The online stuff and having a hold on my account messed up my delivery time that was uncalled for really really mad about that service and the way it went in whole part the rep was very nice and respectful

Dulfeu AWhile I rate this location excellent, I was very disappointed that my 20' truck was not available at my first confirmed location in Wareham. I arrived at 9 a.m. to find NO truck. I had paid helpers waiting at my business and I had to take the time to contact UHaul for a replacement truck which they were able to find 15 miles from my original pick up location. This delay and detour costed me money and time. I was told that I would be getting a $50 credit for my inconvenience which I have yet to see refunded to me yet. I was told it will be processes 7-10 days on my credit card. I hope this is true and I do not have to take more time out of my schedule to see this applied.

James OThe staff was great, and the truck was clean, but it was a pile of junk!
Joe SReserved the van online. When I got there, the van was dirty, had NO gas, and sounded awful when started. I returned the van on time, with more gas in it than when I picked it up, and cleaner then when I got it. They charged me a cleaning fee for a van that was dirty and nasty when I picked it up. I would avoid this location and do business elsewhere.

Ann LI was verbally attacked by a U haul employee claiming she was a manager. Clearly she needs some more training on how to speak to people as I was already having a problem. She was disruptive, interrupted my conversations, and put herself in a situation she didn't belong. She was a nuisance to others as well.
James CI called to ask the rep who works here if my truck was all set after dropping key in drop box and he lazily responded "well yea I guess if you dropped it off". The rep never checked and I came to layer find out they NEVER checked my truck in almost causing me to be charged an extra day

steve vI am not happy at all! It rained the two nights I had the truck and it leaked all over the merchandise that I was moving and ruined most of it. I ended up losing a couple of hundred dollars because of the leak. Then I was charged a ridiculous amount of money because I kept the truck a day longer. Also, I fueled the truck back up to where it was when I rented it and I was still charged a fuel fee. I would love a call back regarding this. Jeannine Bowman

She banged on my passenger side window and started screaming at me!!! She did this because I wasn't "under the canopy"…as is I knew where to park. If she had broken my window I would've called the police. I will Never use uhaul again.
