The location was well stocked with choices of different vehicles to rent. The reservation process was easy and the employees were very helpful; the van we rented was clean and we were very satisfied with everything. NOTE: We did contact another U-Haul location before coming to you and could not get anyone on the phone and when our call was returned, they did not have any vehicles to rent.

This is a VERY busy location but even so, we felt that we were taken care of in a timely manner and nicely. We mentioned the maintenance that should be done on the auto transport strap ratchet device and the man seemed to take us seriously.

I had booked a reservation for a pickup truck and was given a cargo van instead the lady at the counter was very rude and dismissive the first van they gave me the radio didn’t work and the van was below a quarter tank of gas so I went inside and asked for another van and once again the lady behind the counter was very rude the customer service in this place needs a lot of work uhaul has lost my business

It was hard to drop off the trailer after hours with a holiday the following day. There was no parking for the trailer. Some guidance on where to leave it would help. But other than that, all was great.

Went to pick up my truck that I had booked in advanced. When I got to the store they did not have it and sent me to another store 3o minutes away. When I got to that store I had to sit in line for an hour which now pushed me 1 and a half hours into my reserved time frame for the truck. When I finally got to talk to a representative they told me they also did have a truck and I was forces to used a 15' truck which increased the amount of trips I had to make between locations due to the smaller amount of item I'm able to haul. The trucks light switch was broken and I could not use the lights and the check engine light came on. So not only did I lose 1 and a half hours of my scheduled time but I also had to increase the amount of time I needed the truck because of being forced to use a smaller truck than the truck I had booked I'm advanced

The attendant at the U-Haul was very rude and almost couldn't get a truck because they didn't even bother to assist me with an alternative, had to call the center in order to be able to get a truck. Very disappointed with the service at this center!

Please call or text or call me at 772-664-2470, regarding the location and their poor electronics. I would not recommend this location to a friend because what should have taken probably 10 minutes at most, and more likely 5 minutes, it took over 20 minutes to check my reservation in due to the poor electronics this location employee have to work with. Soooo completing frustrating for both the employee and me. I called the day before and made the reservation. Kind regards, Sandy

I went to rent a cargo van on Friday afternoon, March 29, the line was long and not moving. While waiting a man came in with a large TV box, after looking around he walk to the front and spoke with an employee who took the box back and the man left. I wondered if any other customers on line were not renting and could have been helped like that man, although many employees were walking around no one asked if anyone on line was there for a reason other then renting. I returned the following morning rented a cargo van and the rental process went quickly, however when walking out I notice the line was long again. When I returned the van no one would confirm the milage or that the gas niddle was on three quarters of a tank, I was told I would receive an email so I will hold onto my gas receipt. Additionally, I don't know if it's your computer systems or need of better employee training but the registration process takes much too long and a good manager should be able to help better serve your customers. The bed of the van I rented was dirty and never sweepted, and the employee who brought the van to me told me to ignore a warning message stating the right rear tire' air pressure was low. I hope these observations help, I've rented from U Haul many times in the past and think that it's this location, and again think a professional manager could do wonders for this location.

Marketed $20 rental with a $1/mile subcost. Plus whatever additional they wish to charge days later... i even filled the gas above the requested marker. Quite strange to move a single fridge down the street.

Each time that I visited the Babcock UHAUL location it was clean, well stocked and well organized. The customer service agents were patient and very helpful. I recommend the UHAUL on Babcock, Palm Bay, FL.

I was treated like garbage by the assistant manager. Spit on, pushed, and cussed out in front of her staff. Was threatened with not getting my rental items even after I paid for it. Would like a full refund of the money I spent. I can't believe U-Haul allows their employees to treat anyone like this, let alone I'm a veteran and this is a veteran "friendly" organization.

The whole experience was marvelous. From the guys that brought the container and packed it in Florida to the pick drop off in Connecticut a few days later. The communication about deliveries and pick ups was excellent. The box appeared one morning in my driveway, exactly where I asked for it to be dropped off and then it was taken as if by magic. I will definitely use U=Haul services again.

Getting the truck was not easy. Despite links being sent to my phone, uploading pictures did not work for existing damage on the truck. An employee used the truck before I arrived but after the official gas levels and mileage were documented, creating a very frustrating check-in process. The employee who helped me in the parking lot was wonderful and saved my experience. He was kind and guided me as best he could.

I reserved a 20 foot truck well in advance and when I got there on my pick up day they didn't have any 20 foot trucks. We were forced to take a 26 foot truck which made it very hard to maneuver into the place we needed to go.

