dropping off. I should have took a pic of gauge but was busy and forgot. I expect my $26 back. If not I guess I will take to social media to warn the masses. I know it's only 26 bucks but it's the principle of it all that really bothers me.

Adam OudjitCar trailer, (not the dolly) I'm a car guy and I think if I ever came across one of these trailers for sale, I would buy it. The functionality of the trailer was great. My Cadillac CTS wagon sits very low to the ground and this trailer worked great.

William AllenLocations should ALWAYS check if side mirrors are functional to adjust to drivers. Also they should check that electric wiring on trailers are intact and working. On my last visit, my truck had problems and had to be reassigned a new one causing me delays and another customer had to be sent to another location to get a trailer that had proper electrics.

David Besti rented a one way. The girl only gave me an mileage allowance from the rental place to my destination. She should of includes the rental place to my moving place and my destination to the return destination. also, she was speaking 100 mikes an hour and not very friendly

Michael BriggsHonestly i never go out my way to rate a bad score to anyone because I'll give you the benefit of doubt . When i arrived which i will admit i was in a hurry so i did not read over my paperwork to see that when i called the store directly the general manager Jazmine Howard upped that i have rental coverage on the vehicle . I was late returning the rental vehicle due to the move in time changed and Jazmine sent me a message in all caps indicating yelling to call the store stating there's a breach in contract because I'd prefer a phone call considering moving can be stressful but again my problem is not her concern is just hoped to have better customer service experience. I then called the office and after going back and forth about the charge discrepancy i said i will just pay the fee. Jazmyn's was not friendly at all and not to mention there's was a strong smell of marijuanna usage for sure because of the look in her eyes and the loud smell when approaching the desk. Again customer service goes a long way for me and when my card was charged additional fees and no explanation i have a huge issue. This location is not a busy location and the minimum that could be given is outstanding customer service vs a weak experience . I'd never come to this location again , I'd rather use the mileage before I'm treated as if I'm a bother.

Norman MiddletonRenting a truck/trailer is…. Well, just that. Nothing special. But the staff that helped me was amazing. I dealt with three people. Pickup, the gentleman that helped me was awesome, had good conversation and he was very nice. Drop off, I met two women that were also very nice and helped me get everything back how it needed to be. The equipment was as I thought it would be, the people were amazing. I would drive past other rental places simply because of the customer service at the one I visited.

Chris ColeyI reserved equipment I needed, had a confirmation of it, but in actuality, it wasn't available the day. I was not informed about the lack of availability despite making the reservation several days beforehand. The supplemented equipment was not even remotely comparible. I had to go elsewhere to rent additional equipment because of this. The person checking me in demanded an emergency contact that supposedly had to pick up the phone when they called right then when they were checking me in (and he was entirely nasty about the entire affair). U-Haul could've informed me that I needed such a contact beforehand and saved me considerable grief. Instead, they sprung it on me last minute. It's not difficult to inform people of such a requirement, yet U-Haul failed to do this. It was pure luck that the contact I gave was actually able to pick up at that precise moment, but according to the employee, that was absolutely required for me to get the truck I reserved. Oh, also, if you don't have a smart phone, don't waste your time using this service. There is apparently no way to inspect the vehicle / mark for known damage if you don't have a smart phone.

Anton KomatzPlease let customers know beforehand the trucks don't have cruise control. I wouldn't have used this service if I knew. The drive was extremely long and having no cruise control with my arthritis has cause me a lot of leg pain.

I believe that my monthly rental rate had at least doubled from the time I first started leasing the smallest 5x5 storage unit(July 2021) at $35 per month,which in 2 years increased to $70 by November of 2023 . It is an insult to my intelligence that you would think I'd want to continue to rent that small of storage place at that price.Plus , I thought I was treated very rudely by your store office staff in just trying to exchange one of your moving boxes when it was found to be damaged after a purchase. You have earned nothing but bad "word of mouth" from me as far as storage rental services goes. I vacated my space away to a lower priced competitor just yesterday (1/11/24) and I am so relieved to be done with UHaul price extortion now.

I received two (2) phone calls saying that there was not lock on the unit; this was the week AFTER I had put the lock on it. One of these calls, the second one was BEFORE 7 am which I did not appreciate. I then decided that since I had not put anything in the unit and did not need it after all, that I would go get the lock which I was told was not on the unit anyway and turn everything in. By this time, the code I had not longer worked so staff had to come and let me in so I could get the lock which WAS on the unit after all. I then turned in the lock, keys and paperwork. After all this, I will probably look for other storage options in the future.

Had issues cancelling my storage because they would never get back to me, even when reaching out during business hours. Mistakes were also made while writing the contract. We were directed to the wrong storage, which luckily didn't cause major issues, considering nobody would have known it was our stuff. Horribly, horribly managed.

Front desk staff were not as helpful - but once we figured out to ask the right questions to get checked in, this was an easy move. Front counter should make sure customers know the basics and not just assume everyone has done this before and often.

The young man, who was friendly enough, originally told me, the lock and such should be inside my unit, when I had not even been assigned a unit yet. After he took all my info again, which most I had given online, he said he had "checked me in" and gave me my paperwork and told me I could go in through "either door". I had no idea where "either door was, where the facility was, and he was too busy to explain further. After finally finding my way, I go in and alarms sound when trying to access my unit. I go back to a very long line trying to "get to" this only person in the shop, which is about to close in an hour. I had already wasted an hour just trying to get to my storage unit!! So I just say to him, "alarm goes off every time I try to get into my unit", and he explains that "I have to check in" before going in to either door, which he had told me earlier that he had checked me in. It was confusing. When I went back another customer had experienced the same confusion, having to go back and clarify. Uhaul clearly needs more help at this facility during their office hours to help their customers navigate, especially their first-time customers, and to help the long lines!!
