I rented there 3 years. Never a problem

My one complaint (which is mostly unrelated to moving into a unit) is that it is hard to get a hold of U-Haul staff members on the phone. Other than that, the process was really easy.

beth johnston | Online Move InGetting a hold of this location specifically is impossible because there's no one in the office ever they are at the Harriman boulevard office and they don't tell you that at the time their phones are always forwarded into customer service of the 1-800 number which makes it hard to get a hold of them but lo and behold the people on the 1-800 number can definitely get a hold of them super fast so they either need to hire someone to only answer phones or have someone present at that location I also think that the $10 a month or whatever it is to access after hours is ridiculous especially if more than one unit if you're already getting $300 a month why do I have to pay that twice thirdly I think that the hours should be 24 hours with the prices that you have because it's my stuff why does it matter what time I access it especially if there's no one there ever

I didn't realize it was that big. The units are very nice and I am very satisfied. However, now I need to get all my storage over to the climate side. I will work on that later. Keep up the good work. Excellent customer service on the sites. A manager assisted me and needed my units together for convenient access. My sister also has a big unit and we are both very pleased.

MARK OSTLER | Expérience généraleMy storage unit billed on the 18th of each month. I called them well in advance to discuss options for moving out of my unit. I spoke to a temporary manager who told me he would cancel my autopay and put a note on my account that I was okay to move out by May 23rd free of charge. He told me to call the store the week before to give them a reminder so I did not get locked out of my unit. On Wednesday, May 17th I tried to call the store multiple times throughout the day (6 to be exact) and nobody answered. On Thursday, May 18th I was able to get through to an employee after 3 attempts. I explained the situation to the employee. The employee I spoke to confirmed the notes from the manager on my account and I told her I had actually hired movers on Monday, May 22nd. The employee I spoke to said that she was the one that locked the units and she assured me I would not be locked out. Low and behold Monday, May 22nd rolls around. I get my U-Haul from Herriman Blvd and meet my movers at the storage facility. I could not get into the facility because my entry number was disabled. I sat in front of the intercom for over TWENTY minutes calling the office to get them to let me in. I called the office number from my phone. I called the general manager's number. Nothing. So I called the U-Haul location on Herriman and spoke to a lady that tried to help me out. She did not know how to unlock the gate. She asked her manager and he also did not know how to unlock the gate. Eventually I was able to get in the gate and when I get to my unit it is also locked. I called the U-Haul on Herriman again and they said they would send someone over. 20 minutes later, I am in my unit. I lost an HOUR with my movers (they had a hard stop at 1pm). That is equivalent to $90 and for the sake of time they had to leave all of my boxes in the garage. So now I am stuck moving them upstairs because of this hour lost. When I expressed these frustrations when I returned my U-Haul to the Herriman location, the employee told me dealing with the boxes was the worst part of moving. That was it. No apology, no refund, nothing. He did hand me a final bill for the storage unit (with a $15 late fee on it) and charges that were due to pay through June 18th. Which really confused me. I called and spoke to multiple people who promised me something would happen that did not. I tried to be proactive on the promises that were made to me. Not being able to get ahold of anyone at this store day after day is beyond infuriating. I would never recommend this facility to anyone or use it again. I was a loyal customer to it for over a year.

Leaving us to leave and go to a restaurant is extremely inconvenient. I had a lot of people moving with me that day and it took a long time and we all had to go to the bathroom. Meaning we all had to leave and exit at the same time and come back at the same time. I just can't believe that was done. I would tell others not to store that location because of that very fact.

The had peed and pooped on precious items plus had chewed up several cloth items. We were treated badly at new location. I reserved a truck to move but when my family got there, she was treated very rudely. I was told by Tracie one thing but the guy on duty refused to uphold what I was told. I was told my info for autopsy was deleted but I was charged for month of February when I had already cleaned out the unit #6611. Due to the incompetent way things were handled, I would not recommend UHaul Storage to anyone. Plus many items were missing, an antique bookcase, antique cups and saucers from England, etc. Never again will I trust this company.

IRENE WASONGAThere's an inability to call the direct location. You have to call an 800 and it's very inconvenient. Curbside isn't respected and the text check in doesn't work so clarify before you rent if that's your preference.

The only negative was that it was VERY difficult to maneuver around the storage facility with a 26' U-Haul truck - there were tight turns and trucks for rental parked near the turns.

I was overcharged for insurance and a lock she charged me twice for the lock then act like it was a problem when I brought it to her attention. My truck was returned to a closer location and I was told it should be cheaper but the lady at the drop off as quick to say she don't know nothing about it

I assume the staffers were most likely not residents of Noblesville because they treated us with respect. So for our visit, it was a successful and pleasant experience. We appreciate the staffers on duty during our rental and recommend their service. Cianna checked us in and a young man checked us out. Both were kind and respectful to us.