I used the online application thinking I could save time and waiting in a long line as I usually experience at the location I used, during the check in process to pick my truck up I asked the employee that was near the drop off location where I could find the truck number they gave me so after about 10-15 minutes of wondering around the parking lot I finally found it and the keys were not in it. So I once asked the same employee where I could find the key he began giving me attitude as if I we're supposed to know the keys were so we had a heated exchange at which he verbally attacked me and told Me to watch "how I talked to him" as if to somehow threaten me. Needless to say I was already frustrated and running late at this point for my move. I am a. Disabled veteran with multiple health issues and all of That walking was really rough on me. However he did go get the key and bring them to me but wasn't real pleasant about it he basically threw them in the door handle and said here's your key and took off. Also I think may have forgotten a small blue box with several harmonicas in it, if so I would like it returned to me. Thank you, W. Andy Tribble

I called the 833 UHAUL Number to establish a reservation number for a truck and for a storage unit to speed things up when I got to the UHAUL center. When I arrived I advised the attendent that I was there to rent a truck and to the attendant could not find my reservations, even though I had both numbers available for her. She searched and searched through several pages and after about 10 Mins she left and brought the manager back. The manager quickly walked her through the process. She started my process to complete the vehicle rental agreement, then got confused again and had to go and get the manager again. It was obvious that she was not aware of many sections of the form. I was getting frustrated as I arrived early so that I could meet my son to pick up articles for storage. The attendant kept looking at her phone during the transactions and was not familiar with all procedures on the form. When she finally finished the form about 25 mins later she wished me a good day. I reminded her that I also needed a storage unit. Then the process started over to obtain a storage unit. She searched for approximately 8 minutes and once again left to go get the manager. The manager came back and once again showed her where to find the available storage units. She eventually figured out the paperwork for a storage unit. Approximately 45 Mins after arrival, I finally completed the paperwork. She gave me a map of where the storage unit was and copies of my truck paperwork. As My sons house was only 3 mins away, we loaded the truck in about an hour and returned to search for the storage unit. The map was not clear as to exactly where the storage unit was located, so we drove around for a few mins trying to find the unit. Eventually we chased down a worker in the parking lot and he showed us the way to the unit. We unloaded the truck, and came back to the store to buy a lock. Locked up the storage unit and I went to turn in the truck, but of course each attendant was busy with other customers, so I waited approximately 10 mins, then decided to go and pull the truck directly in front of the entrance. At that time a young man came to me and said, are you returning and I said yes please, and he took my keys and told me thank you and advised me that he would send results of his inspection to my email. Calling the 833 UHAUL was easy and simple and the woman gave me reservation numbers for the truck and for the storage unit. Which I took to the store. The process at the store was frustrating and time consuming. I knew that the process would take about 15 to 20 mins to sign for the paperwork etc. But I did not expect to be there for almost an hour. The vehicle was clean and the storage unit was clean. The experience was good other than the attendant not being knowledgeable of the processes which frustrated me. The manager was outstanding and resolved every issue. I will use UHAUL again should I need the service, but hopefully a more speedier process. I would recommend that the attendant put cell phone away when a customer is standing in front of her. Not very professional to keep checking cell phone during process.

Apparently, our car trailer was not maintained or even looked at before they rented to us. The strap ratchet for the tires were very rusted and hardly worked. We had to lube it and wait for it to function.. A crank for the tongue barely work, and we also had to repair that. And the biggie. The tires were not inflated not even close to be properly.!!!! one tire had only 23 pounds in most tires had between 40 and 50 pounds in and recommendation was 65 pounds!!!

Truck was NOT rental ready! Cab was filthy, smelled, steering wheel was sticky with ?? uugh... Windows/windshield had bird poop, mirrors dirty. Took the truck home and cleaned myself so my wife would ride in it. Do your job!!

The drop off location listed was incorrect. I attempted to clarify with the staff but he reassured me that the location address did not matter and I could drop it off at any location which was not the case. The U-Haul I chose for drop off nearest me did not accept my truck or trailer and told me I had to go to the location listed on the paperwork and when I arrived they were closed. I had to go to yet another location after being tired from a long drive and moving.

I was treated poorly from day one to the end of my rental. Most of the employees I encountered at this facility were rude, disrespectful and often they told me outright lies. I wouldn't come back to this facility if it was free.

I wasn't happy with the storage rent increase and there needs to be a policy in place, where if a customer pays for a whole month but doesn't use the whole month, the days that weren't used should be refunded when a customer closes out a storage unit.

