Truck was not well maintained. 1) Transmission light was on most of the time 2) After I filled up with gas, the truck failed to start, engine would not even turn over (total electrical failure, dead battery). I had to wait 1 hour for U-Haul roadside assistance. 3) UHaul "skip the line" ads were fake. Following the wizard in the UHaul app did not allow me to skip the line, even after entering all my info. I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to pick up my truck. The line was only 3 deep, but it appeared that the clerks handling the customers were either extremely slow, or the software they were forced to use for check out was extremely slow. Took about 10 minutes per customer, which is unbelievable. 4) The UHaul app is extremely slow. Just to reserve or check-in a truck is agonizingly slow. Each step through the multi-step wizard would take 2 minutes just to advance to the next step while the waitcursor was displayed. The only positive I can mention is that UHaul was open for rental on the Saturday when many other truck rentals companies were closed.

The truck was working well but really beaten up, dirty and kind of disgusting. I guess U-Haul trucks are just rundown and not up to par with other providers.

I was charged 3 times for my rental a charge of $97,89 up front, $83,76 on return, and then another charge of $83,76 the next morning. I returned all equipment, filled it with gas to the proper fill level, and there was no damage. I'd rate this location the best I've been to if the billing wasn't messed up beyond belief

The unit I had received for a rental there was clearly somthing wrong with the truck Everytime I came to a stop it would shut off. I drove all the way to North Carolina with the truck did fine except at red lights and in traffic..

The drop off location in macon did not appear to be safe. The truck was also not processed and we received a notification that the truck had not been returned. Also the contact number in macon had a full voicemail, preventing us from resolving the issue.

Tried to reserve the trailer online, but showed none were available. Went to location in person and was told there were several available and was able to reserve. Staff and experience at location was good, only issue was trying to reserve online.

Between the Gentleman that helped setting me up with my storage (I believe it was Joseph) and the one (Kevin) that helped close us out and sent off in a tow trailer; I couldn't have asked for anything better. The process was well communicated and extra helpful. God bless them. Totally worth working with them.

Uhaul needs a better reservation system and policies about bringing your truck back on time. Every single time I order a truck which is at least once a year, I get told my truck is either not available at the time of reservation or they don't have the size I ordered. The $50 you "get" if your reservation is not available is crap, I was told it doesn't matter that they don't have it at the time I requested.

The dolly we rented was not in the truck or was given to us at check in. We had to return to the office after checking the truck.

I filled the gas to 5/8 at the corner and got charged for 2 gallons. Sweet! I guess its wherever you can make a buck. Sad!

Everyone was wonderful there. I allowed a friend access to my storage which gt me kicked out. I was required to vacate on feb 12th and was not given money back for days paid. I felt I should have been compensated or allowed to stay until the end of the term paid. I wound up having most of my belongings stolen because they were put outside. I was given only hours notice and I had no car to move my belongings. I am homeless so everything I owned was in that storage. I am now starting over from basically nothing.

The truck and dolly were in very poor condition. The truck specifically is as if it wasn't maintained at all. I would never recommend u-haul to anyone.

The 17' truck that I rented had a problem with the transmission. I question how well the engine/transmission are maintained.

I rented a ten foot truck. I drove it 20 miles. I have a receipt that I put in 4 gallons of gas. I was charged for 3 gallons of gas. 20/7 is less than 3 miles per gallon. I do not think that is fair.

It's in norristown. It is located at a y interesection. People are always friendly and helpful here. No issues with my return and they took care of the process instead of me doing so on the app. Very helpful. Je les recommande fortement.

The floors in the storage area could use resurfacing. They are very bumpy, and I nearly lost stuff to bouncing carts a few times. Otherwise, my experience was fine.

When i first rented the storage, I could have used the roll up door after office ours but then I couldn't. Some guy said to me that i cannot use the rollup door after office hours even though he was there at the moment, he refused to help me with that door.

Your rental trucks are priced Extremely high, for a one-way. Where budget rental trucks were $1000 cheaper than yours. Thankful, For the gentleman that assisted me that day of Friday, February 24 he was very helpful and understanding regarding the price differences between the two companies.

There were I few safety issues with this facility, And they block the garage entrance door with trucks and or trailers making it harder for people to get stuff inside ..chains on the docks is definitely a safety concern..definitely needs to be addressed

Access code to get in does not work. Had to wait for someone to let me in every time. Since access code does not work I can only come while someone is in the office, which decreased my moving/ ccess time from 10pm to 5pm. The employee said this is a common problem at the facility. If unresolved I will be moving my belongings which is a great inconvenience!

The questions I answered above are true but my question is my storage was going up for auction I have personal stuff in there like clothes and personal paper work and pictures my question is if I oun 5 hundred on my storage and sell it for 6 or 7 hundred do I get reimburse for something to replace my clothes?

My 1st truck had roaches in it, but the staff took care of it right away and gave me a new truck, and they was also helpful throughout my whole process

Often staff was “missing” for several minutes and customer would just be cues up at the counter , additionally some of the staff were not pkease t or accommodating not knowing what arrangements had been made, additionally my unit was broken into and the lock changed by whenever broke in .. I was told it was not changed by uhaul so I was quite upset with that

I don't know what this is for--I moved out of storage unit #1060 on 8/26/22 & unit #2007 on 9/25/22. The access hours were difficult because the key card often didn't work.

As to the first question, the facility was secure, butit could have been better lit. At times I had to use a flashlight in order too see well in the room. Other than that, everything was great.

The On-Line site gave me the colored important information about the unit number, the day to move-in BUT Didn't Mention I Needed To First Go To The Office And Get A Swipe Card Registered To Get Access!! That Part Wasn't CONVENIENT AT ALL!!

Rodent infestation, rodent feces all over our items, rodent damage (chewed through things) to items, lack of management concern. This place is the worst. Management doesn't care about the infestation and does not care about customers.

After having my furniture stored there for extended period I was worried that there would be some kind of damage...closed in smells, pest etc. My furniture and boxed items came out the same way they went in. Damage, odor and pest free.

We reserved a unit a month in advance and were told the day we were moving in that the unit we reserved doesn't exist, despite us calling the day prior to confirm. Then the unit was not the size we wanted but had no choice but to move in anyway. We asked for the price we reserved but were told that we would have to pay more. Then I look online and it's more than the price that was quoted to us for the unit we moved into. NOT HAPPY
