Rep could not advise which trailer hitch lights to use except look at the book over there. After checking book, the item was not in stock nor could rep help find one. Had to get another company to install ball on truck and find wires to attach trailer somewhere else as well. Really put a damper on things when moving. Should have been notified in advance that install was not available way before hand in picking up the trailer rental.

John StoeppelExcellent in person service. Terrible app!!! It did not work on the day of my rental. The app froze up. The personnel at the location were very helpful in suggesting solutions, but ultimately, we couldn't get the app to work on the Saturday morning we rented our truck.

When I went to drop off the truck I was told that the lot was full and needed to drop off the truck at a different location. It was just down the road but still a pain to make arrangements for my ride to pick me up at a different location from what i originally told them.

Also I signed up for 19,99 truck and ended up getting charged at total of 336 by the end of everything and the cost difference was never explained to me. Not a great experience at all
Christian EdwardsYour system was down for over 30 minutes, making us late to pick up the furniture we purchased. You don't mention anywhere on the confirmation, website, or app that you ONLY accept credit cards, not debit cards, for 9' vans. You ask for 2 contacts, which seems a bit unnecessary, 1should be fine. And lastly, your ability to tack on ridiculous and unnecessary fees is second to none. You advertise in giant numbers "$19,99" yet not a single rental will ever come close to being that cheap. I knew this going in, but it's still shady and damn near false advertising.

FELICIA SANGARE | Premières impressionsI recently visited a UHaul store in Springdale OH. Everything was going well, the customer service representatives were very insightful and very helpful. I watched the rep put my trailer on and take a photo. Afterwards he stated that everything was ready and safe to use. This was my first time pulling a trailer. When I pulled out of the parking lot I noticed that my trailer was moving violently and swaying side to side and coming close to my vehicle and far away again. I had to pull over and discover what was going on as it became a driving danger immediately. When I pulled over I noticed that the hitch had not been tightened down to the ball. I immediately called the UHaul I just moments left and was told to call road side assistance.

Walking in the store it has a stank smell like A$$ smh but i hot check in the guy told me to go on the left side to the truck I couldn't find it one of the guys came around to help me look for the truck and he Realize the truck was on the other side that took about ten minutes looking for the truck being it was so cold i was really pissed off but being the guy help me ans he was off work I really appreciate it. My return time was 9:00 pm i got back at 9:07pm the app wasn't working after 20 minute i was able to checkout spend about 10 minutes looking for the drop box for the key, the gas wasn't on half when i got in the truck, other than that i was able to move what i need to move. Thank you!!
victoria langThey haven't released my deposit. I'm outb$100 and when I returned the UHaul I was told UHaul doesn't require a deposit, so this site on Colerain is acting outside of UHaul procedure. I'll not rent UHaul again

Tyler GrosseI've been frustrated in the past with u-haul where the equipment and service are a "sideline" within some other business. This location is first, foremost, only a u-haul rental. Excellent equipment, friendly and helpful staff, helped me change reservation to a better, lower cost option. Highly recommend this specific location.
Chan StevensEmployees need to be more knowledgeable on equipment. The U-Haul was self-explanatory, but the tow was a little confusing. We didn't know how to load the vehicle onto the tow and secure it to the toe and the employee that was assisting us, he was very rushed and did not help us put the vehicle onto the toe. Another guy that is with a moving company just so happen to be in the parking lot and assisted us with loading our vehicle onto the tow. If it wasn't for them, we would have strapped the vehicle down all wrong and it would've been a disaster. The employees need to be more knowledgeable on how to assist customers who have never loaded a car onto a tow to drive it long distance .

Robert MetznerI rented a truck from Michigan to Colerain location in the Cincinnati area, which allowed me 1 month free of a storage unit.. when I got to the location the young girl working the front desk didn't want to give it to us although we had a contract for it.. several calls were made by my wife and I, until she finally got in touch with the President of the Cincinnati region. He overrode the front desk clerk and demanded that our contract be honored.. she was upset and ask that He (President) call her on her personal phone.. He responded "NO.I want to make this quick" ..The lock that was given for my unit was a faulty lock and wouldn't allow me in at 9pm (2 wks later)after driving 3 hrs to get there.. after calling I was told that I was wrong and that the lock should open.. no one came and it was a wasted trip.. they did have to cut the lock off due to it being a faulty lock as I had told them..I told them it didn't seem like the same key and that it seemed to have been changed but that I needed it cut off.. they refused to do it that evening but did do it later.. I was just a complete mess.. my family and I have rented truck, trailers, as well as storage units for over 30+years and over 20 different moves.. (this location) Not only would iNOT recommend but I would advise against using then.. I hope this saves someone from the hassle and hundreds of dollars I wasted dealing with them. I actually came back to empty the unit 2 weeks early so that no other problems could arise..

I was a tenant of the Colerain facility for about a month and they decided they wanted to raise my rent. If you would've kept my rent where it was for at least a year, you got a whole year of rent out of me but because you raise it, I moved out as fast as I could. Thank you. I'll never use U-Haul again!!!!!!

Hard to reach staff each time due to activity at front desk. At move out, had to wait 15 minutes at gate to exit until an employee happened nearby to go open gate. Intercom not working?? Why not offer another replacement card or code??? Very frustrating experience each time we visited… facilities were clean and well maintained.

Sadly, promised satisfaction was not close to being MET. We had to switch our hours and got a smaller truck than we were promised. THIS MADE AN INCONVIENCE ON ALL OF US. WE HAD TO EVEN PAY EXTRA THAN WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THE COLERAIN LOCATION. VERY DISGUSTED WITH OUR TIME SPENT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR SO CALLED COMPANY.
