Worst time ever getting truck they made me ok to 4 locations I rent a lots of trucks from I don’t get a discount but your service on you line is trouble have to put you hole all the time because they can’t read the comments it cost me money more gas because to go out of way plus wages I know a lot of your reps don’t care I wish T there was a onther company to come in help with this problem it’s getting worst

I literally had to pay an extra $4 for my rental. I asked when giving the rental balance if I owed more and was told everything would be charged to my card. Got a call the next day telling me to come in with no option to pay online. It was $4 extra just charge my card. Gas to the location cost me more. Honestly why was this so hard? I asked to pay the balance when dropping off the car and was told it was settled

Please enter the rule to refuel the full tank. I am very difficult to calculate the liter and I pour much more fuel than I should.

they young man that helped me was great. when realizing that my drop off location was not correct, he ran to his manger got the proper instruction to give me the quickest way to reach the reservation department for them to relocate my drop off location and after that help me to guide and detached the trailer from my vehicle

The android app would not recognize my GPS location for some reason so I could not use my phone for the check in process. If this had happened outside of business hours I would not have been able to pick up the vehicle. I ended up having a staff member assist me to get my set up with the vehicle.

I’ve booked a truck 5 days before the date, when I arrive at the place, they told me they did not have any truck available, I had to go to another one lace to try to find a solution.

The vehicle pickup remains way too manual and took 20mins with other customers waiting for the single person to deal with space rentals, supplies, and truck rentals. Van was fine. The per km charge was excessive and the whole thing left a bad taste - I should have just rented an SUV from Avis. Won't be back.

Make sure vehicles are clean. The first truck was dirty with mud, and pet hair all over the driver and passenger seats. The second truck was a little cleaner, but still had mud on the floor

People at this location are always friendly that's why I keep coming back and the truck is always there and ready to go. I was a little disappointed that I needed to go searching the property for my assigned truck this time. Tried 3 different trucks before finding mine. Usually truck is ready at the front. This location might be fine but my overall experience with uhaul was terrible. After being unable to pick up my rental from another location due to "technical issues" with the very tedious and cumbersome uhaul app. It took hours to finally speak to a human at uhaul to try and sort out the pickup issues. After being bounced to various departments for another hour was finally able to get a different rental truck in a completely different town. I was told the price would be the same however my bill says otherwise. When you have a scheduled move with a crew waiting around for a truck all day, it does not make for a good experience. Taking the reservation is useless if you can't deliver what was paid for on time.

The lightbulb in storage unit B0016 is out. Everytime I logged out when leaving, I kept getting the message that my storage unit was still open. I don't think that the contact sensor is close enough to the door to recognize it. The first time I tried to log out, I tried it about three times and reported to the staff in the office. It was still not corrected three months later.

The truck was dirty, and unsafe. I'm surprised these trucks run and are allowed to be in the road.

The movers were terrible. Showed up 30min early, 1 lifting strap and a broken cart that didn't roll. Forced me to give them good review, forced me to send them $70 etransfer or they wouldn't leave. They said I owed them for another hour because they finished 7min past the 2hrs I paid them for. Abusive, useless and I was scared

Customer reps were friendly, but was not clear where the truck was parked, had to walk to the very back of the lot. Truck smelled terrible and was extra noisy to drive Upon returning the truck I filled up the gas tank to the required quarter fill line, but kept checking while filling how much gas was in the tank... It went to $145 then the needle on the gas indicator jumped to near full. Gas gauge broken, someone else must of noted this previously. Was returned part of the has money, but inconvenienced. Also booked at Aurora a week out, 2 days prior to the rental the office called to tell me there were no trucks available I Had to pick up in Newmarket, farther away, why not bring a truck to Aurora. Poor customer service, poorly maintained vehicles

Tire pressures were off causing the tps monitor warning to go off. Should have been checked. Rear chain tie down on car carrier was damaged, used my equipment instead. Vehicle was clean. Staff was very very friendly and helpful.

The attendants at this location are pleasant to deal with. I really appreciate that this location is open Sundays and has extra hours on Friday and Saturday. I have found the trucks to be in good mechanical condition. Merci!

Showed up to pick up a trailer that I had reserved a day prior. Checked in and processed payment went to the lot to learn the trailer wasn't there. With assistance of staff searched entire lot to no avail. 30 mins after my reservation time someone drove in with the trailer attached to their private vehicle. Also the 6x12 trailer advertised with a ramp should be more boldly advertised that the ramp is only 4'9" and therefore wasn't wide enough to pick up equipment I recently. I was offered a small discount but after being delayed by more than 30 Mins and the trailer only being gone for two hours I was hoping I could be compensated towards another trailer, but that wasn't the case.

