Be sure that the gas tank reading/level is truly what you claim. We left being told the tank had 1/4 in it which it did not. We returned the truck with way more than when we left with a 1/2 tank. The store "sorted it out"
Robert WTerrible company. Terrible service. Would never recommend. Awful employee called me and harassed me via long voicemail then follows up with a brief phone call after I was gone and had stopped business with your company.

R WThe speed checking out was abysmal, I'm convinced this is due to corporate decisions and needing software upgrades. Your online check in does nothing to speed up the process.
R WThe short answer is waisted hours of my time and money. I scheduled a mobile pickup and the truck at the location was not set up that way. So I had to wait an hour for the place to open and when I told them what happened they really didn't care.... I waited an hour for the place to open, and had hired 2 guys to help me move. By the time I got to the moving location most of their time was gone! I called customer service, they gave me a 50$ discount. I received my bill and the discount was not on it. I send an email and I am still waiting for a response and the $50 to be taken off my bill. I seriously doubt I will use that location ever again. What's the point of having Mobile pickup getting there early and not having he truck ready to go.

Charles SLocation is convenient near SRQ airport and facility is clean and well lit. Alarm system works well for knowing timeline of coming and going with entry card swipe. This place is run well and I have seen very low turnover of personell here in the year plus I have been a customer. Great work to all involved they just do their jobs and get it done.

Randy DNone of the employees appeared happy to be there with two arguing in my presence. I had a one-day rental of the trailer. When I returned the same day, the employee working returns was in a heated argument with someone returning a pickup truck over the purchase of gasoline. The customer eventually drove off with the truck. The yard employee walked over to me and angry mood, then detached my trailer. He then advised me that I could leave. No expected customer service or courtesy at all with any of these employees. A few days later I received a phone call asking me when I was planning on returning the trailer. Over two days and more than four phone calls I was able to convince them that the trailer was returned on the same day. However, they billed me for four days! More calls with the local manager refusing to speak with me ( requested twice ). Finally the four day bill forever hundred dollars was removed and the correct withdrawals made. There was no apology or compensation for all the time that went into fixing your mistake. Michael Fisher

Ray RPricing is confusing. When inquiring I was asking for price from Florida to Wisconsin and given a price. Once the box was delivered I was getting emails for charges for each step of the process which totalled more than the quote I was given. The charge should have been bundled and all the separate charges done behind the scenes.

Nobody told me even once after speaking to three schedulers who were clearly aware of my drop off time for the truck that I would be using the same location for my free month of storage. I work night shift so im up usually from about 7pm until roughly 11am. So I was pretty annoyed to have a rental by the mile uhaul and show up to unload everything during my move only to find out I can't access my storage unit because it's midnight and my truck needs to be returned in two hours. So I had to find a storage unit that was available for move in that lat e at night and pay for it. Xpress storage was great, affordable, secure, and entirely self service.

Kelly McKnitt, response was poor as a manager and unsafe. I will not use Uhaul again for storage at this facility untill new managers exist. Very dangerous be careful if you store here

We used the U-Boxes to move from Galveston,Texas to Sarasota, Florida selecting this location because they could accommodate the U-Boxes. From there, we moved into the Climate Controlled Storage and were completely satisfied. We downsized into one of the 2 units we had rented so we are still customers.

Another plus is that it is just 2 miles from our home. I store documents, antiques, instruments etc, during hurricane season since we live near coast and in a flood zone. Items are irreplaceable so I feel safer that way. Thanks for a good storage experience.