My first experience using a storage unit and I mostly say outstanding. I appreciate the security it was top notch I never felt uncomfortable going to my unit. The cleanness was very good. This was my first indoor storage unit The advantage is you are unloading a vehicle without worrying about the weather The slight downside is the distance from our truck and the unit ( but we viewed it as good exercise)

The only complaint, my unit was secure, but anyone could walk off the street and into the facility. Also my unit was in the back and I'd often have to organize my stuff, if you were not in the aisle moving around, the lights would turn off and it gets really dark inside the unit. I'd have to walk out of the unit for the lights to turn back on.

Staff is not friendly and very short with you. I rented 2- units for a year. Moves out 2 days after rent was due. They still charged me for full month and would not pro-rate the units. I feel un-valued after a year of doing business. Then I rented a truck that broke down on me the same day. Road side assist was a complete failure Worst moving experience ever

You just kept raising the price every six months and then charge me a $15 late fee because my phone got hacked and I had to get a new card to put in for the automatic payment! I could never get any customer service on the phone at the palmbay location the air-conditioning didn't work in the office. There's a lot U-Haul could work on with that location

As I checked in it would have been nice if the clerk would have offered me to purchase a lock. This was my first time renting a unit I took for granted that the lock came with the unit. I was over tired and stressed and I had to walk from the back of this storage unit back to the office to stand in line waiting to purchase a lock.

The entire time I had the 10X10 storage unit the door fell off the track every single time I opened it. We needed a crow bar to put it back on track. The staff never could fix it. I hated going in/out of my storage unit. Please call me 205-208-2745 if you want more details.

I reserved a 10x10 and they gave it to someone else. I then had to rent two smaller 5x 10s. They gave me a month free, but it's going to cost me $50 more a month. Moving into a 10 x 10 when it comes available is not convenient.

The NO answers above are irrelevant because we never moved in once we learned we could not use more than one month's free rental. The general manager was rather rude in his abruptness in saying it was an internal policy when I asked him to show me where it said you can only use one month at a time.

I made a reservation to ensure I had a unit reserved when needed and when I got to the facility, I was told there were units available, but they weren't clean. I was forced to get a smaller unit and then go store the rest of my belongings elsewhere. I reserved the size unit I needed and the facility was not prepared for my Reservation. This is bad service. Why would I be able to make a reservation and the facility not prepare and deliver? I am not happy with this outcome.

There was no lock in our unit when we arrived with a moving truck. We had to find an alternative due to truck rental return and work schedule the next day. They did allow us to cancel our unit the next day and get our money back thag had already been paid. Still disappointed in setup of units inside with no near door access and the inability to use the unit the night of moving but they did make it right.

The customer service person was poorly trained and didn't know how to enter a rental storage unit transaction into the system. He repeatedly had to ask coworkers how to enter the transaction. It took over a half hour just to rent a storage unit.

I don't imagine storage facilities varying much so it's really the customer service that determines quite a lot of the opinions customers have. I just felt like whenever I would go inside I had to wait to be acknowledge or for a simple question I wouldn't get answers. I had a few good experiences but overall ask your employees to just say hello and will be with you even if you aren't.

I would have been happy with the facility except for the fact that after putting my stuff into storage and upon returning after a week, to find palmetto bugs all over my stuff was awful. Needless to say I got my stuff out as quick as possible.

A few nights I came to get a few small loads out of storage and a few different homeless people hung out next to the doors. One actually helped me load a heavy box, never asked for money, the other simply wanted to wait for the doors to open so he could go in and grab blankets that were left in the area where people can donate moving stuff to other movers. Just fyi… I felt safe bc you had cameras at least. It was kinda creepy though. Otherwise everything was perfect:

It took 4 transactions in 2 days to get my storage unit correctly. 1st one was privately locked and no on knew why. 2nd one- ended with 2 smaller units- 1 I filled then 2nd one was locked and sold. They had no record of my transaction from previous day. Including unit I was in at that time. 3rd- i asked the lady to check unit before giving it to me. She proceeded to give me unit that was locked from previous day. It showed her that paperwork and her coworker told her that I was correct. 4th- she went back and checked it to make sure this time it was correct. 1 moved everything from smaller unit to the new bigger unit. 5th- went back to double check everything and tell them unit was changed over. Turned out code was same as someone else and causing problems. Changed code with 4th agent. End result- I was given 1 free month for all of my troubles. That is appreciated. Part this could have been prevented by a simple walk back to check Unit. I even heard the supervisor ask why they didn't check on 1st day. I am not sure what happened with 2nd transaction.

