at first, we were told to pick trailer up at Billie Dee's (no one was there), then we were told to go to another location, before we got to this location,. Which was a bit of running around, but Billie Dee (?) did call around and was helpful to get us the 4x8 that we had reserved. otherwise, everything was good.

I've driven many uhaul trucks through the years and never one this bad. I would never recommend using this location to anyone. You will need to do a lot to help this site.

These blankets clearly were not checked before being repacked. I didn't expect them to be laundry fresh but certainly expected better than this.

David FieldsU-Haul's policy of having to know exact location of delivery caused me about 45 minutes worth of delay. Was moving my daughter to an apartment complex in Oklahoma City. Just needed a trailer to do that. Was told I needed the address. I had no idea of the address. Finally found the address and gave it to the agent. Next question from him, " What is the apartment number?". When I asked why he needed that, the agent smugly replied, "Because U-Haul wants to know where their multi thousand dollar equipment is being used.". I think the answer is more like they are harvesting data to sell. WHERE MY 24 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS LIVING IS NOT U-HAUL'S BUSINESS. Took me an additional 20 minutes to get in touch with my wife to get the information on the apartment number just so I could rent a small trailer. Poor policy on U-HAUL'S part. Definitely not renting from this location again.

My only issue is with your system sending messages at 10:48 I was getting messages that I needed to call or my reservation would be cancelled. This is confusing when I was given a window of 10:00 am to 5:00 pm to pick up our boxes. When you are moving there are lots of moving parts and people and being on a strict schedule is not always possible.

It would just make so much more sense to list all the vehicles at the land run location which is where they are picked up and dropped off. And please- please- add some signage that explains to find the attendant you go to the unmarked door at the back of the warehouse. It's honestly quite ridiculous that there were four people there to pick up and none of us had a clue where to go to see the attendant. Signage!! Thx.

It was not made clear the location of the unit was not at the primary address listed but was instead a few blocks west. The linked map in the email that was supposed to show the layout never loaded correctly.

David WaltonThe person who was responsible for check in was very rude. We went there 5 minutes late. We understand that by then physical check in was closed and we had to do online check-in. As this was our 1st Uhaul, we asked him for some help and he was so pissed off. Then the check-in process was really complicated. At last, we only drived 13+ miles. But to full the tank it took $5 gas! It was insane. We didn't even use that much gas. Overall the charges were pretty expensive, the process was complicated. It could have been a lot better. For only two hours drive, almost $50 charges are pretty insane.

They couldn't do that because the contract was messed up and it wasn't were I was supposed to be. I was told to call corporate and have them help. After sitting on hold for 45 minutes I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for her manager and was told no. I'm disgusted with how poorly you all treat your customers and will make sure to tell everyone to use a different moving service

After initially moving forward, I never received my billing issue warning (automated email issues for nonpayment) until I was contacted by the GM Ian, over the matter. Initially feeling like an idiot, I was quickly relieved as Ian was brought up to date, and he assured me nothing would happen to my belongings (was in between paychecks and still struggling to catch up from deposits/move in fees, etc.). Ian made it easy for me to catch up from my previous month, and cover the month we were already well into. It's the people within the business that will make/break the business, and Ian is beyond making an easy future customer out of me. U-Haul should be proud they have such people as Ian, representing them!

For example, I got the 10' truck for my daughters dorm and a 5x5 storage unit. The website should have told me that not everything in a 10' truck could hold everything in a 5x5. It would have been nice to have had a warning that popped up telling me that the storage unit I chose may not fit what can fill a 10' truck. I would have then gotten a larger one! Thankfully, by the power of God, I got everything to fit in there. But a warning would have been nice. Not everyone can see how big a 5x5 is until they are there. The website should recommend storage units based on the truck that some orders.
