Downsizing from 5/3 2 story house to a 2/2 apt I was in a moving day pickle with tons of overflow items in a house we needed to be out of in less than 24 hours. These guys actually made it easy as can be to get a truck and 2 units (that's how much stuff wasn't coming). Offer up ads coming soon. 

Being from out of state, I needed to rent a truck to move some belongings from my brother's estate after his recent passing. Rod and Colleen were wonderful. they explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the terms of the agreement so that I could avoid additional charges if not necessary. Full disclosure, which I appreciate immensely in today's environment. I would highly recommend renting from this location and will again if needed.

We get trucks here all the time and never had issues. This time I sent my Ops Mgr and she had to pay with her own card! I have a card on file and not once has one of my employees had to pay out of pocket. The man there also argued with my Ops Mgr about this. Not a good experience.

I came in on a Monday and was helped by Ken. He took good care of me and made me feel like more than a customer right from the start. On the following day, Tuesday I went back to the U-Haul office and was helped by Rod and he aldo took great care of me and again I felt like more than a customer. I do not know the name of the woman that also helped with the admin side. She was very pleasant andc knowledgeable. I want to thank the whole team for taking such good care of me. I also lost my lock key on the first day. But this wasn't a problem. Rob was more than willing to cut the lock off and help me out with a new one.

I was very frustrated with the online platform. I am a young adult and consider most online things to come easy however this process was ridiculous. It took us 30 minutes and that is after begging for assistance from the workers. They instructed us that they are not supposed to assist however they felt bad and saw how long this was taking. I will never do the online pick up method again, and only deal with in person pick up. Thank goodness for the workers there.

The people (and dogs) that operate this location are the best! They're friendly, kind, and helpful, and they even give you jerky to feed their cute pup. The place just has a good vibe overall and I use this UHaul location whenever I need to rent a a vehicle for moving.

Always a pleasure! This is the only U-Haul place we will use. 4110 E Bell Rd Phoenix AZ 8503. We have used others and we get slow service and rude staff! I guess the other places can mis out on the dozen times a year we use U-Haul! 藍

Let the customers know there is quite a lengthy process on the phone they will have to do. Would be better to do at home before you arrive on-site.

Rod and his wife are the friendliest and most welcoming people. They actually took the time to ask questions to make sure that they were able to provide what I needed. They even made recommendations for me as to the size of the storage unit I would need and truck size for my upcoming move. When movers arrived, Rod offered the use of equipment at the facility to make the process easier. Will definitely refer friends to this facility and will use it for future storage/moving needs.

There is no way to get ahold of customer service after hours besides Roadside assistance. The automated service states that customer service is closed until 4am Az time. If this is going to be your practice, you need to inform the customers that they are on their own in the event something happens and you need customer service. Your mobile app is absolute GARBAGE!!!!

Can't think I've rented so many times from other people that why I haven't rented here this location is far above many others 40th street and Bell. in Phoenix, can't say enough about the employees and how they treated me and the quality product I rented hats off to U-Haul

I ranted a truck around 12 pm on Sunday by walkin in person, for 1 day rent flat fee + miles, , I filed up a page of paperwork that was asking me about my personal information , and the employee made a copy of my driver's license. . No paperwork was given back to me, just the key for the truck, and also I have been told that I can drop the key in windows opening designed for that purpose if office is closed. The truck was returned the same day at 5:30, I need it for only 5 hours, but I rented it for a day, the office was closed and I dropped the keys in the window opening as I was told. Two days later I noticed a change of $110 + , which seems ridiculously high, since the truck was returned the same day 5:30 pm ( I paid flat fee for a day rental)the key was dropped in the window opening, for which the employee apparently failed to tell me that there is $23 charge to return the key that way,. I questioned the charges , and the office female employee and the manager became defensive, they were trying to explain me that I am getting penalized for returning the truck after hours, and that the rental was for only 5 or 6 hours…. , and all of this is in a paperwork that I never received. I don't understand why this office is trying to rips off the clients. …. Please avoid entering this location. My experience was not very poor. I am planning to escalate this complain.

The managers charged me $50 CASH only to cut my lock off the storage unit because my keys were left home out of state. It's a nice under the table side gig he's got going on.

The mobile check in is terrible. Mobile check-in should make life easier and quicker and faster but it did exactly the opposite. I had to take my picture three times, I had to upload and validate my license at least two times. The process for mobile check is onerous, time consuming and ridiculous. It's much easier just check in with the people on the desk. I will never do that again.

This facility is very convenient and close to where I work. I have looked at other facility and was not impressed. This facility was clean and the people here are very helpful and kind. I feel my belongings are in a safe place. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who asked.

The truck I had, had quite a few miles on it, & the ride it gave showed. This being said, it was clean & looked fine. My compliments to Rod & Colleen, who I have known for years, are very knowledgeable, great with customers, & are one of the main reasons I choose U-Haul. I will be renting from them at this location again next weekend. Ken also did a good job checking my truck in, & helping to arrange another rental for me, next weekend. Keep up the good work!