My mattress was rained on the ceiling leaked all over my mattress, I should have realized this when the receptionist said we have to clean out the unit & remove the tarp, indicating that there's a roof leak. When I notified the front desk about the damage yo my mattress I was told abruptly to file a claim...no apology, I will not recommend your facility, I feel you have structural problems at your facility and they're not fixed, you take the $ and keep the public in the dark. Anyone asks me I'll tell them to not rent from your facility, you clearly don't have integrity that the public can trust. Unité 1262

I first reserved a storage unit via the Uhaul website at BP Moving & Storage in Palm Bay, Florida. I received confirmation of my reservation via email - all good. I then called BP about a week in advance to ask if everything was set. The person replied that it was set - great! Then, as I'm moving from Minnesota and stopping late at night, I reviewed my emails and noticed my storage unit had been cancelled! WHAT ????#$(@* I am in route with a 20 foot Uhaul truck and my unit is now cancelled? I called the 1-800 UHAUL number and explained the situation. They told me I had rented from an "affiliate" location and there was nothing they could do about that cancellation (remember, I had reserved ON the UHAUL WEBSITE). So, now I"m really annoyed, but the nice customer service person found me another unit in Palm Bay at a different facility. Great. Then, as I'm moving in a day later, I get a call from BP Moving and Storage, all upset and angry that I am not showing up at their location! Now, I'm not very happy about this at all and told the gentleman that the problem is with the UHaul organization or whomever generated the email cancelling my unit! He was not very nice. I can understand why he is upset. Buyer beware - I'd recommend staying away from the affiliate locations because the communication is very poor. Go with a Uhaul corporate location if at all possible.

Administrative challenges was a little frustrating when we realized that we had been paying for "3 units" rather than 2. The 3rd unit was in someone else's name but some how we were charged. It was fixed quickly, so that was good.

barely anyone working, the guy helping us kept stopping to talk to a friend. we had a unit reserved and when we got there he told us someone gave it away to someone else so we had to get another one which was more expensive.

They sold all of my things without my knowledge nor letting me try and get my belongings back. I have a family of 6 and all of my children belonging got sold off to other. Due to Covid I was on unemployment and they knew that because I communicated back and forth with them. My whole family has fought Covid 5 time and due to that I have been late on my storage.

Both the video provided to assist in moving in, and the contract emailed to me specified that a lock would be provided. Video stated to break the seal, open the door and the lock would be inside the unit. There was no lock, and I was told at the store that I would have to purchase their lock. I also had a hard time locating the unit. The layout is confusing, and it is quite a way from the entrance. It is unclear how and when to enter the access codes, especially on a Sunday when it was considered after hours. I finally figured it out. The unit was clean when I arrived, and after the initial frustrations all went well with the move in.

I reserved a 10x15 online 1 week prior to going in. Upon arrival I was told the unit I reserved was already sold and they did not have another one. I had to settle for a 10x10. After completing paper work I went to my new unit only to find it already had a lock on it and a notice saying it had been evicted due to non payment. I then went back and told the associate, who then had me walk back to the unit to confirm what I had told her. Upon arriving back at the check out area I was told they didn't have another unit and they could offer me a 10x8. I reluctantly accepted it because I needed a unit and wanted one at this location since it was convient for me. After going to the unit I realized I would not be able to fit all of my furniture in such a small unit. I notice another unit with a green tag that looked to be the size of a 10x10. So upon arriving back at the check out for a 3rd time I asked for a refund and acquired about the other unit I had seen. The women looked it up and found out that even though the last person had cleared all of thier things out uhal never actually took them off of the unit. That's why it wasn't showing as available. She called the previous customer to confirm they had closed out account and after talking to th gentleman told me they could offer me that unit. I had to settle for a smaller unit but was happy that I had one. After arriving home and a couple hours later I received a call from uhal. I was told that when they kept switching the units from a 10x10 to a 10x8 then again to a 10x10 they refunded me back to much money and needed me to return to the location to give them back the 31 dollars they had given me. I understand mistakes happen but after all I had been through to then ask me to drive back to the location was unprofessional. It was there mess up and they should have owned up to it and taken the loss. Especially after making me wait in line 4 times and having to basically tell them about a storage unit that was available. If it wasn't for the fact that the facility is well lit clean and convientet and the fact that I am also getting a truck from this location, I would have had no issue getting my money back and going to another storage company. Staff was friendly but my experience was unprofessional and disorganized. A big let down from a company I have used many times before.

