I had to leave the van there because there was no one handling the returns when I got there. In turn I am being charged a $25 cleaning fee. Very disappointed in this place.

Shannon FThe trailer I rented was worn out. The latch had worn too the point there was a quarter inch wear spot from the latch in it, making it quite difficult to open. I oiled the wheels and the tracks for the door, but the bearings are worn out. It took me 20 minutes to work the door open so I could load the trailer! I reserved a 6x12. Just one. When I checked my reservation on the app, somehow I had TWO reservations. I called and asked to please cancel one, as I'm not licensed to haul doubles and BOTH reservations were canceled. This was, absolutely hands down, the WORST experience I've had to date with uhaul. I called this morning to inform uhaul about the condition of this trailer, and I had a callback. There is nothing more annoying than getting a return call where you answer and are immediately put on hold. With the wrong department! Please do better. Moving from NH to MO was stressful enough...I really didn't need more.

Tim AJesse Hussey notified me quickly when a part needed for my hitch installation would be arriving late, and helped reschedule my appt in a timely manner as I had only 1 additional day after the install to move across country. When my lighting kit was also not a match, he was able to set up a hard wire install at a sister location to ensure I would be able to stick to my schedule. He made a very stressful situation a lot easier to handle and made sure I was all set when I went to pick up the trailer the following day.

We moved out of our storage unit this past Sunday we did let them know in the office yet they were still trying to charge us for another month and tried to charge the card every single day. We are lucky we didn't have no money on that card. 2. When we were moving out of the storage unit we realized that there was a leak from the unit above and it completely ruin my new mattress and was told a manager would call me the next day. No one ever called but they did call to tell me my card was declining even though they shouldn't have been charging me. Told her we moved out and they were still trying to charge she said she would make sure they didn't try to charge again but guess what that same night they tried to charge again. When I asked the woman why a manager never called about the mattress she said I will have them call you. And guess what? A week later and still haven't heard from a manager about my mattress. I am a hotel manager and would never make a guest wait this long for a call back. This is so unacceptable and someone definitely needs to speak to this manager

It is a valid license while I await the permanent license to come in the mail. This caused significant stress however the employee who helped me did come up with a work around so that I could get the trailer. Employee was patient, polite and helpful but seems to be a problem with uhaul system that it won't accept a valid temporary license.

Kim Bhave better locks available for locking the trailer to the ball/hitch, according to the employee who helped me, he said Uhaul does not sell those locks. I had to go to a third party to get one. Other than that, great service, and trailer, it got me across the country without a problem!

MICHAEL SWindshield filthy. Door gasket failing. Front staff took at least 10 minutes to even show up from the backroom. Front staff did not retrieve the rental or even check it's condition or lead me to the vehicle (was expected to back out of narrow and tight parking space with very limited backup space.) Basically the morning service agent was apathetic. Afternoon drop off was easy and painless albeit very backed up.
alex dI am not sure if the mileage cost was stated in the information, but a notice stating that you would be charged for mileage also would be nice. When we rented from Penske we did not have to pay for mileage. $250 for 6 hours is ridiculous.

Location was well stocked with several different ideas for your moving needs...Inside was Extremely Clean, including the Bathroom. I would highly recommend this location for your Moving and Rental Needs!!!

Henry GTrip from Manchester, NH to Charleston, SC: Did not receive any of the equipment we requested, truck smelled of cigarettes and was extremely loud and clunky and had close to 200k miles on it. We were billed the wrong truck which turned into a nightmare trying to return it. Thankfully Jessie from the Manchester store was able to help us settle it all and receive a partial refund. He was the only positive review we have for the experience.

But charged the entire amount. The first day we couldn't even access the space because our cards hadn't worked. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Felt like I was taken advantage of in a time of crisis. Thanks for nothing….

I also am happy to say I ended up lucking out and got a 5x10 unit for free month because I rented a uhaul truck and got a deal with renting a unit. I only needed the unit for a few weeks so it worked out perfect and the employees were all very helpful and knowledgeable about their jobs. The closing of the unit went smooth and I am very happy.