Rod and his wife run an excellent location. Always extremely helpful when I needed anything. I had the occasion to rent twice this year and both were a great experience. The grounds are always clean and they are really security conscious. Left my unit unlocked as I forgot to slide the lock guide before closing the lock. Got a call the same afternoon. I would not store or rent anywhere else but their U-Hual.

Rent from this location frequently. Never an issue. Friendly and quick. The truck however was in poor shape. Very old. Sun visors falling apart. Not able to reposition the driver seat. The truck itself was very small as well. Advertised as a 10' truck however it wasn't advertised that the wheel wells stuck up in to the truck. Greatly reducing capacity for couches, dressers, etc.

Young man that was at the counter, did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the facility, or the business. When I got to my new storage, there's a lock on there, and I went to talk to him about it, and he had no clue as to where to get the key to let me in my new storage. My Movers and I stood around for quite a while, the owner came by and was able to take the lock off so we could put my stuff in storage. It was a very frustrating situation because it was getting hot and no offense, but I was paying my movers by the hour other than that, I'm totally satisfied with the storage unit all my stuff seem to fit have a few things that I'll be bringing over in the next week or so to put in. It's all good and I thank you for your assistance.

Charge mileage to include fuel. I was threatened if I didn't return with the same amount of fuel but there was no way to monitor how much fuel was in the tank as I was fueling and ended up paying 85 dollars for duel when I only drove the truck 70 miles.

I had some trouble with my corporate account, I had booked via phone and when I arrived at the facility the contract coming up on the computer was not the same as what I had booked. The customer service, communication, and respect from employees was excellent. However, I chose not to move into my assigned unit. Upon my arrival to climate controlled unit, I noticed it was 105 degrees inside. 105 degrees was not what I expected for a climate controlled area. After noticing the high temperature, I also checked the building next door which was at 100 degrees. I never moved into the unit and asked that my account be refunded and closed. I was refunded the $10,95 for insurance. The first month was free so I wasn't charged for the first month. The next day I noticed I was still assigned to the unit and was set up to be charged $180 at the end of the month. I called U-Haul costumer service and was told that I needed to contact the facility in-order to have them close the account. I never officially moved into the unit. I called and was told that it was okay, and not to worry about it since it was a free first month. I would be moved out of the system at the end of the month. That comment just raised some questions on ethics in the facility. After standing my ground and being persistent, I was then officially "moved out" of the system. I would not recommend this location.

Wish gate hours were later at close. Facility is great. Staff is really accommodating and hands on.. they don't rush you. First months free is exactly that 12 fees no admin fee or tax. Almost free and I appreciate that My unit had stuff in it when I went to unload truck.. but it was COUPLE pieces of nice FURNITURE nof garbage , so I didn't mind. I rent here a lot they are welcoming. First time storing.

I requested for my unit to be terminated. I took off my lock got all my stuff out. A week later they called me saying there was a lock on my unit. I kept fighting with them that it wasn't mine. I took all my stuff and they kept harassing me saying I left stuff in the unit. They harassed me. They bullied me. I was verbally attacked by the two people in the front office for weeks.

By far in any State, one of the best and most homeliest and friendliest Uhaul I have ever done business with. The owners go above and beyond board to make you feel that your belongings will be safe and they treat you like family. Excellent customer service. Most Uhauls are cold, dirty and unwelcoming so I'm happy to give them a 5 star but they deserve a 19.

By far, one of the best U haul centers I have ever been in. Most Uhaul centers feel like what I think a prison would be like. They're sterile and cold. This one felt homie and was decorated for the upcoming fall season. Loved the way the mgr offered watered and it was soooo clean. While I'm only using it for a bout 2 weeks, I was really impressed. The only negative thing that made want me want to walk out was he was wearing a trump20 pin but he was such a wonderful host.

Worst experience ever. Making online reservations doesn't mean anything because when I got there with my moving truck they didn't have the one I reserved. The one they had available was smaller and cost more because I didn't reserve this on online. Terrible experience and will never use UHaul again.

I had a locker in this location for just under 5 years. I was extremely pleased with facility. It felt safe and secure. It was very clean and near and I always personally felt safe when I went there and worked in my locker on organization.

I arrived at the uhaul at 4110 E. Bell to rent a storage unit with the idea of pricing was as advertised for the 5x5 unit, i went ahead and rented then changed my mind BEFORE the sale associate cut the tag, she informed me it was too late to change my mind that i was basically stuck! She informed me when i open my gate I would also experience the alarm for a min or so this triggered my anxiety, there are many factors why i changed my mind The location is a bit farther than expected will not work with what im needing to do, the alarm triggers my anxiety, this unit simply will not work for me. I returned the next day to speak with a manager and no success, i do not need or want that unit anymore and feel that i have that right to change my mind and receive a refund i was open to a penalty charge as well. I am taking this further with corporate and reviews online for the simple reason of not being able to cancel was absurd to me.