Wasted a long time in line, their computer system didn't work, my card doesn't work. No carts, awful parking for unloading. Looks like the entire roof leaks , including over my unit, fans, electric cords running everywhere trying to dry damaged items. I used Uhaul because the one in Totowa, NJ is great. This is the complete opposite! Can't wait to get my stuff out of there.

For the most part the location was very clean but the first unit that I was given was not and it was full of dead roaches. Most of the staff was helpful but there was one who even though he did help us he would not put his phone down to do so. He walk around the whole time watching shows on his phone and even when we asked got help he still had his phone to his face while talking to us.

We used a uhaul box.we called 24 hours ahead to access box.when it arrived at destination, staff could not find it.so we tried a week later,still could not find it.so on the 3rd week staff finally found it.we accessed it a 2nd time,called 24 hour in advance, with a set time to access box.get there and box had to be found,it was not waiting for us,so why have us call ahead to set time.outside of that,I'm satisfied, hope you guys can make the box ordeal,better for someone else.

I had a couple of units and mostly everything was good the second unit I had was ok but had a bad water leak. Nothing seriously damaged I just reported it and moved stuff around that wasn't waterproof. I was offered another unit but it was to far away. Overall good experience but it got to pricey.

Andrew and his "crew family" were AWESOME!! They went above and beyond to service EVERY new renter whether truck or trailer or UBOX or storage unit!! They are all great problem solvers and their professional manners and knowledge of their jobs is MOST IMPRESSIVE! They ALWAYS wear a SMILE with their uniform and take great PRIDE in their work!! What a FANTASTIC experience I am having with this team!! The friendliness even trickles down to the cleaning personnel and Security folks and the mechanics and truck rental folks on the lot! I am so THANKFUL that I can do business with such a FINE company!! What an awesome experience!! I feel confident that my possessions being stored at this location will be well taken care of! Thank you Andrew for running such a massive facility and making my storage needs less stressful! I will DEFINITELY recommend your location to everyone in central FL! Dunkin' and OJ for ALL!!

The alarm would continuously go off whenever we entered the unit. When we requested help, we were told it was normal. We know this is not the case and we were given the impression the employees simply didn't want to help. Whenever we attempted to speak to an employee, the average wait time ranged from 45 mins to over an hour. There was no sense of customer service or support from this team.

The facility is clean, staff is friendly, but we had issues from the beginning. We reserved climate controlled storage rooms, when we arrived there were none to be had. So we ended up having to get regular storage lockers. After about 7 months of storage it was time to move into our home. We found that there was a small leak in one of our units that allowed small amounts of water in. But it was enough to rust our refrigerator, mold our newer couches, mold our large(expensive) Turkish rugs, and also cause damage to our cherrywood dresser(also not cheap), and also molded our dining room chairs (total of 6 that will need reupholstered or replaced). We haven't gotten into the rest of the boxes yet, but expect to find more damage. My suggestion would be get insurance and photos prior to moving your stuff in and after…

Well where do I start? First made reservations on phone then showed up to get truck and storage unit and they told me they had none. Then they found one they said at another location. So when I went there with truck load and to my surprise that place don't even have one that side and didn't have any empty. So I went back to the first location the last. Manager found one there at his location. So I moved in. He did make it right by first month free. So at that point its was ok. But at the beginning bad customer service.

No one could answer my questions. My first time moving by myself. I was lost I didn't know what to do all the boxes I ordered and the plastic wrap and equipment I thought were in the back of the truck were not there. When I asked about them hejust said he'd give us a refund and I have yet to receive that.

It was pouring rain (not their fault, obviously). I got there and the unit (2036) was blocked by a giant truck. When I asked them to move it they said "we have nowhere else to put it". When I insisted they agreed to move it but couldn't find the keys. I had to pay an hourly rate to movers to sit in the parking lot, in the rain while they looked for the keys for 1/2 hour. When they finally found the keys... THEY WERE LEFT IN THE TRUCK!

