Great Service!!!
DWAYNE WTruck was jout of alignment, brakes rotors were worped so the truck had bad vibrations upon braking. Tow dolly lights did not work. Poor maintenance. The person that reserved the truck for me, rented equipment that was inadqit for the job. So I had to upgrade at pickup station.

James RHonestly I just want to say that I have had unpleasant experiences in the past with issues ranging from pickup and drop offs but this last time was very easy Don’t know what changes have been made at UHaul but it worked well!

Antonette KWhen the goal of renting a UHAUL is to keep your stuff dry from the rain...MAYBE the truck shouldn't leak on my property as well. Having to move in a monsoon already sucks much less wet boxes when you arrive at the storage building to unload. The store & people was super friendly, but when you drop truck off and say "Hey your truck leaked on my stuff" and the response is "DO YOU KNOW WHERE?" Yes I do because I unloaded wet boxes

Donald AThe staff were not very truthful about the truck's condition and they accused me of hitting a yellow gas station cement block going across the street to get gas. The young lady said it wasn't there before I went across the street, she thought I was honking at a customer in the parking lot when I was honking to notify my husband to move our vehicle and let him know I had to get more gas. They pulled up a blurry photo of the uhaul from January that was taken at night time and that was the photo they were basing this off of. You could not see the letters on the photo clearly and the lady said it hadn't been rented since that photo and that it's been in service and that I was the only person who has used the vehicle since it's been out of repair. I asked the male associate he said it was last rented on the 18th and that the person accepted the photo from January. There were no recent photos taken of the truck and she accused me of hitting something across the street because she was mad at the way I blew the horn and drove out of the facility. I knew she was going to be difficult by the initial way she started the transaction. The male associate immediately agreed with her they were not fair at all and it was not a fresh hit and they knew it. It was ridiculous!

Walter HThe right tire was not secured tight enough and came off. We paid $20 something extra to have them put the car on and be secure and feel ripped off because it wasn't secured properly and the pickup location said they scammed us because they weren't supposed to load the car for us anyhow.

Tried to change it wanted to charge me I was already there with the truck it was clean and gassed up they were eating lunch the staff. Wouldn't help me just pushed me a long costing me money cuz I was late dropping it off very bad experience. Missed my ride back to my house had to walk nearly six miles. Never used U-Haul again

They continued to charge me for miscellaneous things Causing my bill to go up to a thousand dollars and tried to sell my items to get nothing and then tell me I still owe a thousand dollars.

Aside from the date I signed my contract, whenever I have to speak with the staff they have a tendency to make one feel unimportant and that I am an interruption to whatever they have going on. They often park equipment in the way of the door to the storage units creating a trip hazard. When you ask them to move it they are always too busy to do so in a timely fashion. When moving out I called to cancel my contract. the rep stated that its not really a contract and all i have to do is move out. I asked him to please make a record of my move out anyway. I then started receiving late notices with assessed fees so I called back in. the rep noted said she would e-mail the store to notify them of my original move out date but would not copy me on that e-mail nor provide a copy for my records. I find that policy absurd. She stated all calls are recorded and that if needed I could get said recording. When I requested it she put me on hold and after 20 minutes i gave up. The only saving grace for this particular facility was the price. That said I did get a letter notifying me that the price was increasing on my unit. With all this in mind, no I would not recommend this facility, especially for storage rentals. Additionally, after my support experiences with your company, I will shop other brands before choosing a uhaul location in the future.