Proprietors were as accommodating as possible. The facility was clean and well maintained. I had the first month covered at no cost because of the U-Haul commitment as I did a cross country move. That was great. The only rub was I had my storage unit used for about 9 days into the second month and it could not be prorated. Being charged for the whole month when it was only used for less than two weeks seemed a bit far out. I was told there was no way this could be done....thanks.

Went to store something at 8pm and the facility would not allow entrance even tho access was said to be till 10pm. Front desk gave a lot of frustration while looking up the wrong information, no narrowing or informative questions. And was passed off to another coworker

Stopped in to view a temperature controls unit. I was greeted by Rod and his staff. Rod was extremely helpful and took extra time to show me other units. I would highly recommend this location for its cleanliness and helpful staff. Service was excellent and the I could not have been happier. Rented my first storage unit ever! Thanks Rod!

The people are very friendly and helpful in this crazy time right now they always answer their phone they always take the time to help you and the hours they’re open I tried other places never answered the phone I left a message they never return the call I always have liked U-haul and I’ve only used U-Haul in the past first time getting a storage though I have it moved into it yet but it’s very clean brand new and I feel good about it 😇

Rod and his wife were so nice and helpful. We underestimated how much space we needed and they very quickly hooked us up with a bigger unit without any issues or problems. They even gave us bottles of water due to the heat. The property is very nice, well maintained and welcoming.

The staff at U-Haul storage have been so good to me. Due to a broken elbow I fell behind on my payments. They worked with me for months till I was caught up. I am extremely grateful because I lost a storage unit at a facility that was not U-Haul during that same time because they just wanted the money. I will always choose and recommend them in the future. Thank you all so much

I was told I would get first month free yet when I got to a facility they charged me saying it was only for certain sizes. That's not what your advertisement said. And I scheduled to go to one storage facility only to find out they didn't have one available. I had to run around looking for one. Bad service with scheduling and bad advertisement on a month free when I didn't get it.

Rod and his wife are some of the most humble and hardworking individuals. Rod does an outstanding job at keeping the place spotless. He is great with customers and always went out of his wat to help in any way he can. I've been at this location for three years and the entire time not once had anything negative to say about management. Incredible people and I'm going to miss seeing them.

I never thought I could say I had a great experience with a storage company, but from my first day to my last, these amazing people made me feel like family... yeah, I said it... family. I was going through a breakup when I arrived and they treated me with such warmth. And then when I came to pack everything up, they helped me wield open my lock because apparently, I decided to throw away the keys? Either way, 12/10 recommend.

We were clients in one or more units for both our business and personal storage for a number of years, including before the change in ownership and management. After their purchase, U-Haul over several years upgraded the lighting, the ventilation and the parking areas. They did not raise rates without notice and then offered options The areas were well lit and security visible. We found the staff agreeable and always open to suggestions and comments. The facility was clean and had moving and storage items available for rent or purchase if needed. This is one of the better storage centers in this part of town and I strongly recommend them.

The office staff seems to have continued difficulty in getting the billing records straight. I've been over billed...I've had autopayments sent to the wrong card...and now, when i moved OUT of one of my two storage units I get over billed re: payment (you sent me a 3 month bill) and you tag me as moving IN. I've been a customer of this facility for several years now; the past year has been painful. I will be finding a new storage facility company

I’ve never had such a positive experience at a storage facility... the owners were by far some of the kindest people, right from the start, offering to help me move my things, and securing a larger unit than what was previously reserved because I severely underestimated how much I own. 10/10 recommend

The prices keep going up it went up by $7/month in last one year. Considering the pandemic and the hardships we are going through it should not have been increased. Appreciate if they were brought back to what they were or lower. Otherwise may have to think of finding a new storage.

I planned to have storage but 5x5 is too small look like 5x3 .. they don’t have 10x10 unit are out 10x20 unit is the price too much They should show units to let people see the size I did not realize that 5x5 is really small they should show me first before I pay I did paid before see unit and told them cancelled and expect my refund soon Thank you

Uhaul has done an extremely good effort to bring the storage facility more in line with state of the art options (recent addition of an elevator and sliding automatic doors). If I need a storage facility again, I will definitely be looking at U-Haul.

Collen and Rod were the best!!!! Went above and beyond from the beginning to when I arrived. from Illinois. They were so customer friendly, courteous, and met all expectations above and beyond. They helped me load off my car and helped supply with some wood as the front end was over the trailer and damaged would have occurred to the front end. Helped unload with some heavy items in the truck, supplied with water as temps were 105. I has the wrong lock and Colleen supplied me with the correct one for the unit. I cannot express enough of there CUSTOMER FREINDLY SERVICE!!! I wish there were more people out there with there kindness and generosity and professionalism. If anyone needs there services at 4110 E.