U-haul screwed me up and down all day. (Location 1): My original reservation to store my goods was for an 8x16 at a facility in the Eau Gallie area. That original facility did not even have that size unit on site and all of their largest units were full. They sent me 20 minutes south to Palm Bay (Location 2) where I received a 10x10 unit - a smaller unit than I originally reserved. After packing it as tight as possible and not being able to fit everything, I drove back up north to a family member's home to store the rest of my items. As originally planned, I then went to the conveniently located U-Haul facility around the corner (Location 3) where the drop off my 26' truck was originally scheduled only to learn that the Palm Bay facility (now 25 min back in the other direction) had changed my truck's drop off location without telling. They claimed the truck for their location. (Location 3) Service tech told me they couldn't fit my truck to begin with in their parking lot and to go to the Sarno/Apollo drop off location. (Location 4) I then spent 25 minutes on the phone with customer service to have my drop off location changed without incurring a hefty penalty for "Wrong Drop-Off Location". They were helpful and changed my drop off to Location 4. Upon return of my truck I was chagred $40 for gas because i was a fraction of a needle's width lower than my required fill up level BECAUSE UHAUL HAD ME DRIVING ALL AROUND BREVARD COUNTY. I was just going to forget about it and move on but I've been bombarded with emails every other day asking for a review. Here it is. You burned my entire day and cost me who knows how much money. 0/10 U-Haul has not been cooperative in resolving any disputes prior to me leaving this feedback. I will be loading up another 26' truck and taking it to Jacksonville in 3 weeks. Generous monetary compensation is absolutely deserved after what they put me through but I'm not getting my hopes up.

My reason for being upset that in order to get a question answered you have to wait in line for extended amount of time. After cancelling my storage unit I kept receiving late notices 3 weeks as of this writing. I definitely will not use the facility located on Babcock Street Palm Bay Florida. I had to call the UHaul central office to cancel my unit because I could not get in to see someone personally. This problem could be corrected if you had more employees

O couldn't access my storage 6 pm and no one there to help when they was supposed be there until minimum 7 pm. I rented but I didn't use BCZ I could not access my rental store. They did demonstration at the front pad but did not work couple days after no one to help and also customer service taking too long to connect to automatic system that its horrible

The wait was a little long, but once I got up to the desk things were set up very quickly. Accessing my storage unit was easy and I love that you have an area to leave donations. I was happy to leave things I no longer needed to people who could use them instead of just tossing them away.

I have to say the store owner is a terrible cold hearted human! I understand there are rules and policies to follow but jesus there are times and places where you can bend some rules or even make exceptions. Thankfully the general manager was a bit more understanding. All around the worst experience ive ever had at a uhaul location. Thank god i dont live in that area and have to deal with them.

Instead of just marking the amount of fuel (in the office) for the truck being picked up, the staff should check the actual gauge along with the client and then mark the form. Trusting staff that they knew the amount of fuel in the truck, as the client, I forgot to check it against what was marked on the form before leaving. When I realized the form was incorrect, my informing staff of this was not accepted. I had to fill the tank A lesson learned.

The unit had no lock and I was advised of wrong times to access the drive up bay, so while already having a stressful day and putting everything myself & 2 small kids own I'm storage myself, I had a tall man with a mustache rush me out. Anytime I'm there although other people's children are being loud leaving food behind , he finds something to say to my 11 year old daughter. Please watch the camera footage for more details if needed. The one employee is making my experience uncomfortable.

Manager, Angel Vega did an excellent job in determining what would work best for my move. He was professional, and also seamed sincerely interested in solving my moving needs....very different from the 4 other storage places I visited that day. I was also impressed with the layout of the U-haul storage facility. The loading bay with carts and sliding automatic doors make the moving easier. Thank you, Angel!

The plywood floor allowed ground water to seep up into the unit and ruin boxes and irreplaceable books. Trucks were parked in front of unit a few feet from the door making it very difficult to get items in and out if not impossible. Emptied unit over Labor Day weekend and did not receive refund.

Claim submitted for water damage. U-Haul assigned me a storage space that was directly over an open water drain. To make matters worse the floor was wood which absorbed the moisture from below. Even the addition of a dry rid bucket at the beginning of the storage period did not prevent the damage.

I only ever had one complaint the entire time I had this storage unit. Regarding this complaint, it was taken care of promptly. I emailed in, received a call first thing next morning and my issue was promptly taken care of. The GM (I don't remember her name) was very helpful and amazing. Always smiling, always doing something Productive whether helping a customer or employee. Overall amazing experience.

While they are nice. I dont understand where a 19,95 truck rental with 12 miles on the truck turned into $52 and change... even the receipt doesn't make sense... at all. I wont be renting again.

I rented a uhaul truck for in town and onky drive about 20 miles and they charged me 150$ for an in town truck when i asked them to fix it they said they couldnt and i had to call corporate so i did.

UHaul in Palm Bay needs many more employees. The wait for service is too long and the employees do not acknowledge you as they are focused on the customer they are dealing with. Hire more people!