5 pricing increases in 2 years. Not economically consumer friendly.

There is no longer any fence securing the units - an alarm system alone is insufficient when a truck can drive in, cut a lock and drive out before authorities get the chance to arrive. Regularly we had a trailer or a truck blocking access to our unit. Often when we needed to speak to staff, they were preoccupied and it required a longer than average wait. Given the above what I would classify as significant issues, the cost was astronomical for the poor services we received.

My experience at U-Haul was awesome. The staff were very friendly and professional often surpassing my expectations. I was sad to.leave. I haven't lived in Newmarket for many years but the location was convenient for me.

Suzanne was absolutely wonderful & extremely helpful. She was able to find us a bigger unit when we needed to upgrade. Any minor issues we had (frozen locks due to weather, etc) was handled right away. She was always available when we had questions/concerns. The move in/move out was easy & efficient.

The snow was not removed in a timely manner and a Uhaul trailer was parked beside my unit and was in my way. I realize there is lots of inventory so you are tight to put things and have it all spread out.

When we first started to rent over 25 years ago the property was securely fenced and gated, that is no longer provided. The addition of keypad entry was cumbersome and never well communicated. Any improvements certainly never seemed to benefit longtime unit renters. I often found nails and screws on the driveways. Rental equipment often made navigation though the lot difficult. The gate was often impeded by equipment renters. Snow clearing was intermittently sufficient.

Gate has been broken since I started to rent at the location. Gate has not been fixed. In recent months, the tate has been taken down and no additional security is in place. Leaving premise unsecured.

I dealt with Suzanne both times I went to the office, she's Amazing!...no wonder she's the Manager! The service is prompt, friendly, imformative & professional. Uhaul by far has the best prices, no 1st time fees and a 30 day term. I would definately recommend them!

The truck pickup was very difficult as the website was giving us difficulties delaying the move. Our month free storage unit was put for the wrong date (24th) when we were moving in the 27th so there was only a small locker set aside rather than the one prearranged which could accommodate everything. We could only put half of the storage items inside and we had to bring back the rest to my dads. The miles were comped but made a stressful situation even worse

As I emptied my unit, it was apparent that water had gotten in. Any boxes I had on the floor were damaged and were starting to grow mould.

I emailed several times with no response. I rented the unit for two years and when we moved out some of belongings were water damages from a roof leak. Also they changed the doors at some point and whoever was the installer broke our glass vase by the door. The vase was only 60 dollars so I won't cry about that but it would of been honest if someone just let us know. Lastly they kept raising the price every few months. I wasn't going to write a review but they kept sending me notification to please write a review.

You implemented a price increase a month into my lease, which your company told me if I prepaid you would hold the rate I agreed to in the first place. Some would consider this a slimey business practice and forcing a customer to prepay. I would have if I had the money. So your business practice hurts the less fortunate that those that have an abundance of funds available to them. So no I won't recommend your services to others.

Great service but was charged for a gas penalty. I returned it with the same level, but the sheet that had the gas amount written down was wrong. The milage was incorrect as well, but they fixed that issue. I was sent pictures so hopefully we can fix the gas issue. Overall good service though.

On the day we were moving out our lock was frozen. It was a bitterly cold day. One of the staff (I wish I knew his name but he had sandy blonde hair and a beard) came out and helped us unlock the unit. I was so appreciative!

All went well except the returning of the truck! It was a long day & late night. I did not expect to have to go thru a mission debriefing to drop off the Truck! Watching the video does not explain exactly how, where & when the pictures should be taken! I ended up checking out 3 times before I got it right & that took almost 30 minutes! Even then I didn't check the right box to pay a outstanding $8 - but after 3 tries thankfully the app just pushed it thru & I could drop off the keys! Not so bad once you know how it works but would have been nice to have a heads up as to what to expect! All this to save a $20 that was never there in all of my previous rental!

Excellent service and facility, just expensive. Your staff was always helpful at my location and the "whole" facility was very clean. It would have been nice to have some access to garbage containers given the costs. The only thing that was a pain in the butt was the number of U-Haul trucks and trailers parked everywhere making it awkward getting a truck and/or trailer in to bring stuff in and out of my storage locker. Not enough room was allowed at the ends of buildings to actually make a safe turn to come out. My recommendation would be to have all of these trailers parked in a designated location not randomly plopped everywhere.

My storage fees increased by 50 % in a year. Co-incidentally this was a few months after my unit was flooded due to lack of maintenance (no heat) in the U-Haul building. I was a customer for 5 years.
