We had reserved a large trailer from Ed's Detailing about a week in advance. They never showed. Thankfully the Prattville location was still open and they helped us to get some equipment so we could continue working. Very friendly and not lazy like a lot of the dealers can be. Very clean store too.

don walkerThe whole Reservation process is meant to have what is needed at the time it is needed . That being said, I reserved the truck, appliance dolly weeks in advance and checked back several times to ensure the reservation was made and all was going to be available as I requested but, the day I picked up the truck the appliance dolly was not available and there were no other dollies to be had. That kind of makes the reservation process a mute point.

Eduardo MorenoWe turned the equipment in on Thursday Afternoon an hour and a half before it was due. The u-haul representative took the paperwork and the Keys and said I was all set and pulled the truck out of the turn in area.. The next day I got an invoice saying I didnt turn it in until 11:26 the next day. Basically U-Haul is stealing 40 from me. I expect a credit or I'm going to post this everywhere. I also have two witnesses that can confirm the time. Im a frequent renter and this is BS. Doubt I will vbe using U-Haul again anytime soon. Please call me at 904-343-2488

Furness WoodsWell, I would like to first note that as being new customers for the first time, this was not good experience all around. The original pickup location in Millbrook is one of the worst places I have ever been to. Very unprofessional. The representative did not call me to confirm the truck that I had reserved and when I went to pick it up on the day I reserved it, the truck and the representative were nowhere to be found. After an hour of trying to figure things out, we finally were able to pickup a 10' truck at the south memorial drive location. The representative there did not clarify if we were to return later than the drop-off time what we were supposed to do with the vehicle. My fiancée and I had to return it to an available store and completed the transaction. This past Sunday, we were notified of having charges with still having the truck in our possession, even though we had returned it to a U-Haul destination. I am very displeased with this whole experience and will potentially never use U-Haul again if I can help it.

Don LanghamEverything was great except price. Even though we had I free month rental and lock included we found a less expensive solution in Millbrook. A 10x20 room for $95 and insurance was not required. If something happened and our stored items were destroyed we could easily have replaced. We preferred a larger room with a no insurance option.

As a U-haul system note, it would be beneficial to be able to move more quickly when picking up your rental. As a frequent renter due to multiple moves to and from college, being recognized as such and moving more quickly on the pickup would be beneficial.

That truck should've been swapped out yesterday it was the most dangerous Uhaul driving experience I had for three hours last night. That truck shakes horribly and the shocks causes it to lean horribly while traveling. I need someone to discount something because I should have been swapped out of that truck. I don't want to leave a bad review but that was a bad experience that could've been avoided by swapping me after I brought to y'all attention about the check engine light. Called several times no answer so I contacted uhaul national hotline they swapped reservation to the store at 1221 memorial. I called they answered and confirmed everything was ready. I showed up at 7am Friday morning and the truck was ready to go. Drove 500 mile round trip got back home and the storage build at Ark climate control storage had someone' else's lock on it. I had been paying for it for 3 months but hadn't moved yet. It was late at night and I called the emergency number and the owner said there's nothing I can do I will call you Monday. I called Ms Boggs that morning and she was Ann absolute Angel. She set me up with a storage unit that was perfect and her and her brother helped me unload the truck. I have never received better service from any business than I received yesterday. They were true heroes. Wish I could give 10 stars.

The place is a uhaul dealer and I was told if I switch my drop off site I would be charged so I spent way more money than I had just to use a storage and return my truck and trailer. Uhaul noticed this and called me personally. THE VERY NEXT DAY!!! Uhaul actually protects your personal items . Unlike other places that takes your rent and forget about it until rent is due again. They walk the grounds and actively take care of your worldly life in the the unit.

When I started renting at this facility in 2010 I had two units with a maximum of 6 units at one time. U-Haul has made great improvements since taking over and has maintained the great overall service as when they took over. I was overseas working and every time I called or when I was home and came in they solved whatever was going on with my units. Every interaction with the U-Haul staff has been outstanding and met my expectations. The units are well maintained and the grounds are also very clean. Very professional staff and business!!!!!

KEOMI' hicks | Expérience généraleWe had a few issues that should be addressed: 1) After we cleared the units, the staff never checked to verify, and I got a bill after we left. 2) We never received notification from U-Haul that they acknowledged our moving out. 3) I like the idea of a refund for moving out early, but I don't expect U-Haul to implement such measures. 4) The gate had unresolved issues and would not close completely.

But for March the card was declined...rather call me or email about what happened the manager stuck a late fee on my account. richard stephens | Premières impressionsI traveled from Savannah Georgia several times on the weekends. While I was in town, I would go to access my storage. When I had problems with my card or security code for accessing the unit, I was told to wait until Monday for someone to reactivate those said items. Doing so was an inconvenience to me because I was only in town for the weekend and staying until Monday for a specific time caused a conflict with my schedule. When I would do as required of me I still would be met with the same obstacles as before. I eventually stop making payments and allowed my storage to be put up for auction. I believe that is a common theme with this specific storage unit company. They will not allow an individual to access their units, give the said individual the run around so they cannot close out the account the proper way. Instead they would mentally and physically drain a person to the point that they will give up and forfeit their unit so it can go up for auction.

The only way I was able to remove it was by washing everything, putting it in the cleaners or throwing it away. Even the hard surface furniture had the smell. I was extremely disappointed (6). (5) It appeared to be but I do not know what happened later that cause the poop smell. My complaint was sent to there insurance company but they denied it because we did not purchase the insurance coverage. We were asked if we had home coverage and we did on our old home at that time but when the house was sold (in North Carolina) the policy ended and it was four months before we moved into our new home. U-Haul Insurance coverage was never offered to us so we did not know we needed it or that it even existed. U-Haul should be liable for this damage because our items were suppose to be protected by them. This is U-haul facility so they should have control over the smells.
