I had the worst experience with customer service. She cancelled my reservation because my reference persons has balance. How could I kno tht how she be aloud to tell me tht without permission, then she said I can't rent til my friends balance is settled. This is bizarre to me I was extremely mad & confused. She should have to follow privacy

I did NOT rent a vehicle from Uhaul!! I called your customer service line this morning & notes were to be put in the system alerting Uhaul of the situation but I keep getting text messages. I was told the incorrect phone# was probably inputted, so if that's the case, I'd say, your employees need to be more careful!

Basically these employees have been keeping up to status with there equipment & facility. Each time an employee is doin the much needed observation of the property, projects,people. For friendliness is key1, above all being polite and answering questions is a trademark to this chain in service. I choose this facility for many years and having the need to rent there equipment, gives me a sense of pride each time I drive to this location. A Job Well Done. Thanks again ! UHAUL.

The truck had no gas i had to stop put gas cause it was on E empty also i had to stop a couple of times to fill the air on the driver side tire the truck smelled like someone used it like a bathroom it was horrible i never complain but this was horrible for me as a customer they should have better Service specially cleaning equipment

The man name Jafry was not familiar with his job. I waited for 30mins to be helped or even to be recognized. He could not find my order unplaced online . He asking me the same questions 4 times

Upon return store was closed at 6:45pm. No one in sight. Hours on door said closed at 7:00 pm. Dropped trailer in the exact spot that I picked it up and took video for security purposes.

The facility was nice and the man at the counter was excellent and helpful but the person who got me to come did not give me the correct size of storage so it was of no use to me but now I'm waiting for a refund that I should have received immediately and it's held me up from the things I need to pay for to complete my move. This has put my whole experience e to a halt due to the despicable.

1. I got into the truck and it was practically on E. First 7 miles into my 30 mile total destination the low fuel light came on. 2. Picking up the truck. I thought mobile pick up wouldn't require me to have to go inside. 3. Dropped the truck off went inside to hand in my key. Was told I'd get a email with my total charges within 30 minutes. I still don't have that email. That being said the employees were nice, but as a customer I'd like to have a receipt and to know what I'm being charged….

Cancel your agreement with the Willingboro site. The place is a dump and called me 2 minutes prior to the reservation pick up time to say the vehicle was not available.

The representative at the location refused to change my truck to what I asked for , I asked for a 15 ft and they kept giving me a 10 Ft I had to leave a dinner rm table and a living room set because it did NOT FIT.

I made a reservation on line and they gave me a location close to my house. Went to that location and they said your reservation was moved. Went to the next location and they said oh no you have to go to another location to get the trailer. The truck I rented had a visor broken so you had to constantly move it so you could see.

This is my seventh year renting at this facility. I moved to due smaller unit. When needed John and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. He does, however, have to lose his Boston accent as he is on the outskirts of Philadelphia.

My account was overdrawn because UHaul took out the total price and when the pending amount had not been returned to my account causing an overdraft. Charged twice instead of once as of now two hours later. The policy to charge a customer BEFORE the vehicle is returned and the same amount when you return the vehicle is ridiculous.

I was still charged even though I told the person that runs this uhual storage place that I did not need there services anymore. I told them I haven't used their storage facility since march when I moved into my new place. They still charged me feel like I'm being robbed without a gun.

I love every thing but it should be marked where and how to check in. I was confused and didn't know I had to swipe my card at the first door even though it opened when I went up to it and got declined access at the second door. A sign should be at the first door stating check in and swipe here First

I was double charged twice on my card. I called the store to dispute it and was told they could not find me in the system and that I would get a call back. I never received a call and I am pretty mad I am owed money and no one is responding to me.

I appreciate the carts by the door when we need them. That is also amazing. But Maybe you should give discounts when we need to rent a vehicle for moving.. we were there 1 1/2 years and always paid our rent on time. That would have been nice.

The manger at the time didn’t update me on 24hour pass , when I came the night I signed up I didn’t have access to the building, staff was as told I will be returning that night before 10:30pm , I was told by customer service I don’t have access until they open .

So the 24 hour access pad on the side has been broken and it doesn't seem like anyone is trying to fix it. I cleared out my storage unit and the young man who checked me out was okay a game on his phone so I hope it did it correctly and I don't continue to get charged

I moved here from another storage unit due to many difficulties and my first day at this location was so much better. It's warmer theirs close parking and no long dark hallways to be afraid of. Also John and Misty was fantastic and they work with you

Mataince fees, don't understand why customers are responsible for these fees if it doesn't concern their storage area. I received 2 letters informing me of an increase in monthly rent due to Uhual mataince fees. That's a little out the way especially at this point and time in economy. However John and his Mrs are very nice and professional.

Only situation that I've encountered is the access to the facility,it says 5:00a.m.,but it never REALLY opens until 9a.m.,also the unnecessary calling to people who you put down as a reference,they don't have a contract with you,the one renting the space does,but overall above average & the price was great,if I need a unit again,I'd comeback & I'd recommend,thanks

For a first timer and due to a couple of days of renting U-Haul it's Nice, clean, good customer services, didn't really have to ask question the guy explain everything before asking and show me what to do and how to Access my storage. Great deal with storage & 1st month free, enough space for what needed. Would recommend. Not sure how it is when dealing with them for months but I know it was nice & easy experience.

I didn't like almost being charged a late fee when it wasn't necessary got a letter in the mail I'm glad I caught it it was taken care of when I called but lady said she was going to wave the late sho

My unit was leas than 4 feet high! When I moved in there was a broken rat trap and rat poison everywhere. When I moved out charged me a whole month rent even though I was leaving w a fully paid 8 days