Scott P'Pool | Expérience généraleThe woman who got us set up with a storage unit was incredibly kind and compassionate, especially after we told her that we needed the unit because we were forced to walk away from a closing on a new home and needed a place to store our stuff. She switched us to a new unit twice - first because she was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the initial unit, then the second time at our request because we realized we needed a bigger unit. All the while, she maintained a kind, compassionate and cheerful disposition. She even allowed us to store our 26' truck inside the gate in a low traffic area because we needed to get a coffee or lunch and decompress from the trauma of not buying a home before we could unpack the truck into the storage unit. We really needed this "angel of mercy" yesterday and we are SO grateful that she was there for us! She was a consummate professional and very knowledgeable about her job. We also appreciate the fact that U-Haul gives the first month of rental free if you booked a U-Haul truck. The 10'x30' unit was just the right size for the contents of our truck and two cars. All in all, a great experience so far!

JOHN SMALLWOODWe were told we could drop off at any site in Noblesville, IN. We chose the closest site to our daughter's apartment and the agent was there by himself. It was the Pleasant Street Uhaul and storage facility. He had more trucks returned to his site than he had room for and asked if we'd drive the vehicle to another site because the storage unit patrons were complaining. That's not our responsibility AND we didn't want to go over our 44 miles limit. What a ridiculous request! The kids was nice enough but that request was just over the top, so we said no. He was busy with 3 other returns and stated he'd send our final statement by email. It's been 24 business hours, and we still have no receipt. This all around was a HORRIBLE experience. Jenny at Stone's Crossing Garden Center was that ONLY individual who seemed genuinely interested in helping us. I've been in sales and marketing for 38 years, and this was one of the WORST customer experiences I can recall. Please feel to call me 317-345-9064 Pam Schmidt
Pamela SchmidtI received the truck with little gas. After just 26 miles, the "50 miles to empty" warning began dinging nonstop. I had to divert from my moving plan to get gas, while paid helpers just sat and waited. I don't think that is a good policy - why inconvenience the customer, and worry him, like that? My policy would be the truck does not leave the center without 75 % plus tank filled.

Thankfully the attendant at the store was helpful and friendly and took care of the drop off for me. Much easier with the live attendant than the cumbersome broken app

I still had the truck running while checking it back in, but couldn't get my camera on my Samsung Droid to operate to take photos of the fuel and mileage. I DID take pictures with the camera on my phone for proof of mileage, fuel and time of return, but I couldn't post them on your site. SARAH KUESTEROverall experience was horrible. I can't just fault this location, but overall Uhaul in itself. I made reservations for the Bartlett, TN location. I flew in from Indianapolis, IN to Memphis and had the Uber take me to that location, only to find not only did my pickup location change without telling me, but the size of my truck which meant I spent more in gas then I should have. So I go into the next location to pick up my uhaul, and my reservation for drop off was Noblesville, IN. I sign my papers to find they tried to change me to drop off in another city. When I asked, they said it was just a suggested place and I could drop off at my closest location. When I drop off my uhaul and the location I initially made the reservation for, they made it seem like I could get charged because it wasn't the location Uhaul changed at the last minute. Give the people what size of truck they ordered, and pick up and drop off location they choose. Quit trying to screw people over with making them pay more money in an already expensive move.

GEORGE MAYThe employee working there was excellent. She was very patient and worked hard to get me truck. This review would 1 star if not for her. I was extremely disappointed by the system not having the original truck available at the time of pickup. If it wasn't for your employee I would have been without a truck that day. I had to settle for a smaller than originally planned truck which required more trips, mileage, and gas. I'm going to rethink using U-Haul again in the upcoming move in a couple of months.

Victoria MillerI got the Uhaul and the seats were covered in what looked to be pet hair. It was a bit off-putting. I have asthma so it sort of triggered my allergies. Aside from this the truck was pretty clean. Also I've been trying to contact the Uhaul store to get my receipt that the lady promised and get an explanation of the $10 charge that showed up on my checking account.

KURT NILESI originally was scheduled to pickup in Whitestown. When I went there, the location had no record of my order and the person was absolutely no help. He said call customer service. I spent 40 minutes on two occasions trying to get to customer service (got cut off first time) to be given a number for scheduling where I had to wait again. I was given a pickup spot 30 miles away and then charged a mileage fee for 10 miles over my final allotment once I turned the truck in. The start of my experience was horrible.
DANIEL NEEDHAMGot there 5 minutes before closing on Sunday, May 30. Man took our keys and said he would look over everything next day as he was closing up. Hope all is ok. We took pictures of all 24 blankets and truck left in good condition and gas tank filled. Hope all is well.

I told the desk agent the trailer is FULL, but she said it would fit and didn't offer a bigger size unit. I couldn't fit 4 pieces of furniture into the unit. But I can't really complain, since it was a free month.
