Unfortunately the truck I rented was not to my liking, the material inside the truck that I did not use or rent occupied some of the space I needed. Also, it was a rainy day and all of my boxes were damaged because water got inside of the truck, lots of it.

Everything was fine with the pickup and the truck. I had a strange encounter when I was dropping off the truck. I pulled the truck into the parking lot and there was someone in the car next to where I parked the truck. I was going through the drop off process on the app - taking pictures of everything. When I went to get out of the truck, to take the rest of the pictures, a guy got out of the car next to me and told me to give me the key. I said, "I have to take the pictures". He replied, "don't worry about that. " This made me very uncomfortable. I asked if he worked there and he said yes, but it was just very strange how he got out of the car and said what he said.

Interior of drivers cab stunk of more then BO and cigarettes . Steering wheel was grimy and sticky totally never wiped down. Front windshield haze and fingerprints , driver side window could barely roll down. Also no ramp on the 10' truck. You wanted a review there you go.

My only complaint would be that the motorcycle trailer could be designed with a longer ramp as the heavy, low motorcycle I loaded would scrape on the trailer.. Otherwise, great experience at a fair price

Warning to all renters read the agreement carefully there is a lot of hidden cost even though they charging you $.99 per mile and by the hour you still have to pay for gas, and a cleaning fee for a truck wash…… even if you only rented the truck for two hours still charged And if you do it online rental it better off doing less hours than anticipated because they still charge you the full amount. For example I rented the truck for three hours but bought it back in two I was still charged the full amount and $26 for a truck wash…..rip off next time Home Depot truck rental by the hour better pricing with no hidden fees

There was no problem with the location the problem was with the app I arrived there at about 10:00 p.m. and couldn't get the truck signed out until about 12:30 p.m. because the app would not work and the website would not work. Had many problems with the app and the website not scanning my license. Then it required two phone numbers of people to verify my identity. When normally they just call my wife. My wife was out of the country so I gave them a brother's phone number. Then the app ask for a second person to verify.

I'm guessing was not full. I forgot to check when I drove off and wind up putting in $22 in gas. Logical will tell you I drove 14 miles $22 gas does not add up. And how long would I have to leave the car idle if that's what you say to use that much gas. Very disappointed that you guys can't do anything

As stated Above Old Bridge NJ Facility people working there we're NOT Friendly at all. I was treated Like I was bothering them. Acces to storage unit difficult Due to U-haul trucks parked getting in &out of units,I was Extremley disappointed in the way theu Handled themselves I had just Driven a 1 000 miles and to be greeted in the manor I was Recommend that Facility. In Florida I was Actually considering starting a u-haul Rental place. I've been looking to invest in something N Make $ but if that's the reputation U-haul will be showing I'm not sure my hard work would give me any profit Highly disappointed. But the Florida U-haul was not asgrandish looking but much more personable. Sometimes that makes it or breaks it.

I was annoyed I rented a 20 foot truck and needed a larg storage unit and was advised that I would have a storage unit large enough for my belongings based on the truck size only to get to my destination and discover they only had 10 X 10' available which caused me to have to rent to seperate units. The staff however were extremely helpful and friendly. I truly appreciated them.at the old bridge route 9 south U-haul staff. Big cuddoz to them.

They rent me a storage unit and then when we go back to put our stuff on it it was locked up and then we have to drive back miles away from there to Syracuse new York to find a storage unit for more money and then after we pay in full a 10×15 they took our money and put it on the truck. Not very helpful at all.

FYI. I noticed there were rodent droppings on boxes & in one of the boxes that had sheets/towels; it appeared it had made a nest. But, I did notice a rodent bait trap after we cleaned out the unit.
